Maxine Lee wanting to annoy Natasha who's preparing to go to sleep, deliberately talked louder than her normal inside voice with Brian Quail, "Ugh military training is so annoying! Though I didn't want to get tan but I'm shades darker than I really was." Maxine Lee who always takes care of her skin with extensive skin care products which she pays great attention and time to it. Every day, she always wipes her face with these products, so that her skin would always look white and tender. However, military training is too hot. Even if you wear sunscreen, it won't help. Maxine Lee is tanned! Brian Quail said, "You know who got it worse than you, me. I'm black so I'm usually sunburnt like this. Unlike Astrid Riley though. She is not getting dark at all! Astrid Riley makes me envious of her, she's good looking and has good grades in the university too. Astrid Riley is their other roommate. She looks magnanimous compared to Maxine Lee and she has good grades. It was rumored that she's the top student when she took the college entrance examination. Everyone has been tanned these days, but she is not affected at all. Maxine Lee a little pissed off at Brian Lee after hearing him praise and compared her to Astrid Riley. Her glance pierced through Brian Quail and said: "It is not necessarily a good thing to be too beautiful. Beautiful people, has a target on their back. I tell you, when I came back last night, I saw Astrid Riley went to instructor Ben alone. We can't really say what they are up to, but I know it's up to no good." Brian Quail said, "No way that's true! Instructor Ben is like a lion, a fierce one." "I can provide you this evidence that Astrid Riley is Instructor Ben's lapdog. At the military training today, wasn't she being comfortable at the side while we were burned to death under the heat of the sun?" Maxine Lee obviously implying that Astrid Lee has any sort of shady relationship with Instructor Jameson He thought to himself that this is how Natasha Quinn and Maxine Lee's good friendship towards each other good destroyed and cut ties with each other. Natasha Quinn wanted to sleep, but she couldn't sleep because of the noise these two people were emitting so she simply stuffed her headphones. Later in the evening, Natasha Quinn was the last one to go back at the dormitory because she was too tired to move from training and took her time to walk up to her dorm. These past few days were tiresome. When she came back to her room, there were voices bellowing at each other. When she got in it was Astrid Riley and Brian Quail who were fighting. "Where did you get the idea of me, having an affair with the instructor? It was you who spread the rumors." Brian Quail said: "No..." He went into talking with Maxine Lee about the other night but didn't expect that the conversation would be manipulated. "So, this is your idea of stalling, Brian Quail? So pretentious, you think I don't know what's happening around here behind my back? Let me tell you this, I will not let you go off so easily next time. Brian Quail stammered and bit his lip while Astrid Lee's aura was so strong that he didn't dare to refute it. After all, he was really wrong and spoke ill of Astrid Lee. Brian Quail who didn't know what to do with the situation heads directly towards the door and ran out which bumps into Natasha Quinn. Having to see the resentment in his eyes he yells at Natasha, "It was you, wasn't it? You told Astrid Lee the things Maxine Lee and I were talking the other night!" Natasha Quinn was there when this rumor broke out at school today. She is a prime suspect in Brian Quail's book. Natasha Quinn is the who's closer to Astrid Lee, especially when they were talking amongst themselves this afternoon. Astrid Riley's mood changed, thereafter. That's why he is pushing that it is Natasha's fault. She was about to say something but didn't continue because before she could open her mouth Brian Quail was already far away from her. When she entered the room, she saw Maxine Lee was watching TV comfortable in her position from where she is sitting. As if the allegations that brought out to Brian Quail, had nothing to do with her. Astrid Riley looked at Natasha and went out calmly. It was only then the room was occupied by the both of them, alone. Since they started to be roommates no one from them started to talk to each other. Although she held grudges against Maxine Lee, but as long as she didn't try to provoke her. Then, let the peace be kept at bay. As Maxine was watching TV and burst out laughing from the show she was watching. The tablet from her was taken away and she's quite shocked. She looked up to see Natasha in front of her. She looked at Natasha with grimace. "What's the matter?" She is toying around other people and that makes her satisfied. Hey! You thick-face still have the mood to watch television even though you know what's been happening around here?" She confronted Maxine Lee who was busy watching comedy from the TV. "I have nothing to do with those guys bickering against each other and why are you pinning this on me?" The nerve of Maxine Lee pumps up the blood boiling inside of Natasha. Before where living peacefully with them turns out she has qualms with Brian now. "Wow! None of your business? It's you who spoke ill of Astrid not Brian. She remembers how smart Natasha is and she know that she's just pinning her for confession. "What are you talking about? I don't understand." She recorded once and who knows she's been doing it again. So, she won't be silly to just blurt out things without thinking it through and pin her as the culprit. Natasha leering at her for thinking that she was dumbfounded. "You know that you like to see the misery of others, it feeds your ego and deliberately frustrating if I were you." She knew exactly what was going on: Maxine Lee has tendency of being mischievous, likes to pick on others and tricking them is her strong point.
