Chapter 56 The End

It has been a few weeks already since Dina moved in with Rico and most of the time Rico is being showy of how he feels for Dina. He was really serious to make her love him again. Dina also loves Rico but for her, it's not easy to trust again especially it was not also easy for her to give that trust to him… and in the end, he just broke it. He broke her and she will never be the same again. However, Rico is really determined to prove his love for her, that he is worthy enough for her to trust again. 'It was both sudden for us to be tied in marriage. I didn't even have the chance to court you and our marriage life ended so fast like it lasted for just a blink of an eye… but my love for you wasn't a temporary thing. It was built and made strong throughout these years. I love you so much that even though you are my wife already and that we also had a son already, I will still court you.", Rico declared his love for Dina, again and again, every time she avoids his advances towards her. "Where's mom and dad?", Dina commented as she noticed that the house wasn't that noisy as it was supposed to be. "They went out with our Dino.", Rico answered as he cooks their dinner. Dina felt nervous for some reason, she felt tensed to know that she was alone with Rico. "To where? They won't be getting home late, right?", Dina asked. "What's with so many questions? Are you tensed? Because we're alone?", Rico smiled naughtily. "Of course, I am. I should be, right? I'm afraid that we might end up doing the same mistake again. I don't want that to happen, you know… like we're both forcing our feelings and look, we easily split up.", Dina answered honestly. Rico's naughty smile suddenly vanished. It's really hard to break into Dina's principles and he doesn't know how to get inside his wife's heart again. He is willing to do anything… everything just to win her back just like before. "You may be right... but you may be wrong too.", Rico replied as he stared at her directly. Suddenly he forcefully invaded Dina's lips. He kissed her aggressively and Dina was trying to fight him off but Rico is too strong and in the end… she gave up. She entrusted her lips to this man once again. She began to feel the moment they are both sharing together right now. They couldn't stop on their emotions anymore and with that one kiss… they had forgotten all their hard feelings with each other, all the years they had separated due to misunderstandings, all their sadness, all their bereavement… it was all filled up with their fiery kiss but full of love. "See? I know you missed me so much. Your kiss won't lie.", Rico said between his breath. He was almost out of breath but he began to kiss Dina once again… and Dina, who wasn't able to answer… wasn't able to stop her feelings for her husband too. "I love you, Dina. I am so in love with you.", Rico declared with so much emotion he couldn't handle anymore. "Please, say you love me too.", Rico begged with both desire and love for Dina. "I love you too Rico... you're still my husband, Rico. There's no one who took away your position as my husband. And in my heart, there's no one else because… it's always been you.", Dina answered. With these words, Rico cried as he continued kissing Dina passionately. That night, Dina slept in Rico's room… and ever since they had started to live as a married couple again. This is the end of a ###Chapter of Rico and Dina's life but their love will never end, it might have been tested throughout their years and their misunderstandings and whatever reason it might be, they will still continue to prove that their love for each other won't be broken by anyone. Epilogue "Dino!!!", Dina yelled in pain. "Mom!", Dino was in panic, he is already 15 years old now. He was panicking as he saw his mom in pain. 'Quick! Call your dad!!!", Dina once again cried in pain. "Y-yes mom!", Dino answered as he tried to calm himself down. The 10-year old Rica ran towards them. "Mom, is there anything I could help?", the youthful Rica asked, she is Dina and Rico's 2nd child. "My…my clothes, get them.", Dina answered as she endures her pain. She was already sweating and pain was painted all over her face. "Yes Mom.", Rica answered as she hurriedly ran to do what her mom her told her to do. "Mom, Mom are you okay?", the 5-year old Rina asked curiously, she is Dina and Rico's third child. "Yes baby, Mom is okay--- Ahhh!", Dina tried to convice Rina but it was clearly seen on her reaction that she was definitely in pain which made the little child even more worried. "Hello dad... dad... I think the baby's coming out!", Dino on his cellphone talking to his dad. "Mom? Is the baby coming out now? Yipee! I have someone to play with already!", Rina celebrated. "Ahhhh!", Dina groaned in extreme pain. --- After few hours, Dina is already carrying a newly-born infant in her arms. This is her and Rico's 4th child, Rino, a healthy baby boy. Both Dina and Rico are happy to see their newly-born son. "I love you Dina...", Rico whispered on Dina's ear and went on to kiss her forehead before getting the child on her arms to carry him by himself. "And will always be.", Rico added as he kiss her on her lips. "I believe you. I love you too... that's why, four is enough already, okay?", Dina joked. "Hmnnn...", Rico gestured as if he is still thinking about it as if he was teasing her. They were both laughing when everybody starts to enter the room, their children and also the old Ballestros couple. Their hospital rooms began to become noisy as all the attention was on the newly-born child. "Dina?" "Yes?" 'Are you still thinking about your former family? There were time that you were happy with them, right?", Rico suddenly asked curiously as he looks at his happy family he built with Dina. Dina sighed. "I had forgotten the bad things they had done to me already, Rico. I had forgiven them and if ever I will see them again… I can face them with a smile on my face again. My wound in the past had healed already… The scars are no longer there. I was cured by this happy family you had given me. Thank you, Rico.", Dina sincerely answered. Rico smiled. "And I thank you too, Dina. For loving me back, for everything.", Rico answered with gladness in his heart. Dina also smiled at Rico and even though they are not saying it every minute, every hour… they both feel they love they have for each other. -THE END-
