Wedding Proposal

Mrinal came back to her class . She was fuming in anger . How dare he ? Do we look like plaything ? ' I am going to kiss you . ' My foot But she did her classes with all her focus . She went to hostel . She called her family . She talked with them but didn't say what happened in canteen today . They asked her everything one by one . It's only three days she is here but they are behaving like she is staying for three years . After all this is what we call family . She also misses them already . She did her homework . Then had her food and slept . She is not talkative but can have fun . She shared a good bond with her hostel's people already . She is quite excited as they are going outside for work . ******************************************* Abhay came back home . He was angry on that moron but smiling also thinking about Mrinal . As soon as he entered his Choti ma called her ' Abhiiii give me the file first .' Abhay came near her and handed over the file to her and said ' See choti ma every details about your would be daughter - in - law is here . ' Choti ma ' No my sweet boy . She is going to be my daughter .' He raffled his hair in a lovely way . Abhay ' You are best choti ma .' Choti ma ' Abhi go freshen up . I made your favourite kheer .' Abhay hugged her and said ' Just 5 mins choti ma . Your kheer is calling me .' Who can say that the ruthless , cold hearted mafia is being called by his choti ma's kheer like a baby. They had their dinner . Both the men ate kheer like their is no tomorrow . At night choti ma opened the file in her bedroom and loved the girl within a single look .She said to her husband ' She is perfect for our Abhi.' Chote papa took the file and felt the same ' You are right my sweetheart . Just like you are for me .' She smiled in his complement and said ' You will never change .' He kissed her forehead . They liked her very much . From last one week he is going to her college to get some glimpses and also to check her safety . Her safety is his prime priority . He already took good care of that Rehan Verma and his friends . Nowadays he is coming in her college to see her . Each and every day he is falling more for her . He noticed how she became happy after completing her task in the ground with others . He even followed her to the temple where she went on last Sunday . He watched her to do puja only by praying and sweets . Then she gave all the sweets to a boy near the temple and some money also . He loved her this nature . She doesn't think that you have to donate to any temple . She likes to give things to one who is in need . The god who created us can never be in need . So you can do puja just by praying . But all those were totally unnoticed by Mrinal . She was in her own world , going college , making pictures of different part of college campus and outside also , talking little bit with her classmates , hostel's people and then one hour long conversation with her family . She was content . She didn't think about Abhay though she told her family about their encounter but forgot his name . Her over protective brothers gave her a good lecture . That's why she didn't tell them about that stupid bet . On other hand Abhay was being teased by his parents . He thought to propose her in a romantic way. But then he decided to send the proposal to her parent's house . He told his parents but they said ' She is too young for marriage . Let her complete her studies . Till then wait . Then we will go to Kolkata and ask her hand for you . From her nature we don't think that she will love all this proposal and relationship .' Abhay was about to say something his Chote papa said ' Abhi we will ask for her hand .I repeat ask her . If they and Mrinal will agree then the marriage will happen . Okk ' He only nodded and said nothing . He didn't like the topic only asking for her hand instead of marrying her . And more over staying two years away from her when he can do it now . He also wants his love to enjoy her life , fulfilling her dreams . He also want to make her fall for him . Then they will have a love marriage . Till then they can got engaged . He didn't want to hurry in this case . But he didn't like the thought of not marrying her . But he can't question back or cross his Chote papa. If she rejects him he will make her fall for him and win her heart . ************************************* *After one week* Abhay was in his office . He got a call . After a heating conversation he shouted ' Listen one scratch on that person and you will be so dead .' The person replied ' I like challenges ' and cut the call on Abhay's face . Abhay couldn't believe it . He wanted to destroy everything in anger. But he calmed himself . He wanted to kill that person 100 times but he will do something else which is more important . And one more thing which made him shocked is that he kinda know this voice but how he couldn't understand . But now he can't waste a moment . He can't loose her . He already lost his own parents , their love but not this time. He will marry her within this week . He will make sure to keep her safe . And nothing could change it . He went back to his Mansion and called his parents and said ' Please Choti ma and Chote papa we are going to Kolkata with marriage proposal and if they reject I will marry her forcefully . ' Chote papa ' What are you saying Abhi ? We already decided about it . And why are you talikng about marrying her forcefully ? You know na she may not expect you after knowing you are a mafia . So stop your childishness .' He can't believe it his Abhi is going to marry someone forcefully . More over everything was decided . But Abhay is up to something today . He requested again ' Please Chote papa ' . Chote papa ' Listen this is wrong . And you know that .' Now he is angry on him . Abhay ' OKK you don't need to come . I will manage my life . And I am not going to tell them about me before marriage . ' he said in his cold tone . His chote papa and choti ma were taken aback . For the first time he said something like that . His choti ma put hand on her husband's shoulder . She said ' Abhi my baby listen we will go okk but we have to tell them about your truth . Otherwise it will be cheating . And we don't cheat others . And first your Chote papa