Chapter 16 I would like to apologize about something that happened 10 years ago
"Dear CrazyHater,
There's this boy I liked for around two years now, and he, unfortunately, knows about this. Since it's Valentine's day today, I was shocked when someone, who is -was- unfortunately, my friend, liked him and called him to our classroom and took a photo with him. She's aware of my feelings, everyone was aware of my feelings, and the worst part is that, SHE WAS MY FRIEND. Ugh, help me?
From Idiotic-Inlove,"
I pursed my lips on this message. Wow, this girl matches her name, Idiotic-inlove.
"Hey Idiotic-Inlove, stop following that JerkAss. Since he knew about your feelings, he shouldn't have taken a picture from your friend. And your friend is NOT your friend, she's a bitch who doesn't deserve your friendship. AND, remember, don't mind that bastard and bitch, karma would get them."
I stood up from the bed and walked towards my desk with my laptop in my hands. I put it on my desk before I grab my backpack and leave the room.
"Hey ma!" I waved at her before taking a toast bread she had prepared on the table.
"Hi hun," She takes the seat beside me.
I put cheese spread on my toast in a hurry and stood up, "Bye!"
I can hear her frown, "Chloe..."
I immediately stopped walking. I turn around and gave her a questioning look.
She shook her head in disappointment, "Next time, remember that once your butt kissed that chair, you can't leave it for 10 minutes. Got it?"
"Yeah..." I nodded awkwardly.
She nods and gives me a quick wave, "Okay. Goodbye hun!"
I waved back before running outside the house. I was just about to wait for the bus when a familiar-looking Lambo came out from the corner. Except that instead of seeing it trashed like the last time I saw it, it was actually pretty clean.
Huh?
The window opened, showing a familiar-looking smirk. "Porter."
I frowned. Smirking little bastard. "I thought we agreed on Chloe?"
"I just want to see you get all frustrated." He smiled, "Hop on."
Wait, did Reed Edward freaking Langston just smiled? Sincerely?
"What did you eat this morning?" I asked while opening the door beside the driver's seat and climbed in.
This time, he grinned, grinned.
"Nothing."
"You ate nothing?"
"Yup."
I scowled, "Do you know that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day?"
He shrugs.
Okay...

We entered the school together, and no we weren't holding hands or looking at each other with mushy looks.
^yuck^
I said my thanks then went straight to my locker. I was surprised to see Langston at my tail.
Turning around, I glared at him. "What are you still doing here?"
"I didn't receive a thank you."
"I actually did."
"Well, it wasn't a 'Thank you, Langston, you're the hottest and most handsome man in the world!'." He chuckles, "So yeah, I'm not leaving anywhere until I hear you say that."
I pursed my lips. Is this man serious or what?
"Yes Chloe, I am serious." What? Now he's a mind reader? "No Chlo, your face is the one doing the talking."
I brushed him off, "Well, you have to wait for... 920 years and 43 days, and 30 minutes with 3 seconds and 5 nanoseconds for you to hear those words to come out from my mouth."
He slumps next to my locker, "Guess I'm waiting then."
"Langston... I trailed off daringly.
He trails back, "Chloe..."
"Fine." I groaned,"Thank you Langston. You're the most i...d..i..o..t..i...c person I've ever met."
"Hmm..." He acts as if he was deep in thought, "I believe that is not it."
I sighed, "Thank you. You're the most handsome person I've ever known." I spit out while mentally washing my tongue with alcohol.
He stood straight while grinning, "You're missing something."
"Well that's the only lie you'll get from me."
"Say it, Chloe. Say it...."
I scowled, "And the hottest."
He finally winked, "I know."
I rolled my eyes before picking up my things and shut my locker door close, "Well, nice talking to you, but I gotta leave."
"We're heading in the same class."
"Okay," I said before turning around and walk towards the end of the hallway,
"CHLOE!"
Groaning, I turn around and silently gasped when I saw Langston with his friends behind him holding hearts.
Wait, what? "Uhh..."
Langston gave a sheepish smile, "I would walk through the desert, I would walk down an aisle, I would swim through the ocean, just to see you smile," He sings, "Whatever it takes is fine."
Whaaat?
It's One Direction's Stand Up!
He freaking planned this!?
Then, the boys behind him showed the hearts and I smiled widely when I saw the pictures of One Direction on each hearts and a banner with the words Sorry written on it.
For what?
"Sorry for holding the stupid grudge I held since the third grade... it was stupid..." Langston smiled shyly.
Whaaaat?
"Thanks..." I asked questioningly while walking towards him. "Thanks. And don't worry, I forgive you. But..."
"But...?"
I grinned. "You have to forgive me too."
He matches my grin, "Deal."
Then I gave him a tight hug. I heard aww's from the people around us and I immediately felt blood rush to my cheeks. Oh right, we're a couple in their eyes.
Riiiiiiiiiing.
And there goes the bell.
I cleared my throat, "We better leave, I don't like Mr. Ginger Head to glare at us the whole class."
He nods. He gives a wave to his friends before putting an arm around my shoulders. And that's how we walked to our class.
