Chapter 22- Choosing made

ISABELLA'S POV "Do you think that the two will be together?" I whispered to Lucas while we were on the way outside. The nurse suggested that maybe I should go home, and take a rest. At first, I didn't agree but Faith told me that she'll take care of me. I was also planning to tell her the truth after the class, We need Lucas and Kendrick to bring us to my kingdom. I was thinking that maybe we're not safe alone or just the two of us. Just like yesterday, I've been looking for the kingdom where Kendrick takes me. I found out that someone was following me. "Alright, I'm going to take care of her. You two should go." Faith pulled me to the car and closes it. "So, I want you to choose." She said excitedly. "Tell me first you're not mad at me anymore." I crossed my arms and pout my lips. "Yeah, I'm really sorry for earlier. I didn't know you have a fever because of me. Sorry, I didn't meet you yesterday, I had no face to show you." She sighed. "Alright come on, let's go to my house or to the house I rent?" I ask. "The one that you rent." She replied. She told her driver to drive to my house which is he already know. "Take a rest there." Faith ordered me to rest in my room when we arrived. She asks me to rest for a minute while she's doing the cooking thing to give me medicine since I'm not drinking any of it. So I followed her, I also have a headache that was causing for my world to spin. "Can you walk?" She checked me before entering the kitchen. "Uh, yeah sure. I'm just feeling dizzy." I answered. "You know what, just take a rest here on the couch." She helps me to lay on the couch, I try closing my eyes to fall asleep for a bit but I can't. The man I saw, he just looks like Lucas. •FLASHBACKS• I was walking through the woods finding the kingdom. Not knowing the way., just through the memories but it's kinda useless. I didn't know what to do so I tried and tried until I get tired. When I heard footsteps on the leaves scattered all around. "Who are you? Could you help me?" I shouted even though I didn't know if he heard or if there was really anyone. "Do you know where is the Kingdom of..." Before I could speak he said and came out of nowhere. "You mean the wolves dynasty?" He asks and walks closer to me. I can see her dark red eyes. He also looks like of a younger version of Lucas. "I guess." I confusedly said. "Alright come with me." He grabbed my hands with no hesitation but I felt something wrong. "Get off of her hands." A wolf stops him, he had a kid on his back. I grabbed my hands at all forced and ran to them. "I'll get her back." His appearance turns into a wolf and ran away from us. "Thank you." I thanked the man and the boy for saving me. "No worries, Your highness." He lead the way when he discovered that I'm also going to their kingdom or our kingdom. •FLASHBACKS END• "It's ready." Faith shouted from the kitchen walking towards me. "Thank god, we're okay." I happily said, She hugs me tightly and said. "I can't do without you." She sobbed and laugh. "Corny." I laughed at her and she brings the food that she cooks. She also brings the medicine we bought on our way. "Okay just sit there and I'm gonna take care of the dishes." She said. "We're here." Someone yelled from outside. "Who's that?" Faith asks, I shrug my shoulders and am ready to stand up and get to the door. "Let me get it." Faith volunteers and I reached the tv remote to open the tv and watch something. "You're early huh." I saw them with their face full of sweat. "We cut classes." Lucas declared and as to my surprised eyes went big. "Tss," Kendrick said behind Lucas's back. "It's fine princess."Kendrick walk toward me and tapped my shoulders. "Princess?" Faith confusedly asks. "Yeah, she's the princess." Kendrick response. "Of what?" Faith questions again. "The wolf? She didn't tell did she?" I look at Kendrick ready to kill him. "I was about to say that." I furiously said. "You're what?" "They're not even true, there's no such a wolf turning into a human." She laughed and thought I was only kidding. "C'mon show her," I asked Kendrick, I look at Lucas and I nodded at him saying he can show Faith. Kendrick asked to go to the woods like he asked me before showing me who was he and we all agreed. The two young boys started to change their appearance from handsome boys to scary wolves. "Wahhhhhh." Faith screams. "Hey lower your voice." I covered Faith's mouth and ride on Lucas's back. "Go on ride on Ken's back." I pointed at Kendrick and Faith turns to red. "U-uh alright." She was shy based on her face and blushing cheeks. She jumped in the back of Kendrick and they started to run. We followed them but I asked Lucas to slow down. I want to tell him something. "Lucas slow down," I ordered and he followed. "Yeah?" He asks. "Yes, I want to be your girlfriend," I announced. "W-what?" He uttered. "I'm yours," I repeated. "You're officially mine?" He ask once again and I nodded. He tells me to come down so I did. He turns once again into a handsome human boy who I loved at first. He suddenly grabbed my waist approaching his. We stared for a while, and I stare at his lips with a pinkish color with a heart-shaped lip, I kiss it with no hesitation as our lips collided I put my hands on his shoulders and felt butterflies in my stomach enjoying the moment we had. "Ewww." Someone disgusted. It was Faith with Kendrick staring at us. I can see in Kendrick's eyes that he was holding his tears back even though he was shaped like a wolf. "It's not safe here we must be going." He turned around and started to run with Faith on his back. "He likes you. I can tell it by his eyes." He commented, he changes again and we traveled to our kingdom. On our way, I was all thinking about Ken but I didn't say that I like him. I just, it hurts my feeling seeing the one who helps me to know my true Identity, hurting and didn't showing it just because I didn't choose Lucas over him. "Faith, here," I called while they were almost entering the kingdom. She comes over and held my hands. "Won't they bite me?" He clung to my arm like a frightened child. "Fool, no," I reply to her. We walked to where my father and mother were. While the two were in the back walking behind us silently. "You're back again. You miss us huh." My mother jokes as she approaches me. "Who is that beautiful woman with you?" He asked me as Faith was scared to cling to me. "We don't bite just like the wolf you heard about. We're not like that, but here in this kingdom we don't." My mother said, Faith left her grip and introduced herself. "I'm beautiful, didn't you say?" Like a child, she asked. "So I'm Faith's bestfriend. And you're?" Faith introduces herself and asks with respect. "I'm her mother Queen Ayena and this is her father King Kaiser." Mom said. "So this means you're truly a princess." She excitedly turns to me, and I nodded. "Wah amazing." She jumped in excitement. "Enjoy yourselves, We need to do something," Dad said and he smiles at me. "U-uh where's Kendrick?" Faith asks when she notices that Ken's not behind us. "He went out," Lucas stated. "Uh let's find him," I suggested and they agreed. "Oh, she's there." Faith pointed to where he saw Kendrick in the garden. "Go you need to talk to him." Lucas winked at me and tapped my shoulders, he left me with Faith. Faith turned around to me and gives a big great smile on her face. "You're here alone?" I break the silence. He's hiding his eyes on me trying to wipe his tears away. "Here." I handed him the handkerchief I had in my pocket. "Thank you." He thanked me. "Umh Let's just be friends. We can do better closure, besides there's Faith by your side.." "I'm fine, I just crying it out. Thank you." He smiles trying to hide the pain I cause. "I liked you." He confessed. "That's the last time, I'll say I like you." He added, I smile at him and I ask him to join the others. "Thanks to my healing powers, I heal myself so fast." He laughed and I chuckled.
