Alexa Two days later. Finally, my work is done here, so now I'm on my way to the airport. Well, the last two days, Elijah has just been so sweet and romantic to me, and I have just been a cold-hearted person. I'm not going to melt over his sweet talk, his sweet moves, or whatever he did. My heart is closed to him. I really need to find myself another guy as soon as possible to make sure he's not going to persuade or force me to be with him. The thing is, I don't have much time to go and find a new boyfriend or anything since Thea is not with me. I feel awkward by myself. My flight is in two hours, so after I arrive at the airport, I decide to buy a coffee first. It became a routine for me to buy coffee every morning. I love coffee. You can't blame me, though. I love coffee, but I didn't become addicted to it that much. I queue at Starbucks, and that's a good thing there are only a few people before me. When it comes to my turn, I order a cappuccino, and the cashier gives me my order after three minutes. I pay her and then leave a smile before walking and finding a seat. Suddenly, my phone rang. I take it out of my bag and then look at the caller. Elijah. "Hey, baby. Why didn't you tell me that you checked out of the hotel at 10?" He said it as soon as I put the phone near my ear. "Do I have to too?" I asked, and I heard him sighed. "Where are you now? Airport? When is your flight?" He asks me too many questions in one sentence. Gosh, why does he need to care about me? I hate it. Yes, I am at the airport, and my flight is in two hours," I reply. Okay, just wait there, and I will go to you now. I love you; see ya." With that, I hang up the phone and groan. I'm not supposed to tell him where I am, though. I quickly regretted my moves just now. Well, I miss him being like this, to be honest. I didn't care if he wanted to ask me thousands of questions because that shows that he worried and cared about me, but if he had done it all these three years ago, I would be totally happy. I take a sip of my cappuccino and look around because I have nothing to do. Basically, I was hoping that he didn't show up in front of me. I want to run away from him, but Gabriel and Gabriella are the reason that I'm not. After a few minutes, I stand up and throw my empty cup into the dustbin, and I make my way to McDonald's to buy something to eat because I feel so hungry now. When I arrive in front of it, I stop because it's so crowded and the queue is too long to wait. I sighed and then walked back to my seat. I sit there for I don't know how long until someone gives me chicken sandwiches. I look at the sandwiches and look up to see who it is. I rolled my eyes after I saw Elijah standing in front of me and handing me chicken sandwiches. "You're here." That's all I said. "You didn't want these sandwiches?" He asks, but I don't give him any replies. "No." "I didn't put any poison in here. Don't worry." I thought for a few seconds about what he said. I should take it because I am super-duper hungry right now. "Fine." I immediately take it from him and open it. I take a bite of it and feel so happy. I am starving, and this chicken sandwich is my saviour. "It looks like you've been so starving." He said to sit next to me. I just hum in response because my mouth is full. Well, let's go. Our plane is waiting." I look at him weirdly and quickly swallow the food. "What plane? My flight is in one hour, if you don't know." I said to him: Well, just give that ticket to someone else because you're going to New York with me, baby." He said. "What are you talking about, Elijah? I've already bought the ticket. It'll be a waste if I miss this flight." I take a bite of my chicken sandwich. "I'm going home too. So let's go, baby." I look at him in disbelief. What is he thinking? "Nope. You go alone, and I'm going to wait for my flight no matter what." I am not going anywhere with him. "Didn't you want to see the twin?" He sure knows how to make my heart feel like this. I don't want to go with him, but after he mentions Gabriel and Gabriella, I feel like maybe I can meet Elijah's parents because I felt so bad for his mom. Also, I don't want to be rude to them. "Of course I want to meet my babies. Fine, let's go now. But you have to pay back my ticket's price." He nodded his head. I stand up and take my luggage, then walk to his private jet. "Alexa, wake up. We're going to land in a few minutes." I felt someone shake my shoulder, and when I opened my eyes, I found myself on the bed with a blanket on me. I blink a few times and look around to see where I am. Oh, I'm on his private jet. "Baby? Are you okay?" He asks me, which takes me back to real life. "Oh yeah, I'm okay, just blank for a while because I just woke up," I said at him, then got out of the room and sat on the random seat and buckled the seat belt to my waist. "I'm still sleepy," I said, leaning my head against the seat. "Can I sleep for a few more minutes?" I ask him. "No can do, princess. You can continue your sleep when we arrive at my parent's house." I am so tired right now. ***** We finally arrive at his parents house. Luckily, I'm fully awake now, and I feel so excited to meet Gabriel and Gabriella. Gosh, I miss them so much. As soon as his driver stops the car in front of the house, I just quickly get out of it and walk to the door and press the doorbell. I waited for a few seconds before I heard footsteps coming near the door. When the door opens, I see Elijah's mother, who is in her floral dress and looking just like she did three years ago. I smile at her, and she just pulls me in for a hug. I hug her back, and then she releases the hug and looks at me. "Oh my god, Alexa. I miss you so much. I thought you didn't want to come here anymore." She said that, and her eyes are watery now. "Mom, I