Rooftop
"Very good Moon." Admiral greeted me with a smile after my rehearsal, I just smiled a little then sat on the sofa near me. The Admiral sat in front of me and looked at me with a smile.
"They're coming tomorrow." He said and poured the wine into the wineglass he was holding, I shook my head as he gave it to me.
"Zero will definitely be happy." He said with a smile, which made me smile as I looked at him.
This is for Zero, and for everyone, also for Red.
"I'm going to my dorm." I said and stood up, Admiral nodded in support so I went out of the room where he practiced my power.
It's been six days since Admiral and I were planning what to do for tomorrow. I stopped walking when I met Red who had no emotion and didn't look at me, she was with Cloud, Star and Ice.
"Moon." I looked at the caller and saw Shadow carrying a flower, I smiled at him as he handed me the flower he was holding.
"How's your rehearsal? Are you hungry already?" He asked, I laughed and shook my head.
"I'm still full, I'll just go to my room to rest." I said and started walking.
"Are you going to do something later?" He asked and walked with me, I looked at him and shook my head.
"Why?" I asked, I saw his smile.
"Let's go to the rooftop later, I'll show you something." He said so I nodded and blocked his path, something that surprised him.
"Thanks for the flower, you're late, come in." I said so he laughed.
"Aye aye, captain." He said then kissed my forehead, I swallowed when I remembered Zero's last kiss to me, I slightly smiled back at him and watched him walk away from me.
I tightened my grip on the flower that Shadow gave me, I continued to walk again, instead of going to the dorm I went to the rooftop of the tallest building of Moonlight.
For the six days that passed, I could only talk to Rain and Shadow, they were the only ones approaching me. No other.
Shadow, I don't know what's up and he always brings me flowers when we meet. They are Red, I see and meet them every day but they ignore me. I wanted to talk to them but I knew they wouldn't listen to me.
I sat on a bench on the rooftop and watched the beautiful sunshine.
I took a deep breath and looked at the flower given to me by Shadow, I laughed when I remembered the flowers given to me by Zero.
I laid the flower I was holding next to me and then refocused my attention on the sun.
"May your eye go to the star, to the wind your soul .... you are all the colors in one, at full brightness. I love you Moon Laureen Venumous."
The loud blow of air made me close my eyes and I again remembered the last thing Zero said before he disappeared in front of me on the last day of the game.
"I miss you." I whispered as I turned to look at the sky.
I was pinched by water dripping on my cheek, misting but shining. I stood up and leaned against the railings of the rooftop then looked at the bottom of the building.
"Don't cry when the sun is gone, Because the tears won't let you see the stars."
Suddenly I felt heavy as I remembered what Zero said, I nodded and laughed. The tears won't let me see the stars.
"He's not happy with you." I turned to the speaker, Fly. sHe was sitting on the bench where I was sitting earlier. I frowned when I saw her grinning and holding a green apple, she smiled at me foolishly and then bit the apple.
"It's good that you're lonely now." she said then raised her eyebrows as if teasing.
"The last time you saw me, it was like your loneliness was taken away." She said with a laugh and the laughter got louder. "It's wrong, it doesn't seem like it, it was really deleted." She says.
'What are you saying?" I asked. She grinned and bit the apple again.
"Aren't you really feeling well or are you just stupid?" She asked me and stared at me.
"Admin has removed the loneliness you feel." She says.
"I notice you're missing something."
I suddenly remembered what she told me the last time we met, I frowned and held her to my chest.
"Why did Admin remove your longing for Zero?" When she teased the question and put her foot on the seat she then laughed.
"OWW! Maybe they have plans to change how you feel?" She said angrily so my forehead wrinkled even more.
"What can they exchange for your feelings?" She asked with a strange grin on her lips. "He?" she asked and stood up. "Suffering?" She asked and took a bite of the apple she was holding. "Or maybe angry?"
"What do you need from me huh? I'm avoiding crossing your path. But you're still the one who continues come to me. "I said so she laughed and also leaned against the railings of the rooftop then looked at me.
'You think Moon, why am I approaching you?" She asked and looked at the sky. "Even though I don't want to approach you because I hate and resent you I'm still doing it." She said and looked at me. "I know everything Moon, including what you and Admiral are planning." She said and grinned. "And I also know that Zero isn't happy with what you do." I was stunned by what she said.
"I'm sure Zero will be happy with you."
Again I remembered what the Admiral had said to me, I lowered my palm and looked badly at Fly.
"Stop it, you're just messing with my mind." I said reason for her to laugh.
"I'm not the Admiral to mess with your mind." She said and bit the apple again.
"For Zero I do." She spit out the apple in her mouth then laughed out loud, I just watched her laugh until she finished.
"Are you really doing this for Zero?" she asked, "Or for yourself?" she added and toyed with the apple she was holding.
"You want Zero to come back here, but Zero doesn't want to come back here." she said so I immediately rushed to her to slap her so she could dodge and I was the one she slapped, I was swallowed by the force of her slap on me.
"Think about it Moon, why would Zero tell you to lose the game if he wants to come back here?" she asked so I looked at her.
"That's not Zero."
"Ah so who is that? Shadow of Zero's ghost?" she asked philosophically.
"Dark used Zero to trick me." I said, she grabbed the collar of my uniform then slapped me again.
"How many more slaps do I have to do to wake you up to the fact that Zero doesn't want to be here anymore and Dark is your ally?" she asked while holding the collar of my uniform.
I immediately pushed her away from me and then slapped her hard.
"You have no right to poison my mind." I said while looking at her and in a flash she suddenly came behind me and kicked me hard causing me to sit on the floor.
"You also have no right to slap me, I only have the right to hurt the two of us." she said then angrily touched my hair.
"We challenge Moon." she said while holding my hair. "You will know the truth of everything the Admiral tells you to do, and when you know everything, that I am right, I will help you fight them. But if you prove me wrong, I will kill myself." she said seriously and then violently let go of my hair.
"It's not just Dark's life you'll take just in case Moon." she said and stood up then turned her back on me. "The lives of all Moonlight students will be affected if you agree to what the Admiral wants you to do." she said as she turned her back on me. "They're just making you a monster, something Zero doesn't want to do." I watched her walk away from me. I almost ran out of energy at the last thing she said.
Is it true ... they're just making me monsters?
Dark POV
"Be careful." I looked at the speaker, I just smiled and nodded.
"Dark." I turned to call me.
"Mr. Mond." I greeted and bowed to him, he smiled and patted my shoulder.
"Be careful." He said so I smiled and nodded.
"And if possible ......... bring her here." He said so I smiled even more.
"Take her to her real home." I looked at the speaker behind Mr Mond, Mrs Luxua, Mr Mond's wife. I nodded.
"I'll take her home here." I told them both. "I will take home your heir." I added so they smiled.
