34. The Terror
The sound of gunfire repeatedly echoed in this area. Stellina and Fabian, who had already struggled to get out of the car, walked quietly but quickly away from the scene. The car Fabian was driving was tilted and almost overturned.
While running with a bent body, Fabian tried to spread his coat behind Stellina's back. Bullets from the guns of the men dressed in black flew all around.
Stellina was really trembling with fear as she ran with the sound of those gunshots. Now she and Fabian didn't know which direction to go. Their minds were instantly blown.
DOR!
DOR!
"ARGH!" Fabian's body immediately jerked when a bullet managed to hit his left arm.
Stellina widened her eyes in surprise. She almost screamed when she saw Fabian suddenly almost lose his balance. She just wanted to know how Fabian was doing, but Fabian's hand that was holding a suit - and also hit by a bullet - kept pushing Stellina's back forward.
Until finally Stellina and Fabian could find the turn of a small alley. When they turned, they both quickly ran towards an abandoned warehouse. There was an open door there.
After entering the warehouse, Stellina immediately closed the door without being able to lock the door. Stellina groaned in annoyance when she realized that the door lock had no effect at all. As a result, not wanting to spend time struggling with the door, she immediately looked at Fabian.
"Fabian," Stellina called out through a panicked voice.
While Fabian's body immediately drooped limply against the wall while grimacing, Stellina immediately approached. Stellina opened Fabian's coat which had been covering the man's hand.
How Stellina was surprised to see Fabian's right arm covered in blood. The bullet penetrated into the sleeve of the white shirt to the flesh of Fabian's arm. There was a hole clearly marked there.
Stellina's breath was held by the condition of Fabian's arm. Fresh blood was constantly pouring out as Fabian groaned in pain.
"Fabian, oh my, your arm..." Stellina immediately panicked. Her eyes looked around to see if there was a first aid kit.
"Your hand is shot! There's no first aid kit here!" Stellina's voice squealed in panic after she did not find any first aid kit around.
Because her panic was really high, Stellina then took her cell phone. But after she repeatedly groped her own body, it turned out that there was no cell phone at all.
Stellina stopped fumbling through her pockets. She had a dumbfounded look on her face. She tried to remember where her cell phone had gone. As soon as she remembered that she had left her cell phone in the car, Stellina immediately tapped her forehead.
"Oh, my God! I left my phone in the car!" Stellina said in panic.
Meanwhile, at the site of Diego's overturned car, Ranzo stopped the car. He suddenly had a bad feeling. This was the enemy clan's territory. Why was there an overturned car? Had there just been a fight?
Ranzo hurriedly got out of the car. His eyebrows furrowed as he read the rear license plate of the overturned car. From the lettering on the license plate, Ranzo knew that this car belonged to a member of the Pavnozzi Clan. Which meant it was the Diego Clan.
Ranzo was wide-eyed with surprise. His gaze immediately wandered around. He realized that a few meters away but still within reach, there was a group of people dressed in formal black standing guard.
Ranzo had a bad feeling about them.
As Ranzo scrutinized the people dressed in formal black, suddenly one of them noticed his presence. Suddenly, the man next to him patted him and pointed at Ranzo.
"THERE'S ANOTHER PAVNOZZI CLAN MEMBER!"
Ranzo, who was panicking, gasped in surprise. Seeing the gunmen starting to chase him, Ranzo hurried to escape. He already knew that there was an abandoned warehouse in the vicinity of Diego's overturned car.
Luckily, Ranzo's running speed was well practiced. Ranzo's feet turned into an alley and quickly went near the door of the abandoned warehouse.
Breathing heavily, Ranzo entered the warehouse and closed the door. But suddenly from behind came a voice.
"WHO ARE YOU?!"
In the middle of a rather dark room, a woman held an object and pointed it at Ranzo. Ranzo, on the other hand, was stunned as he squinted to get a better look.
"Vellina?" Ranzo just realized the woman's face.
Stellina's tension slowly faded after Ranzo recognized her. Stellina lowered both hands and was dumbfounded.
While Stellina was still surprised by Ranzo's arrival, Ranzo suddenly ran over. Ranzo checked Fabian's condition, whose arm had been wrapped in a cloth to stop the flow of blood.
Stellina looked back at Ranzo.
"Is it still chaotic outside?" Although she didn't know much, Stellina only thought about that.
Ranzo, while trying to contact Diego, nodded his head in response.
"Yes, they're still guarding the area around this alley. It looks like you need to escape quickly before they find out where we are," Ranzo explained at length in a panicked tone of voice.
Stellina was speechless. Ranzo's phone call was picked up by Diego.
"Diego, there was an accident with Vellina and Fabian. I'll take the shot Fabian to the hospital. I'll send you the address—"
BUAKK!
The warehouse door was suddenly forced open from the outside. Stellina and Ranzo turned around in unison and were surprised to find four men from the enemy clan standing proudly. They were pointing their guns.
The warehouse door was suddenly forced open from the outside. Stellina and Ranzo simultaneously turned their heads and were surprised to find four men from the enemy clan standing proudly. They were pointing their guns.
"Vellina, run now! I'll take Fabian!" Ranzo said emphatically to Stellina.
"Are you crazy? I won't leave Fabian alone!"
Ranzo put the cell phone into his pocket after forcibly disconnecting the call. He looked at Stellina frantically while carrying Fabian's body.
"Don't be stubborn! Are you going to fight them?!"
After hearing Ranzo's question, out of nowhere the impulse to fight these men appeared. Stellina immediately took off the high heels she was wearing.
"Yes, I will fight them."
