The atmosphere got heated between them, Fedrick angrily rushed her and almost banged her head to the wall, I haven't seen him like this before, it must have pained a lot. "How dare you! Who the hell  do you think you are?" He says. It seems the love he thought he felt vanished into thin air and all that was left was hate and lots of burning rage within. I veered back to leave but he decides to stop me, "hold on Sophia?" Fredrick says as he forcefully nudged Rina to the floor. "Did you know about this?, Because I have the feeling that you did," He says. "excuse me? Are you going to ask me that?". I got defensive He drops a frown, "yes" Fedrick says and forcefully dragged me close, "did you know the truth about Rina and if you did, why didn't you try to stop me from acting like an idiot". He says. I felt a cloud of disgust, "you have some nerve to speak such words to me, how dare you". I pushed him away. Fredrick ordered for the truth I got contain his constant yapping and I admitted everything. " Yes, I did know, that Rina never truly loved you,   father, Chris, and I tried to make you realize this truth but did you listen?, No,  so don't make me feel it's my fault". I confronted Rina. "And as for you, miss I'm so evil, I am happy that you have finally exposed yourself, but why do  tell the other hidden truth," I said. "What's the truth?" She says with a frown. "Are you asking me that?" I smirked and Fredrick forward. " my dear Fredrick, I believe it's time that knows the other truth?". I made him look at his mistress staring with fear. "what other truth," he asked. So I picked up where I stop"what other truth, that your lovely Rina isn't pregnant, she lied to us and for clarity, I have the test results which proves that your mistress is not pregnant". "What?" He gets furious at her. "F... Frederick, let me explain" she drags her feet backward, I couldn't continue watching such drama anymore, I turned my back and left them alone. The same evening, after several attempts to get a hold of Chris, his phone keeps referring me to voicemail, while I visited father at the police station, detained in a cell alongside other criminals. Father" He turns over and saw me standing behind with an uneasy expression on my face. "Dear what happened," he asked I felt so suffocated trying to withhold the proficiency of what transpired at home. "Father!! Are you okay?" I asked him. He wears a weak smile when his father's lawyer comes in with bad news. "Oh my God!!  Why that look?' he asked noting that there was something wrong, after seeing his gloomy demeanor. "I'm sorry sir, but I couldn't get you released on bail," he says to us. "Why, what exactly did they say?"  I asked. Mr. Richie tells on that, that the proportion of evidence pointing directly at father was robust enough to send him to jail for a lifetime, the only solution was to get Rina to withdraw her charges on him". Father gets disappointed. "What?" We shared a looked. "Wait?, You mean beg that crazy lunatic, oh hell no". I swore that father wasn't going to that. However, Mr. Richie said it was the only way to get him released on bail Father thanked him and asked he does whenever it takes to get him bailed. I turned and found him smiling. "Why are you smiling Father?". It felt crazy seeing him smile, irrespective of being locked up in a cell with so many dangerous criminals. "Do you know that good always triumphs over evil, it's okay to let Rina have her way but remember think before you leap,  go home now and see that everything is fine"? He ordered. "Yes sir" I answered and left. I returned home and everywhere was quiet, I wondered where Fredrick would be, also what Rina has up her selves. When I heard footsteps swiftly approaching in my direction, I turned back and guess who I saw? It was Fredrick, he looked so messy as if he just had a mud bath. "What da?". I couldn't help myself but laugh at him, the main protagonist of the story ends up becoming a helper, which was indeed funny, but I couldn't help to wonder, what happened? After I left to see father?. "Come with me" He drags me into the kitchen, geeking around like we were being watched. "What's going on?" I asked. I wouldn't be surprised if he had gone mad because Rina was a whole lot of baggage, to begin with. "You have to help me?" He says. Somehow I sensed his life was hanging on a thread and that got me thinking, what did you do?. "I" He weaves out the first word when we heard Rina screaming outside "Fedrick, open this door right now" His crazy mistress commands with an angry tone, which got him mystified. "Fedrick before the count of ten, you had better get this door opened, right now " Rina continued banging on the door Fredrick gets scared and asked me to hide in the storage room. He begged me not to reveal myself matter what I heard He ran ahead and got the door opened.
