The imposter

It was dark, we only stayed in a small cave now because this is what we saw, fortunately it had no monsters and did not explode. Only the fire served as our light, I took a deep breath and looked at Shadow grilling marshmallows. *"He's the imposter to us."* I remembered again what Dark had said. How did Dark find out that Shadow was the imposter? If it's true that Shadow is the imposter to us, I'm worried for Dark. Shadow can kill Dark and-- "That's enough thinking about me." I looked at the speaker, Dark. He laughed and kicked me. "I didn't inform that you were thinking of me." He said so I was very upset. I can see Shadow picking up wood. "How did you know he was the imposter?" I asked, he shrugged and laughed. "He killed Aquazel." He said so I laughed. "We all have the ability to kill Dark." I said. "But not everyone can have a bright eye." He said so I was stunned and looked at Shadow fixing the fire. "When he killed Aquazel his eyes lit up red. Something that didn't happen when he was with me." He said. I fell silent. "There's not enough basis for what you said." I said. He laughed. "Eh? then look at the one against him for what he has." He said so I looked at him with a smile. I stared at him and approached Shadow who was picking up fire. "Hey, let me help you." I told him so he looked at me and smiled. "Are you done eating?" He asked. I nodded and started picking wood. "Is it okay with you that Dark is here?" I asked so he looked at me and smiled gently then took a deep breath. "I'll lie if I say yes. But I can't do anything, you decided he's here." He said so I smiled. It is impossible that Shadow is the Imposter. "Why are you so mad at him?" I asked. He averted his eyes and turned away, from where I was standing I saw his neck with the letter I written in red. I swallowed, Dark was right. He was the imposter. I don't remember ever tattooing Shadow. This is the first time I saw that letter I on his neck. "Long story Moon." He said and continued what he was doing. I took a deep breath and carried the wood I got near the fire then looked in the direction of Dark who turned to look at me while crossing his arms. I just bent down then looked at Shadow's behavior. Then we can't trust Shadow. "It's our second night now in the maze, the maze will be over in only three days." Shadow said when he was able to approach me. He looked at me. "We will definitely win because our teammates are still complete." He said. I smiled. "What are we going to do tomorrow?" He asked. I looked at Dark who sat in front of us. "Are the imposters going to hunt?" Dark asked, obviously teasing again. "Find another place to stay." I said and looked at Shadow. "We have to move, I feel like at any time someone will come here and rush us." I stopped speaking as Shadow raised his hand in the air causing the tunnel to darken where we were. He signed us to be quite so we nodded. "There's someone outside." He whispered so we carefully took our belongings and prepared for whoever would enter. The surroundings were quiet, but from where we were standing I could hear the footsteps from outside. "I feel like there's someone inside." We heard from outside. "Let's not go in." "Wait." We were alarmed and extinguished the fire that served as our light then went to the very edge of the cave and hid. We swallowed when we heard footsteps enter where we were. We slowly peeked at those who entered and I frowned when I saw Red serving as their light. "Red." I said and looked at Shadow. "He's with Star and Cloud." Shadow whispered then looked at me. "We can ask them to leave, can't we?" Dark asked, we ignored him. "Red's blood is hot on you Moon, at any time she might be demonized and kill you." Shadow said so I swallowed. "Let's just kill them." Dark suggested. I stared at him. "Are you crazy, they're still our friends." I said. He laughed. "If they also consider you a friend." He whispered so I just stared at him. "Get your things ready, we'll scare them." Shadow said and let out dark smoke from his hand.
