Aviena's POV I just stopped when I heard them shouting. I stared at them. I was silent and still hidden as I watched them both. Both are angry and both seem to disagree with each other. What is their problem? Is it because of the wedding? I couldn't help but feel sad for Marissa. "Seems like they are breaking up." I almost jumped in panic when someone spoke to my side. I immediately saw Veron gossiping here next to me as well. I don't know where Veron keeps on going. She looks tired of her life but because chismis is life, she is here now and still peeking with me. Both of our eyes widened when a well-known man approached while smiling holding Marissa in his arm. I could see the anger on River's face. He tried to hold Marissa but she just removed his hand before she smiled. Knowing River? He's probably mad right now. On the other hand, that one is not happy when his pride is trampled on. I just watched his angry expression when they left him alone. 'Omg, Ma'am? Boss looks like he wants to kill the man. Ma'am Marissa has already replaced him! Boss's love life is a mess!" Veron was still laughing so I just shook my head. I almost hid my head when Marissa looked a little at our place. My lips quivered when I saw the man kiss Marissa when they were a little farther away. Wait. Are they together? What? I thought she was River's girlfriend and they planned to get married in the next few years? What's happening? I was just a fool who couldn't believe what I saw. Why did they choose to break up in a public place? Duh! What public are you saying, Aviena? You choose to listen even when they are in a private place. "What are you doing here, Veron?" I asked her with narrow eyes. "Your Grandfather ordered me to give you breakfast even though it's obvious that you should still be sound asleep right now!" Veron's complaint. Then I noticed the tray she was holding. My brain was getting too busy with thoughts and River and Marissa arguing. River looked at our side, he went straight to us while Veron handed me the tray and left for fear of being affected by River's anger. "What are you doing there?" River asked me. I raised an eyebrow at him. I didn't act like I did something bad. I didn't do anything wrong to act like that. I just smiled at him. 'Hmm, I was about to look for you. I thought you were drowning in drunkenness but it looks like you just drowned in-- " I didn't finish what I was going to say. 'Nevermind. As I was saying, I'm going inside now. Good morning. " I was about to enter when I also couldn't bear to ask because I also felt a little pity for it. "Are you okay?" I asked him so his lips left slightly parted. I didn't even wait for his answer because I hurried inside. Why am I even asking? Of course, he's not. That's her girlfriend breaking up with him. That's her girlfriend kissing someone else. I just smiled before going back to lying in bed. I try to put myself to sleep but I can't. I can't sleep because I'm thinking of more scenarios in my head. River also went inside. I never looked at him again. I just heard the rush of water from the bathroom. After that, I still did not get to sleep. I immediately open my eyes when he sat on the side of the bed and seemed to be next to me now. I immediately felt my heartbeat because of that. I glared at him. "What are you doing here?" 'What? I'm going to sleep here?" he answered questioningly. Usually, he doesn't really sleep beside me so I don't understand. 'Why? Don't tell me you want me to sleep away from you when we already married each other 2 times?" he asked with a raised eyebrow. Now that Marissa and he are done, is he here trying to flirt with me again? I just stared and forced myself not to bother to pay any attention to him. I can't do anything until I fall asleep. I just woke up and it was almost night. My lips parted slightly when I looked at River who was still beside me. Still sound asleep. I fell silent as I watched him. There is no denying that this one is really handsome. I immediately shook myself. I shouldn't have thought of things like this anymore. My lips parted immediately when I saw him open his eyes. I also couldn't help but be confused when I stood up so he laughed softly at me. Before I could finally get out of bed, he grabbed my wrist before pulling me closer to him. 'What? You're really going to get hurt!" I shouted loudly at him. "Do you think I'm going to fall for you in that move of yours?" If so, you are not mistaken. I just shook my head because I was really losing my mind. "Let's stay here for a while," he said so I immediately pickled his forehead. "It's already evening." I just pushed him before doing things and waiting for him to come out. It looks like some of our guests have gone home so I can't help but sigh because we haven't even been able to say goodbye to them. It looks like even River's relatives have gone as well. Only a few of River's friends are here and Atasha, who is my friend. As well as Veron, who I haven't talked to yet. She doesn't know that she will be the maid in the penthouse, that River and I will be moving to. We were only able to ask River's Grandpa that we will get a maid once a week because I'm sure I'll be the only one to stay there. River was so busy with his work. "Huh?" I immediately looked at Veron when she said her sudden resignation. River smiled there while our counterpart Pride Sandoval also hid a smirk on his face. "What do you mean she's resigning?" I asked River while immediately touching his clothes. 