55. Suddenly?
This morning, it was already 6:30 a.m. where people had already started their day to work, but not Belvina who made her best friend surprised because the girl looked very relaxed, not like usual who always asked to leave early. Because she felt something was strange, Anggi, who was now preparing for breakfast even though only white bread and milk had been prepared at the dining table, asked her best friend about it. 'She didn't come home last night, why does Belvina look relaxed today?" Anggi thought. How could she not? Today Belvina was sitting relaxed in the living room while writing something and putting it in an envelope. Anggi, who was having breakfast at the dining table, approached Belvina.
"Vin?"
"Hm?"
"What are you doing? Why aren't you getting ready? It's almost 7am, what if we miss the bus?" Anggi started the conversation.
"I'm going to take some time off for the next few days, Anggi," her best friend frowned in surprise because just yesterday Belvina had taken time off. Why is she taking leave again now? She thought.
"Why? Didn't you already take leave that time, Vin?"
"Yes, I did. But today I have to take a day off, I have something to take care of with Gifer,"
"Vin, are you crazy? If you keep taking leave like this, you might get fired from the company," Anggi was worried that his friend would get fired. Instead of answering, Belvina handed Anggi the letter she had written earlier and handed it to him.
"Here, please give permission to Mr. Erik. I have to go to America, Anggi. Gifer has gotten an eye donor there, last night I got a call from an American doctor that there was a patient who had died and his family wanted to donate his eyes. Last night, when I wanted to talk to Gifer, he was under the influence of alcohol. I didn't want to ruin his mood which was currently in a frenzy of thinking about work. Eh, I got drunk there too, even though it was only for a while and afterwards I talked about this to Haris. And about the thing that caused Gifer's accident at that time, I also talked about it with Haris," Belvina tried to explain to her best friend. But suddenly there were some questions that were on Anggi's mind.
"Vin, do you love him that much?" Belvina just nodded as an answer that she really loved Gifer. But, she can only prove it through actions, not just words of love that are thrown through the mouth without any action.
"What if one day you are abandoned by Gifer? Gifer can't see this time, so he won't go to nightclubs to play with prostitutes. But it could be that after he can see, he could do that, right?" Anggi was just worried that if Belvina loved Gifer too much, it would make the girl's heart hurt even more.
"Vin, Gifer is a normal man, he could change his lifestyle after he can see by hiring prostitutes to satisfy his lust, right? Remember, Vin. Gifer is a CEO, he can hire those girls to sleep with him when he can see later, Vin. I'm just afraid that someday Gifer will just leave you without even remembering your sacrifice," continued Anggi, who was only worried that his friend's too much love could bring disaster to himself, which would make a huge loss to himself, which would make his friend's heart hurt later. Anggi was very worried about that. Belvina's tears fell as she heard Anggi's words.
'It's also true what Anggi said, what if Gifer when he can see will change his nature? Everyone can change, if Gifer changes, my relationship with him will end?" Belvina thought. She immediately dismissed that thought.
'No, I'm sure, Gifer is not a man who easily turns to other girls. Yes, I'm sure of that.' Belvina said in her heart, then she immediately wiped her tears using her right hand. Her eyes fell on Anggi who sat beside her and tried to explain something, which had become her belief, which had become her feeling.
"I'm helping Gifer this time with all my heart, whether Gifer will leave me or not I don't really care. I just believe that, if he is a true and loyal man, he will know which girl is willing to fight for him until the end and which one is just a lust-fulfiller," Instantly Anggi nodded several times hearing Belvina's narrative which looked mature, which was not forcing her will.
"Smart thinking, I like it. Keep up the good work, Vinaku," Anggi smiled and hugged his friend.
"Eh? By the way, it's almost seven o'clock, Gi. How come you're still here?" Belvina's question deliberately teased Anggi, who was already getting ready with his uniform.
"Let it be, I'm going on leave too. I'm going to accompany my best friend to America," she said with a mocking reply.
"Yes, that means there must be two letters, we're going to America together," Belvina seemed to remind Anggi.
"Hahahaha, yes too. I'll make it." Anggi immediately took the paper in her apartment room.

"Ah, so that's why you asked me not to leave from today until the next few days?" Gifer asked Haris. The two of them were still sitting in the dining room directly adjacent to the kitchen, while having breakfast as well.
"Yes, Gif. It's for your health, so you can see again and don't have to bother writing with a pen at the office. Instead, you can type on the computer when you have a meeting with a client and if you disagree with our client's opinion or Sekar's power point has a mistake, you can look at it again and change it yourself," Haris tried to give Gifer an understanding so that his friend would immediately get an eye donor and have the surgery.
"Yes, you're right, Ris. But is it okay if I suddenly don't go for a few days? Can Sekar handle it?" Gifer asked.
"You're the CEO, Gif. You can take a vacation anytime you want, as long as you leave your duties to your secretary. Trust me, Sekar is a reliable girl when it comes to work," said Haris.
"But if you tell her this impromptu, I'll feel bad, you know," Gifer replied.
"Throw away your bad feelings and hurry up and call Sekar."
"What if she's not ready for today's presentation with Mr. Cahya's client?"
"Tell me first, Gifer. She would never refuse a superior's order, right?"
"Aishh, yes-yeah alright. I'm going to get my cell phone first." Gifer felt around and walked to his room, picked up his cell phone and called Sekar.
"Hello, Sekar. Can you replace me for today and the next week? I have a very urgent matter, so please prepare a presentation and organize everything related to the business," Hearing the person on the other side agree made Gifer already feel relieved.
"Alright, thank you." The phone was hung up. Gifer immediately left the room using his cane and met Haris there.
"Already?"
"Already."
"Let's get ready, we're leaving today. The plane has been prepared this afternoon around 10:30, no delay-delay club."
"What?! Why so impromptu oh? I haven't prepared anything, Haris!"