and I will go . You don't need to worry . Have patience Abhi .' She knows her Abhi very well .So she did what she should . She thought that they would handle the situation . But how wrong she was . She would be more happy if the love was not one sided . But they can't stop Abhi as he is the king after all . But they will try their best not to make things worse . Chote papa was not ready for that but his wife told him ' Our Abhi must have his own reasons .' They all went to Kolkata but before that Our Mafia King literally begged for forgiveness to his parents like a baby .They forgave him but warned him ' Abhi don't do something which you will regret in future .' Abhay ' Just trust me chote papa . I am doing this for our good only .' They reached Kolkata in their private jet . They directly went to her house in Kolkata except Abhay . He requested them to take him with them . But they brushed off his request . So he stayed in his own hotel . His parents reached her house in their cars with many bodyguards . Though they didn't want to go like this but Abhay didn't listen and it was also for their safety . *********************************************** It was a normal evening for Chatterjee house . They were missing their sweetheart Mrinal . But it was her dream , her wish . They were chit chatting with each other . Suddenly bell rang . Mrinal's mother opened the door and felt strange seeing all those guards and a couple . She looked at them then asked them politely ' Whom do you want ?' They answered ' Mr. Arun Chatterjee ' { He is Mrinal's grandfather .} She said ' Yes please come in .' They entered inside the house . They felt something different . They are not rich but fully traditional . Their house's interior decoration is saying so . They settled in the drawing room . Others were shocked but composed themselves as they were guests . Her mother didn't tell them about the guards as they are in front of them . They greeted each other in Indian style . They served them tea and snacks though they asked them not to bother . Mrinal is from a traditional family of Kolkata . They can't behave improperly with their guests . Then her grandfather was about to ask Abhay's Chote papa said ' Sorry for this unexpected arrival . But it's necessary. We are here for asking your granddaughter Mrinal's hand for our son Abhay Singh Raizada for marriage . We know all this is unexpected for you but my son really loves your granddaughter .So we are here with a marriage proposal. ' They all are surprised . They all know Abhay as a India's no. 1 businessman . But they also know some rumours about him being in mafia like others . But there is no proof and more over there are always some rumours about successful persons . His grandfather was again about to say but her Choti ma said ' And yes he is a mafia . We don't want to hide anything . But he doesn't harm any innocent or without any reason . ' She already told Abhay not to hide anything after all a relation starts with truth not lies . Now they don't have any option except saying no . They are shocked about what's happening . They are out of words suddenly out of nowhere sudden marriage proposal that too from Mumbai and above all from a mafia family . They don't know what to say or what to do . They are shocked but more than that they are afraid . Afraid about their daughter . They can't imagine how can a mafia is behind Mrinal . They know anybody can fall for her innocence but how can a mafia . His grandfather thought to say that they will first ask Mrinal about it and also ask for time as she is studying and her decision is also important. They don't have any problems of having arrange marriage at all .They also want her to choice her life partners herself . As is she not interested in relations they thought about her arrange marriage but with her full consent and more over after completing her dreams . If Abhay was only a businessman and that too a simple one they will surely think about it . But after knowing that Abhay being a mafia they can't do except saying no . Their precious daughter can't even tolerate a single injustice . She will never marry him . Her brothers were about say but their grandfather politely said ' We are sorry but our Mrinal is not at ready for marriage now . She has her own dreams and ...' He hesitated but continued ' and we don't want to marry her off with your son .Don't take us wrong but we don't want our granddaughter to marry a mafia . Hope you will understand . You all know how much dangerous life a mafia lead . We can't throw our innocent girl in between all those . Hope you understand .' Abhay's parents can't say anything . What can they say after that . They are in a dilemma . They want their Abhi to live a happy live with his love but can't force a girl to marry that too with a mafia . But their actual tension is what Abhi will do . They said ' We know but our son really loves her. About life any simple normal people's life can be turned upside down . But it's her life and she is your family so you will decide about her . ' Her family thanked them for understanding but they were still shocked about the things happening . But thankful that they didn't say more . They left with polite greetings and not knowing what will happen next . They knew that what will be the outcome but they can't do anything . They are helpless . What will they do ? Abhi will marry her but they will do their best to stop it . But how they also don't know . Mrinal's family was hell tensed . They are still stunned . Her mother was shivering only thinking about her daughter's fate . They are thankful to god that they didn't behave violently as mafias . But they are least interested about it . They are tensed about their daughter . They decided to go Mumbai and take her back to Kolkata . Her life is more important than her dreams . With a heavy heart they called her but to their hard luck her phone was switched off . They finally called on her hostel's land line but again it was unreachable . At last they booked a flight for three people on the same night . Her brothers and father will go and take her back to home . They tried their best but got flight after two days . They calmed down themselves . But her mother , aunties and sister - in - laws are more tensed .
