A Tour of Ariel's House

Doesn't he feel a single thing as he undresses me? The way he kissed me during the ceremony permitted me to imagine that our wedding wasn't a sham, but the coldness he treated me with a short time later took away any trust he'd incidentally given me. A shudder runs down my spine as his fingers brush against my skin, and I let my eyes closed for a minute, imagining this evening isn't pure torment for him. In my fantasies, Ariel needs me as much as I need him, his considerations filled with nothing but me. In case things had been distinctive between us, would he have laid me down on his bed, his touch restless and warmed? Rather than the carefulness he's dealing with me, would he be unpleasant and unhinged, the way he was so many times back? Ariel takes his time unfastening my dress until the back falls open. I once told one of my friends that if I ever thought I had a chance with the man of my life , I'd give it my all, and I'd fight dirty if I needed to. This can be it. This can be my chance.
