Chapter 14 How could he be so cruel?
Jonathan frowned and said, 'Yolanda, don't be ungrateful. It it wasn't for me, your dad would have ended worse. I kept that from you for your own good. Besides you had made a break with your father. It would be better if you didn't know, and your father would not want you to know, either......"
'Jonathan!" Yolanda could listen to him no more. She felt it ridiculous that he would always have excuses."
How could he do anything he want reasonably? It seemed that the whole world should revolve around him. He could have her if he wanted to and he could abandon her if he wanted to. Even when he did something wrong he could still get an excuse for it!
'What about my dad's death?" Yolanda said it with her teeth clenched, and her jaw was chattering, saying, 'I'm his daughter, but I could not even take the last look at him! Jonathan, how could you do that to me!"
This woman was questioning him hysterically. Jonathan was stupefied, looking at her red eyes which were filled with tears, saying, 'Did you just say that uncle Morgan had passed away?"
'That's enough, Jonathan." Yolanda laughed coldly. At the same time she was also sobbing, saying, 'Jonathan, don't do this. You are Jonathan. How can't you know? I am just nothing to you. So you think that I shall live like a puppet to let you control and simply stay by your side. My feelings are nothing to you."
But that was her father. How could he be so cruel?
Did her father's death really mean nothing to him?
He didn't even let her take a last look of her father. She knew her father's death just now......
Yolanda, you were not filial at all. You should go to the hell!
'Yolanda." Jonathan was angry, looking at her holding her own hair crying sadly, then he felt something different for her.
He pulled her and hugged her in his arms, comforting her in a low voice, 'Don't be so sad, please."
Yolanda was struggling, trying hard to push him away. She was tired of his sweet talk and his fake concern.
