Louisa suddenly felt that time was moving slowly. Even the boisterous voices that had been heard in the room seemed to have disappeared. Louisa's eyes filled with tears, she couldn't believe what was currently in front of her. Henry who looked at her nervously, Henry's hands shaking, and the ring in the velvet box. Louisa couldn't think of anything else anymore. 'Oh God…" She mumbled, heaving an unbearable breath. And a tear fell down her cheek.
That's when Henry widened his smile even more. His left palm moved to grip Louisa's palm. 'I give you all my promise, Louisa. I promise that after all the troubles we faced together are over. And all is well, I promise to propose and marry you." Henry paused. His heartbeat was increasing. 'This ring will be a symbol of my promise and love for you. Will you accept this ring as well as my promise, Louisa?" Henry asked hopefully.
Without thinking, Louisa nodded her head quickly. "Yes... yes, of course, Henry." Louisa answered with a sad smile on her face.
Everyone cheered and boisterously stared at the two of them. Some were happy, and others were moved. Meanwhile Miliana and Lenore looked at each other with big smiles on their faces. Looks like their plan is working too now. Henry immediately put the promis ring on the middle finger of Louisa's left hand. Henry could feel how cold Louisa's hands were right now. Louisa looked at her hand which was pinned by Henry's ring. She feels so happy.
After that, Henry brought his face closer to Louisa's, and they kissed gently. Louisa gripped the tuxedo that Henry was wearing with the palm of her right hand. They closed their respective eyes. The kiss was gentle and soulful. Soon, Henry broke the kiss, and smiled broadly and happily at Louisa. As for Louisa, she lifted her head to meet Henry's sea foam green eyes there. 'Thank you..." Louisa mumbled at last. Henry pressed his forehead and Louisa's forehead, with his arms hugging Louisa tightly. The broad smiles did not disappear in the slightest from their faces.

The sound of the music booming was so loud. Everything is lively. Many guests and journalists came to Lenore and Miliana's wedding. They were all dancing and enjoying the food served at the wedding. But to Henry and Louisa it seemed they preferred quiet. Currently, Henry and Louisa were sitting in the garden beside the wedding hall. The two of them sat side by side on the green grass there. Henry's right palm gripped Louisa's left palm which was on the grass tightly. They looked at each other with big smiles on their faces.
"I love you..." Henry whispered with his breath slowly.
"I love you too..." Louisa whispered back. Louisa turned her gaze towards the sky. The evening sky was starting to look red. 'I don't know how to express how I feel today. I'm too happy to say, Henry. I never imagined myself in this position before." Louisa paused her speech. Then she looked at her left hand which was tightly gripped by Henry. 'Wearing a promise ring like now… I never really thought about it. Since then, Tomkins House has been my life. Until, I never thought about anything else in my life."
Louisa raised her eyes and looked at Henry with the emotion she was feeling again at this time. 'And you brought me to something I could never have imagined. Fall in love, love and be loved... then promise rings. This really makes me happy, Henry."
Henry raised his left hand and gently rubbed Louisa's face. 'You also brought me to a stage of life that I never imagined I would have, Louisa. As a bodyguard, I never know if I deserve someone like you in my life. You always make me happy, Louisa. Always and forever."
Louisa grabbed Henry's left hand which was caressing her face, and gave it a light kiss. Henry also let go of his hand there, then turned his gaze towards the wedding hall which was right behind them there. 'The party's still so lively..." Henry mumbled.
Louisa nodded her head with a smile. 'Yes, very lively. You see, there are a lot of reporters inside. So of course there will be a lot of news today and in the next few days." Louise answered. 'I hope they won't find us here, and start interviewing us forcibly." Louisa chuckled lightly at what she just said.
Henry nodded his head and laughed a little too. "Of course. Otherwise, we need to run to the car and leave, to be able to stop those who will ask a lot of questions later."
Louisa laughed again. It seemed that she was still too happy today, that she didn't even want to stop smiling or laughing right now. Louisa slowly leaned her head on Henry's firm shoulder. It was both happy and calm when he felt Henry's presence back there. It was like the emptiness he had felt in the last few days, complete with Henry's arrival at his side. Henry smiled and leaned his head on Louisa's head.