'Are you really that rich? How easy is it for you to fire other people?" I asked with a glare given to River. His lips immediately parted as he looked at me. It was only a matter of time before he laughed softly before turning around to Pride. "Right, why are you like that, Sandoval?" River asked him so Pride just showed his middle finger. 'I only want Veron. If she's not going to be the maid at home, just clean up on your own," I said to River who looked at her badly. 'That's right, Ma'am! Fight for me!" Veron said who was carrying food today. When I looked back at Pride, he was giving my friend a glare. I don't know how they know each other. 'Joke, Ma'am, I was the one who insisted on resigning. Sir Pride's house is closer to my school." 'We will move closer to your school. Or you can just move your school next to our penthouse where River and I will live," I said. That's not impossible for River. With his super wealth, he could afford to buy everything. I don't even know why I'm looking for more. "Gaga, I will still be your maid but not full-time like now, Ma'am." She just laughed before shaking her head. I even saw her secretly sneer at Pride who immediately enslaved her even though she was not yet his official assistant. "I forgot to give my gift," Light Sandoval said before handing a box to River. "Safe sex again." My lips quivered when I saw that big box full of condoms. I almost choked on my own saliva because of it. "Stupid!" River threw a box at him so he just laughed before walking away. I just shake my head because even though they are well-known billionaires, they are still hiding mischief personalities in their bodies. I just shook my head before smiling because they are really naughty. After we talked, the guests gradually became exhausted. We still can't go back to work because River's Grandpa insists we go on a honeymoon. "Where are we going now?" I asked River when I saw that the chopper his Grandfather talking about was already here. "Bali?" he asked me so I didn't hesitate to nod. Grandpa said we can choose where ever we want to go. We just need to have a honeymoon. I don't know why he is so anxious to have a grandchild even though he already has with Spring. He always really annoyed his grandchildren so they could give him a great-grandchild. Speaking of Sert, here he is. I haven't seen him for a long time because he's with Tashi's Mama. Tashi said that he'll be upset that I'll marry River again. "What are you doing here, Big Brother?" River complained to his older brother. Tashi just laughed softly. "Sert has been asking to see Vena," Big Brother Spring told him, so River immediately frowned. 'Don't look at me like that, Old man! You're the traitor one! I won't ever forgive you!" Sert shouted at him so River just smiled and to annoy his nephew even more he put his arm around me before showing my ring to his nephew. He even laughed when Sert's tears rolled down his cheeks. His older brother then glared at him. 'He wanted to go with you. He heard that you were leaving, " Big Brother Spring said. River's eyes immediately widened before he frowned. 'Just let him now. We didn't bring that one to your wedding because I'm sure he'll just ruin it.'' Big Bother Spring laughed before gently pushing Sert towards us. River just gave him a bad look. "If I know you just want to have a solo date with Tashi," River said frowning. It was as if it is unacceptable that he will take care of the child now. I just laughed. Instead of noticing him looking so annoyed, I just confronted Sert who has a wide smile on his face now. I just prefer that someone will be with us rather than the two of us. We're just going to fight or maybe it will feel awkward. And maybe something undesirable will happen. "You idiot, you might throw that in the chopper," Big Brother Spring said so I couldn't help but laugh. It looks like River now seems like he really has a plan to do that. I just shook before holding Sert. We rode the chopper which was waiting for us. Tashi and Kuya Spring are the only ones who suddenly arrive and suddenly ask for us to take their child. I smirk because I also knew that River would definitely not include him if it's not so suddenly. "Vena, if you don't love Uncle River, I'm just here for you," Sert said when our flight went smoothly. I couldn't help but laugh there. "It's Auntie Vena, young man," River said, shaking his head now. "And that won't happen, Aviena's only for your Uncle," River said. He even kissed me on the side of my lips just to annoy his nephew. It was as if my heart stopped beating there. Damn this man.
