Drake's POV God this staff just make herself a cape goat, I thought wanting to turn around and check whoever it could be only for 5'4 (1.63 meters)grill to race down into the hall like a scared cat after muttering a quick silent sorry which I hardly heard. Her brown hair falls down her lower back as she tries to put it in a bun as quick as possible but then, she failed which made it rest on her ass as it goes up and down. Bouncing and rubbing each other to the beat and movement of her legs. Her scent was nice but cheep, I thought, staring into space lost on the spot I was still. Suddenly, my head go through what just happened which woke me up from the deep slumber am about to rob myself with. Reality suddenly hit me, making my anger rush back instantly. I order one of the staff to have it picked up carefully while I dash after her through the place she pass through, but with my nose mask so that none of them would recognize my identity in there. The more I search, the more I find no one. I only end up hitting the moment entrance back without finding her or even someone that look exactly like her. Looking for her by her hair color and length seems so stupid because most of the ladies in here has the same color of her hair, and they suddenly look like before my eyes. The tasks of looking for her seem difficult and frustrating than I had thought it would be, gosh! This is not the results I expected before coming after her. Staring ahead, I realize that the exam would soon begin and having me here without a pass for the exam would seem really suspicious, especially if I am being questioned, and I don't have the answers with me. More so, my phone is not with me. If not, I would be able to send them some messages about my identity. Without my phone, my identity would be out in the air and that would cause a lot of chaos which wouldn't seat well enough. I thought before walking away from the exam hall premises. Suddenly, my brain seems to boost, which made me wonder why I was so dumb not to have thought of that right before going through the stress of searching for her using man power when CCTV cameras are all around, and I can just go there and demand for the time to be replayed. Why did I pick the hard way instead of this, I thought, laughing internal at my slow brain? My brain must have been clouded with anger for it not to remember there are CCTV cameras all around the school premises for me to get a hold of the lady who decided to run away instead of staying back to pay for what she had done. She must have thought I wouldn't see her again, neither will I know who she is. Forgetting the kind of school she had come down to write exam in because I will make sure she doesn't get picked as well as make her name recorded under missing script. With this, I am sure she would be curious to know what she could have done so wrong to receive such from the school. And through that, she would be sent down to my place if she wants to know what exactly she did wrong. Through that, I would be able to know where excited she is from before I thought of how to treat her as well as the kind of punishment she might deserve, I thought smirking to myself evilly spreading the feeling across to my veins and face. Heading back to where the staff which I had sent errand of the new phone is. I found her from afar waiting patiently as I move closer to her while she stood straight immediately the moment she sighted me. She then proceeds by bringing out the package of new phone while heading towards me as well, but her steps were faster than mine which made me sad. I had wish she didn't carry out my command, or she has waited for me to come meet her at the spot she was standing earlier, than I would have been able to pass aggression which the lady who had spoiled my phone made me feel unto her including not honoring my request. But it seems whatever she believes in just save her from having me lash out on her today, I thought, rolling my eyes angrily. " Here it's sir." She said bowing while I took the phone off her hand without any word or sounds heard from me. Unboxing it quickly, I inserted all I needed to insert into the phone before setting it up to my taste just like the old phone, I made the window setting comfortable for myself. Selecting the contact I needed to execute my plan, I started typing, but then dad's call came in before I could even make a single word which made me let out a huff. Staring at my ringing phone, I know the day wouldn't end well, because it has never ended well anytime I see a call from this man. It's either I end my day cutting everyone out or I end up lashing out on every staff including my friend. This call is like bad News to me which I always hope I get to avoid but unfortunately, it happens once in a while and that once in a while is hell because I would end up forgetting stuff I was meant to do as well as pausing my life for the rest of the get day. It's something I have no say in it, it's either I pick it now or physically face him which is the worst. It's just like visiting Lucifer instead. Swiping it to the green side, I gently place the phone on my ear with a deep breath, making them go through my lungs. " I heard you are absent, drake, absent doing what!" His voice came out calmly in the beginning but ended with anger laced in it which made me put the phone away from my ear for some moment. I couldn't help but wonder what animal had reported me to this man at such an early hour of the afternoon. He or she wouldn't have wished for today to arrive for what am I going to make him experience today. " Am there already, but just standing outside the premises to take a look at the student whom we are going to take in this section." I said calmly. " Keep that explanation to yourself, drake! I only want you to have this at the back of your mind that this is my image you are stepping on, and I wouldn't take it lightly if it gets tarnished, especially by you!" He yelled again. " Then you should come for it yourself if that's the case!" I yelled back but dare not say it out, aside in my head where he can't hear or feel it. " Okay sir." I replied after series of intake of deep breath in order to keep the calm features of myself. " Just get inside now and do what is necessary I won't tolerate you messing around, election is around the Conner and I hope you know that." He said before cutting off. He didn't even wait for me to reply to him. Placing my palm on my forehead, I began to use my fingers to massage my hot forehead, then my phone begin to vibrate again. Checking the caller, I discovered it was Mom who was calling. " You were also informed, right?" I asked the moment I pick the call. " Just do what is necessary, he didn't ask for too much." I heard mom said weakly. I wish I can tell at her for her to wake up from her sleeping state, but it would only make her health issue worst. Even in her dying state, she's still staying behind him. Gosh, I thought, letting out breath from my mouth. " Okay, mom, take care." With that, I ended the call before she could say anything about him that would make me lash out at her. If not for her sake, I know what I am meant to do to that selfish man who seems to be lost in his career alone. He doesn't even care if the others are pleased or not. I hope she gets well one day, I thought blinking by blurry vision before nodding off the staff then I make my way to the exam venue. Kicking the door opened angrily, I saw him shivering the moment he set his eyes on me while I smirk at his act of trying to hide his phone behind him but too late, I saw it already. You had better start running for your life before I catch up to you, I thought, staring at him with anger clearly written on my face. Can't imagine the kind of pain he is going to feel today, since everyone annoys me… TBC
