Chapter 15- Jealous boy

"Walk faster," Lucas said when the bell rang and we were walking in the hallway with Kendrick. "Hey what's wrong with that dude?" Kendrick ask. "Umh maybe he's jealous."She said. " Jealous? " Kendrick asks. "With whom?" I said. "Fool, it's you and Kendrick." She said. "Me? Okay, he didn't like me alright." I said and walk faster and left them behind. "Hey, I'm sorry." She said. "Btw, would you like to come to my house? I'm planning to surprise mom and dad." I said. "I would love to," Kendrick said excitedly. "Okay let's go, but umh I only take my motor and only two people fit on that. " What is a motor?" Kendrick said and Faith and I laughed. "You didn't know what that is?" I said. "Yeah. " He said and I grabbed him. "That's a motorcycle," I said and he was shocked and amazed. "Woah, it's beautiful how can I ride here?" He said. "Aish hop in. Faith followed us." I said. "Argh wait, you go first. I'm going to wait for Trixie." She said. "Okay," I said. "Bye," Kendrick said to Faith and we both drive away where Faith was. "Mom, dad? " I shouted to the whole house. "Your house is amazing." He said and look around. "Oh it's you," He said and pointed to the picture frame that was displayed on the wall. "Yeah, it's me. Come on in." I said. "Umh nanny? Where's mom and dad? " I ask one of the maids. "They're out of town, they said that they message you. " She said. "What?" I said. "Thank you, I'm leaving btw," I said and smiled. "Do you want to eat first?" She said. "I was full nanny, thank you," I said and waved my hands in the air to say goodbye. "Are you alright?" Kendrick said behind me. "Come on," I said and I drive in the drive-through because I'm hungry. "You said that you're not hungry, but you buy food?" He said. "Shh, " I said and he laughed. "Hold this for me," I said when the crew handed me the take-out I ordered. "You're not here." Faith said when I picked up the phone. "Umh, we're going to the apartment. My parents are out of town." I said and giggles. "Argh." She said. "Alright, we're on our way. " I said and she's probably talking about Trixie. "They're on the way so let's go?" I said and Kendrick nodded. "You're truly raised by a human. " He said. "Huh?" I said. "Uh, nothing." He said and I just ignore him. "We're here," I said and I saw Faith with Trixie and Lucas. "Oh, you're here too?" I said. "Do you want me to leave? I live here remember?" He said coldly but calmly. "Uh, sorry," I said shy "But in case you want me to leave for you and that boy to date, yeah sure." He said and I was shocked. He left and shut his door with a loud bang. "Jealous people." Faith said. "What is wrong with him?" I said and Faith just smirked at me. "Alright what are we gonna do?" I said and sat down on the sofa. "Hi what's your name?" Trixie asks Kendrick. "Me?" he said and pointed on himself. "Yes you, you're new," Trixie said and smile. "uh, I'm Kendrick." He said. "Did you know, my s-" She said but before she speaks Faith covered her mouth and laugh nervously. I look at her and she just laughs nervously at me. "Oh, should we watch some movie?" I said. "What is a movie?" This boy said behind me. "You also don't know what this is?" I said and he nodded. "HAHAHA, I can't explain but yeah it's fun," I said and turn on the tv. "Uh, I'm going first. My friends are finding me so I gotta go." She said and said goodbye. "Nice meeting you Brother Kendrick." She said and winked at us. "That's your sister, ?" he asks Faith. "Yeah, am I more pretty than her right." She said confidently. "Uh, your sisters are more beautiful." She said and I burst out laughing. "Wahhhhhh." Faith pretends to cry. "Keep your voice and laughing down." Someone shouted. "I can't focus on what I'm doing " He added. "Sorry, your majesty," I said in a joking way. "Shut up!" He said and this time I guess he was truly angry. "I'm going it's already late." Faith said. "Maybe my Father is finding me. " She said. "But the movie was almost in a half," I said but she pouted and said. "I'll visit you tomorrow." She said and I nodded. "Okay, be safe. See you tomorrow." I said and she smiles. "And you why are you not going? It's late. " Lucas said at his front door. "Umh- " Kendrick said and I notice Lucas gives him a death glare. "Alright, I'll go," he said. "See you tomorrow," I said but Lucas whispers something that I didn't hear. Kendrick left and I stares at Lucas. "Why did you do that?" I said. "What?" He asks. "Argh I hate you, !" I said and stormed out in front of his face. "No one asks you." He shouts. "Shut up," I shouted back. "What's wrong with him?" I said as I was staring at the wall. "You're my real mother?" I said to the woman in front of me I can't see her face clearly, but I'm seeing her purple eyes. "You're my father?" I said and pointed on the man beside the woman who's claiming to be my mother. "Yes, we are."They said. "But why?" I said. "Why did you give me up so easily," I said and found myself crying on my bed. "Is this the sign for me to search for my parents?" I whisper to myself. I check the time and it was almost 5:00 am in the morning. What should I do, I can't sleep and Lucas was still sleeping. So I sneak out through the door and am surprised to see Lucas standing in front of the refrigerator and getting something to eat. "Oh, you're early," I said but he ignores me. "Hey, didn't you hear me?" I said and again I heard silence. "Aish you're getting into my nerves," I said angrily. "You're so noisy. " He said with his eyebrows met in the middle "You know what, whatever," I said and sat down by the sofa and took out my cellphone in my pocket, minutes later someone knocked on the door and it was almost 6:00 am. "Who can be that early? Do you have any visitors Lucas?" I said but I didn't get any reply from him. So I just walk towards the door and open it. "Hi, goodmorning," Kendrick said with a big smile on his face. "It's so early and you're here to visit her. We have school right?" Lucas said. "Don't mind him," I said to Kendrick and grabbed him to sit down. "I brought you a breakfast, I'm not really familiar with what you like." He said and give me a box of donuts. "Are you freaking kidding me?" I ask furiously. "Thank you!" I added and I heard a loud bang in the bathroom and Lucas was in there so he made that noise. "Aish he's really onto something," I rolled my eyes on the air and let him be.
