Another day

"Great." Mr. Steler greeted us with a smile as we exited the simulator with Fly. My companions smiled. "You can rest because tomorrow we will go to the Arena." Said the Admiral. They are now watching our last training. Tomorrow we are scheduled to head to the arena where the MLA will be held. "Moon, we're hungry. Will you cook us noodles again?" Star asked as we walked. "Yes, Moon, then doesn't your saliva turn sour? Why do you seem to be quiet, kid? We've been seeing you quiet for a few days now." Rain replied. I just smiled at them. "Let her hit that ground, she might go completely crazy." Red said and glared at me. "Are you okay?" I looked at the one next to me, Shadow. He was looking at me. I nodded. "Do you miss him already?" He asked. I shook. A few days have passed since the Moonlight anniversary celebration. Zero hasn't shown up to me for a few days. I haven't seen him since I confessed to him, after the celebration I looked for him. I was hoping to see him and talk to him but I didn't see him. And now, I continue to be hurt because I can no longer see Zero. He was probably avoiding me. I don't know why and what is his reason for saying that we can't, we like each other but what is the barrier that he is saying? Is it that far between the two of us? Am I such a lowly creature for him to say that we can't be for each other. "Moon." I looked at Shadow who was outside the elevator and I was the only one left. I walked out of the elevator and looked at Shadow. He smiled at me then wiped the tears from my cheeks. I didn't realize that someone had helped tears at me. "Forget about him." He said, looking away from me. If I could, I would have done it. "Aren't you surprised, that he keeps telling you that he wants you but he also leaves you over and over again." He says. I stared at Shadow. "Not that I'm insulting him Moon, I'm just concerned about you. And I don't want to see you like that." He added and hugged me. "If I could just teach your heart to love me I would have done it." He whispered as he hugged me. There my tears flowed again. Why is it that I still like Zero even though Shadow is here. "I won't stop loving you until you learn to love me Moon." He said then looked at me. He wiped away my tears again. "I'm sorry." That was all that came out of my mouth, he just smiled at me and took a deep breath. "Rest Moon, tomorrow we'll leave early. Let's be on the bus ah." He said so I smiled and nodded. "By the way, it's your bracelet." He said and took off the bracelet he borrowed from me. He took my hand and put it on. "Don't take that off again so you don't get hurt." He said and smiled at me. I laughed. "Why do I feel even more painful than the Pain Moon feels?" I looked to our side and there we saw Star and Rain looking at us. Rain immediately kicked Star. "You really ruined the moment Star, you were born to destroy the Moment." Rain said annoyed so Shadow and I laughed at them. "Oi, Moon laugh again!" Star said cheerfully and ran closer to me. "You know, these past few days I don't want to approach you because your aura is scary. You're too serious! You better laugh now." He said like a child so I laughed even more. "So will you cook us Pancit Moon again?" Rain asked me. I smiled and nodded while Star jumped. "You know Moon, even if I'm alive I'll only eat pancit as long as you cook it." Star's flattery, I saw Shadow's smirk which made me laugh. "We'll talk later Star. Let's count." Shadow replied while looking at Star. "But Moon, of course the noodles can also be boiled, so don't bury me for the rest of my life." Star said while looking at Shadow. "Hoi hit the ground, if you're going to cook hurry up. I'm starving." Red said I laughed and turned away from them to go to the kitchen. For some unknown reason I looked out the window near the door. I was stopped from where I was standing when I saw Zero sitting at the top of a tree while looking at me. The tree where he was sitting was a bit far so I immediately walked out the door but when I came out the door Zero suddenly disappeared from the tree where I saw him earlier. I bent down and sighed. Chances are I'll just roll my eyes.
