Abhay returned home next morning . He didn't tell anyone to give them surprise . Vishal was in the office like everyday . Devika was inside the temple of their house . Abhay came asked workers about them . Abhay went to his room knowing that it will take one or two hours as she is inside the temple . Puja is very important for her . He went inside his room only to get shock . He was awestruck seeing his wife with wet hairs and wearing a knee length bathrobe coming out of bathroom . ' Ahhhh !!!! Yo..u he..re ?! ' Mrinal stuttered due to embarrassment . ' Yes what are you doing here ? I mean you are here like this . ' His husky voice came . He was loving the sight in front of him . ' I ... After few minutes Devika said ' Mira don't make me throw you out of the kitchen . Go and study . Worker will call you in the lunch time . ' Mrinal pouted and went out . She went upstairs and hurriedly passed Abhay's room not wanting to face him . In the drawing room she didn't dare to look at him . *********************** Abhay took a bath and changed his cloths . Even few days back she prepared a food plate at the dinner time . She felt so embarrassed and wanted to smack her own head . Abhay came to know when he was talking with Devika . He felt so happy he can't even describe . Abhay sat beside her and said ' Let's go to shopping then tomorrow we will go to Kolkata . ' ' Really ?! ' She squealed like a kid . ' Yes really , I told you na . ' ' I am so happy . Wait let me call Didun . ' She was about to get up but Abhay stopped her and said ' Don't inform them . We will give them surprise . ' ' Ok ' She nodded her head in yes . ' So be ready at 6 pm . We will go for shopping . ' ' Okk ' After that both of them went to have lunch . Vishal was super happy seeing his son after so many days . Those calls , texts , video callings don't matter for them , they can't stay away from their beloved son Abhay and same goes for Abhay . The lunch went well . Everyone was happy seeing him back , even the workers . Abhay informed them about their trip to Kolkata . Both of them were happy about it . Mrinal asked both of them ' Choti ma please go with us na . Please please . We will give them surprise . They will be very happy to see you please please . According to Mrinal it was too much and according to Abhay it was ' No it's less we should buy more . Lets buy some more .' Mrinal ' No please it's fine . Lets go . ' Mrinal also brought gifts for Devika and Vishal . Just before leaving the mall Mrinal said ' Umm I forgot something ? ' ' Ok let's go . ' They again went back . Mrinal went inside the men's section and brought few shirts as per her choice . We forgot to buy for you . So go and wear them and show me . ' Abhay ' As you say Madam ' and went to change . All of them were perfect for him . So they bought all of them . After coming back home Mrinal complained to Devika ' Choti ma your son is a shopping freak . I became tired . ' All of them laughed at her words and she pouted . ' Okk now please say na did you like the gifts ? I still don't know all your likes and dislikes so ..' ' All the gifts are just beautiful . We loved it . ' After dinner they packed their luggage *************************** Next Day In the morning they left for Kolkata after saying good bye to them . Mrinal literally ordered them to take care of themselves , take their medicines and have food on time . Abhay kissed Devika's forehead and said ' Thank you and take care of yourself and your old husband . ' Vishal said in annoyance ' I am not old . ' and others laughed at his annoyance . This time their journey wasn't silent . Mrinal was so happy that she was smiling all the time . They talked during the whole journey . As the door of Chatterjee house was opened Abhay and Mrinal said in unison ' SURPRISE ' ' Moni !! Pisan !! tomra ?? ' ( You guys !! ) Adi and Bristi shouted as they saw their paternal aunt and her husband . As they entered inside the house everyone's eyes started to shine in happiness . They hugged both of them in joy . Adi was on Mrinal's arms and Bristi was on Abhay's shoulder . Abhay and Mrinal went to touch elders' feet . But they didn't let them .They all hugged both of them and blessed them . As soon as they settled inside the drawing room her younger sister - in - law Aroni asked ' So Mira this surprise is nice . Right Didun ? ' Her grandmother replied ' Exactly Aru ' Abhay said ' I am glad that you all like our surprise . ' Mrinal was also very happy . Soon all the members joined them . Mrinal replied with a smile as she was literally happy with her life though she misses her family . She pouted as she told that Devika and Vishal went to attend a important business meeting in a different city . Nowadays Mrinal is comfortable with Abhay . And that was visible clearly to others . Her mother almost cried after seeing her . Soon snacks were served and without any hesitation Abhay started eating . When Abhay was about to eat his 3rd rosogolla Mrinal stopped him ' Don't eat more than 2 . ' Abhay was happy from inside but showed his puppy eyes with fake sadness . It didn't affect Mrinal ' No means no . Eat two more during dinner . Please ' Abhay kept it on the plate and said ' Okk as you wish . ' Her mother asked ' Why he can't eat now Mira ? ' Mrinal ' Mamma he has diabetes. So you know na ' Didun ' Okk . Arti make some sugar free sweets for him . ' Arti ' Okk ma ' They all started talking while a man came and knocked at the door . Mrinal's elder aunt opened the door and the man informed that a car is standing outside as instructed by Abhay . She asked him to come inside . As soon as he came inside Abhay and Mrinal realized that they forgot to bring all those gift inside the house due to excitement . Abhay asked him and others to bring the gifts inside . As they brought all those gifts inside all the family members gasped . It was like he picked up whole shopping mall and settled it inside their house . Dadubhai ' What is this Mira? ' Mrinal ' Don't ask me anything dadubhai. Ask him . He was picking everything from every shop we were passing by . When I asked he said Choti ma said him to not to listen to me . ' Abhay ' It's nothing . Please accept or else we will feel bad . ' Younger aunt Aroni ' But these are to much ! ' Abhay ' Please . ' Didun ' Ok fine .