Drrrtt
Drrrtt
Louisa felt a vibration in her bag. She immediately lifted her head from above Henry's shoulder, and opened her bag to retrieve her cell phone right now. Making Henry look curiously at Louisa right now. Louisa immediately opened her cellphone. There is a message from an unknown number. Then Louisa opened and read the message carefully.
'How about a festive day? Wouldn't it be nice if the wedding party was given a little fire? It will look much more interesting to look at. Louisa Tomkins, I won't let you off that easily. I've given you a lot of warnings. It doesn't matter what happens. The life you have right now is still mine.'
Louisa suddenly frowned when she finished reading the message. A threatening message. Louisa gripped her cell phone tightly, and Henry looked confusedly at her and Louisa's cell phone in turn. "Louis, what's wrong? Whose message was that?" Henry asked.
"I don't know. The number is unknown. It's just, the content looks like a threat to me." Louisa answered simply. Still with disdain and suspicion over the message she just received.
Without answering, Henry immediately took Louisa's cellphone from Louisa's hand there. Then slowly, Henry read the contents of the message. "I'm not sure if this is a message from Mr. George or the others. It's just that it looks like a message sent by Mr. George." Henry muttered as soon as he read the contents of the message there. Then gave the phone back to Louisa.
Louisa and Henry fell silent for a moment. "But fire? What is meant by fire? Does he intend to burn this wedding ceremony down?" Louisa suddenly mumbled. He was starting to get worried at the thought.
Henry looked at Louisa. 'Possible, but how come? As far as I know he wasn't even invited to this wedding. Considering how eager he is to marry you off to Lenore, I don't think he'll show up even if he's invited." Henry muttered.
"That's also true." Louisa muttered.
Drrrtt
Drrrtt
Louisa's phone vibrated again. Immediately, Louisa opened the message that had just entered her cellphone. When reading it, Louisa's eyes instantly widened. Henry, who saw the change in expression on Louisa's face, immediately became worried. "What's wrong Louisa?" Henry asked.
'It contains an explosion emoji and a boom capital letter." Louisa blinked her eyelids there quickly.
"Shit. Come on." Henry immediately grabbed Louisa's hand to stand up and run.
Louisa put her cell phone in her bag, and followed Henry's fast footsteps. She felt troubled because of the long dress she was currently wearing. Henry couldn't think straight right now. 'We need to warn them, Louisa." Henry said with the panic that was getting to him right now and there.
Louisa couldn't answer it. There was a rumbling in her stomach that made her even more uncomfortable. She's nauseous. All the pressure she suddenly felt completely overwhelmed Louisa. Henry pulled Louisa running closer to the entrance of the wedding hall. The sound of music can still be heard from inside. Louisa saw how happy smiles were still on Lenore and Miliana's faces among everyone there. Henry and Louisa fell silent, with ragged breaths.
"All of you!!! Let's get out of…"
BOOOMMMM
Before Henry could finish speaking, a loud banging sound was heard followed by a fire that immediately grabbed and grew from inside the wedding hall. The impact was so strong, that Henry and Louisa's bodies, who were still outside the building, were thrown and crashed to the ground. So did the people in the wedding hall. Get hit and hurt. Louisa felt a loud throbbing in her head, and a ringing sound in her ears at this time.
Louisa felt her body lying on the rough ground, she was sure that now she too was injured. Her head turned in all directions, uncertain. She found Henry lying not far from her, staring at her with a frown. Henry's head was bleeding profusely. Louisa wasn't even sure how she was right now. Louisa couldn't hear anything. Everything felt empty, and only a loud ringing sound could be heard.
Louisa extended her left hand towards Henry's right hand. Trying to hold Henry. But the pain all over her body made her almost give up when she could touch Henry's fingers. Louisa realized that Henry was unconscious. Tears rolled down Louisa's face. She didn't want to be weak like this. And when Louisa managed to hold Henry's hand, darkness began to enter her. She couldn't feel anything but pain. Even though the darkness had engulfed her, Louisa could only hear a buzz, with Henry's hand in hers starting to feel cold.