love you, and I also miss you so much. Don't cry now." I said it and smiled. She just pulls me into a hug again. Yes, I still want to call her my mom because she's the only one who understands me, and I don't think I can hate her even though I hate her son. Okay, okay, enough for both of you. Mom, now that Alexa is in front of you, don't cry." I release the hug and see Elijah standing next to me. "I can't help it. Oh, let's go in; the twin is in the backyard playing with their aunt and uncle." I follow her and leave Elijah alone outside. When I see the twin my smile become wide. They still didn't notice me because they were too busy playing with Brianna and Connor. I cleared my throat, and then four of them turned to look at me. "Mommy!" I open my hand, and Gabriel and Gabriella hug me. "Mommy!" They said again. "I miss both of you so much. How are both of you?" I ask. "It's so fun because Aunt Banana and Uncle Corner play with us every day, but we mishear you so much, mommy," Gabriella said, and I chuckled when she pronounced Brianna and Connor's names. "I'm glad you're happy to stay here. Well, go and continue to play with them. Mommy will go inside for a while." I said, and then Brianna walked to me and hugged me. "It's good that you finally forgive our heartless big brother." By the way, You look so beautiful now." She said that, and Connor came to me and hugged me too. "Yeah, and also thanks for letting both of them stay here while you're gone." I nodded my head and then smiled at both of them. Nah, since when did I forgive Elijah? Once a cheater, always a cheater. "Well, uncle Corner and aunt Banana I'm going inside to change and maybe take a shower for a bit. We'll talk later, okay?" I said and laughed when their expressions changed and they were glaring at me now. "It's Brianna and Connor, Sis." Connor said, and I laughed at them. Okay, okay, I'm sorry. It's just so funny when Gabriella pronounces both of your names like that. Okay, then I will go upstairs now." With that, I walk inside and make my way upstairs. This house is still the same as the last time I went here. So, it's easy to find Elijah's room. When I enter his room, I look around and see that the wallpaper and also the floor are more mature and manly. It's marble floors, and for the wallpaper, it's grey wallpaper, but it's still a good combination between these two. Just as I look around his room, the bathroom door opens and shows Elijah, who is in his towel, which is wrapped dangerously low on his waist. I gasped, then turned around and faced the wall. "Alexa?" He calls me. "What?" I ask back. "Why did you turn around? It's not like you've never seen it before. You know it's your luck that I come out with a towel around my waist. What if I'm naked, huh, baby?" I can feel my face heat. It's been a while since I saw a man half-naked like that. Of course, I am quite shy. Whatever, just go inside and wear your clothes now." I point at the walk-in closet and hear him chuckle. I thought he was not in his room. I shouldn't be here at all. "What if I don't?" I hear his footsteps coming closer to me, and I don't know what to do or why I feel like this. Just then, he wraps his hands around my waist and kisses my neck. I can feel the tingling around my body. "Elijah, what are you doing?" My voice comes out in a whisper, and then he turns me around and makes me face him. "Okay, I'm just going to the toilet now." Before I could walk, he pulled me closer to him, and My eyes began to widen. "I really want to kiss you now." He said that, and his voice is so husky. God, please help me. I didn't know what to do, so I just looked into his eyes. The next thing I know, he smashed his lips against mine and kissed me fast. At first, I was shocked, and then I kissed him back. The kiss is rough but passionate. He pulls me closer to his bare chest and kisses me deeply. I wrap my hands around my neck and play with his hair. I can feel the movements, and then I feel something soft behind me. It must be the bed. He pinned both of my hands next to my face and kissed me. He moves to my jaw and then my neck. Without any warning, I let out a low moan, and I could feel him smile while kissing my neck. His hand starts to roam around my body. I keep telling myself that I have done this out of revenge. I want him to fall really hard for me, and then I can break his heart. "Eli, I'm sorry I didn't see it." We both stopped kissing when we heard Brianna's voice. I push Elijah aside and then stand up. I know Brianna is still outside the door. So, I open the door and see Brianna with her red face outside the room. "You know, I didn't see much. Really, I swear." She said that, and her face is so red. I smiled at her and told her that's okay. "Why? Do you need anything?" I ask her. "Oh yeah, ummm, mom told me to call both of you to come downstairs and have tea with us." I nodded my head to understand. "Okay, we will come in a few minutes," I said to her, and she quickly walked downstairs. I shake my head and then walk back inside the room. I see Elijah is already in his clothes. That's a good thing. "You want to continue our unfinished business?" He said that and started walking to me, and I quickly ran to the bathroom and closed the door. I take a deep breath and am relieved that he can't catch me. I did my business in there and then went out. I see Elijah is looking at his phone. "Your mom called us to have tea with them. Let's go." I said, and he immediately stood up and walked to me. "What if we say that we're busy? Or maybe we're tired?" He said, Hold my waist. No, no, no. Let's go." I said, and he pouted his mouth. With that, we walk down together and have tea with his family, along with Gabriel and Gabriella. _____________________________________________________________
