Chapter 6

I woke up because of the sunlight touching my face. I immediately opened my eyes and rolled my eyes. My eyes widened as I realized I was lying on Thorm's stiff arm. The mouth was covered as he remembered what happened last night. "Are you sure about this?" He asks. I smiled broadly. "This is my job, isn't it ?," I replied and began to re-apply our lips as if very thirsty to each other. We lingered in that position until he voluntarily let go of the kiss. "We don't have to rush your work," he said softly in my ear. "I still want to get to know you better," he added and started to get a blanket and pillow. "Wait, where are you going?" I wondered. "I'll sleep in the living room, I know you're not comfortable sleeping because I'm a man," he replied. He is very gentle and respectful. "Ahm...you don't have to do that. It's okay for me if you sleep here, It's your house so you have a right to sleep here," I replied. He thought for a moment. "You sure?" he asked. I nodded. A few more seconds later I lay down, and he lay down on the other side of the bed, we just turned our backs on each other. After a while, my eyes gradually closed as well. I don't know why I'm lying on his arm now. Sh*t embarrassing. I slowly lifted my head so it wouldn't wake up. My whole body stiffened when he suddenly woke up and we were so close to each other. Even though he was just awake I can say he was very handsome, his hair was messy but it added to his handsomeness. "Good morning..." he said softly. My eyes widened and I suddenly woke up in bed. First time I had a man in the same bed. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to sleep in your arm," I apologize. It stared at me and eventually laughed. "It's okay, don't be sorry," he replied. He stood up from lying down and approached my place. "Get dressed, we're going somewhere," he said and ruffled my hair. He walked closer to the cabinet to get some clothes, a few seconds later he came out of that room. Whooo! I can't breathe every time I face him. I was ashamed of him and seemed to want to swallow the ground every time he spoke. I immediately chose a dress to wear and immediately took a shower. As I dried my hair I looked at the clear view outside. A few seconds later I saw Tyron cleaning the Motorcycle in front of the house. It was naked and only wearing shorts. I can say that Thorm and I are brothers because they are almost exactly alike, even physically they are both muscular. Tyron's only difference is it's rugged and too serious. I guess Thorm's mom doesn't like me, I can't even see but I can feel it. Who am I to expect to receive a warm welcome? The event is so fast. I miss mom and Feona, I hope they are fine. A few moments later and I didn't realize I was staring at Tyron earlier, all of a sudden he turned to my habit so I quickly hid. I took a deep breath before walking away from the window and straightening myself. Later I went downstairs and saw them all at the table. It looks like I'm just what they're waiting for so I immediately went to their habit. "Good morning Rebeca, how's your night with Thorm?" His dad asked with a smile on his face. I turned to Ma'am Hannah's habit and she was busy eating and mumbling. "Dad, you make her shy," Thorm replied. Thorm immediately stood up to give me a seat. Thorm is next to me now, while I am opposite Tyron who is now frowning and eating seriously. We stayed a few more minutes when Ma'am Hannah suddenly stood up. "Excuse myself, I'm going somewhere," she said and walked towards her room. Her presence was strange to me and she didn't seem to want to be with me. I was silent for a moment and began to feel ashamed of myself. We continued to eat, a few more minutes we were done as well, I started cleaning the plates. "I will wash the dishes," Thorm presented. I saw Tyron go out with his dad. "No, I can do that," I replied and began to wash the dishes. I don't know but Thorm didn't leave where he was. It remained standing next to me and seemed to be watching me. "Hey, are you okay?" later he asked in surprise. I nodded. A few moments later I was done washing. I turned to Thorm's habit and he was just staring at me. "Thorm, I have a question?" I wondered. "What is that?" "Have you ever had a wife beside me?" he stared at me for a few seconds before answering. "Why?" "I just want to know." "Nothing yet, the truth is. The truth is you're also the first girlfriend I've ever had," he explained. I thought for a moment. I don't know if I should ask the questions that are bothering my mind. "Ahm..." I stopped speaking when it suddenly entered. "You're done washing. Let's go somewhere," he said and took my hand. Later he gave me a helmet. I saw his motorcycle shape. I haven't ridden a motorcycle in my whole life, I'm scared to ride like this. I stood in front of him for a while while he was already riding his motorbike. Eventually, it turned on me. "What's the problem?" he asked in surprise. "Ahm... I've never tried to ride like this," I said shyly. He got off his Motorcycle and approached me. "Just trust me," he said weakly as he took the helmet from my hand and put it on me. Our faces were so close to each other that I could almost hold my breath. I could smell the mint on his breath, I stared at his face as he was busy wearing a helmet on me. I remember when I first main love with a man, when I was in high school there was a man I admired, that's my first-time fall in love then, I am so happy when I get his attention. I almost faint with excitement when he smiles at me. But I soon found out that he has a girlfriend already, since then I have not been able to fall in love with others, so I haven't had a boyfriend until now. I don't think these things will ever happen. It seemed like just the speed of events and I didn't realize I needed to do my job with him. I have to give him a child. But the only thing on my mind right now is why my heart feels something else. I wondered what would happen after I gave birth to our future child. Will he take it from me and they go away? Does he have a plan to marry me? or will he just use me to have a child? "Done," he said later. I stared at him again. "Let's go?" he added he rode his motor first. Trembling with fear, I tried to ride his motorbike, I tried to find someone to hold on to in the back but I couldn't hold anything. Soon after, he started operating his Motorcycle. Even though we were not very far from their house, I was shocked when he suddenly took my hand and imitated his stomach. 'Hold on to me maybe you might fall," he said. My whole body stiffened as I felt the hard muscles in his stomach. I was now holding his stomach while the motorcycle we were riding was running fast. I could do nothing but grab him because I might fall. A few more minutes passed and we landed on a vast terrain. There was a big house standing in the middle, there are no houses around and I can tell it is in the middle of the forest. Thorm got off his motor first and supported me on the descent. I looked up at the house and stared at it. The scenery here is beautiful and the wind is cool. "Why are we here?" I wondered. He just smiled and supported me in entering. I rolled my eyes at the entirety of the house and I could say it was simple but expensive furnishings. "This is my house," he promised. "But not anymore..." He stared at me. "Why? Does anyone else own it?" I wondered. 'No...this is not my house anymore, 'cause from now on, this is our house," he said smiling. I just kept staring at him. "Do you mean... We're going to live here?" "Yes, don't you like it?" "I like it. T-Thank y-you..." "Let's go, I'll show you something," he said holding my hand. We walked up the house and a few minutes later we reached the rooftop. I smiled to see the whole scene below. It was so beautiful to look at the green trees, in the distance a waterfall can be seen. Moments later I felt Thorm slowly touch my hand. I slowly turned my gaze to him. "I know you have a lots of questions on your mind...let me slowly introduce myself, all I ask of you is just trust me,' I don't know but time seems to slow down as he says that word. I just felt my heart beat faster.
