Chapter7.

I dropped a weird look and wondered why he wanted to speak with me, so I said maintaining the exact look "what is it? Why do you want to talk to me?". Frederick deeps his eyes back to see if anyone was ambling into the kitchen and after that, he refunds his eyes to me and said, "I only want to say that I am sorry for everything that happened, It wasn't meant to be like this but find a place in your heart and forgive me". His forgiving and heartfelt words made no effect on me, I have been his wife for a while and I do know when Fedrick is trying to be sincere or not and I know fake concern when I see one. "Do I look stupid to you, because if I do, I believe, I must be able to jiggle my head to every word you say and foolishly believe you, So tell me!! What exactly do you want?". I frowned. My distant attitude got him stuck between a rock and a hard place, he wears a sad smile relating his words to me, "I don't know how to say this but I want a  divorce". (Thunderstorm goes off) "D.. divorce?" I stuttered trying to compose myself. "Yes, I want us to get a divorce, and please don't try to change my mind, the divorce papers have already been filed, and Mr. Khan will be coming over this morning, So please don't make this hard for me and when he comes, sign the papers". He immediately turned his back and walks away from the kitchen He...want...a.. divorce?. I got shocked, it felt like my heart as been pulled out and broken again. (Sobs softly) Rina walks in and saw me crying in the kitchen, she pins a smile, moves closer, and decks down to meet my teary glare. "Oh wow!! I am sure Fredrick, has told you the news, right?" (Kept on smiling). Her mockable words plunged me to the wall. And out of anger I nudged and took hold of a knife placed at the kitchen table. "Aww! Do you wish to kill me, Bestie?" She smirked. "Oh!! I will love to kill you, So leave me alone while am still being nice".  I pulled and threw the knife away. She reads the expression on and turns to leave, when I paid no attention to her,  Rina switched on the gas and smiles her way out of the kitchen. After a few minutes later, I  returned my eyes and noticed her left. I was just about to leave when an explosion took place in the kitchen. Everywhere got on fire, luckily pulled back just in time to save my face from burning. Everyone at home rushed in and saw the kitchen was on fire, father screamed my name, but when he heard no response, he quivered in fear. Somehow Fredrick sights me. he instantly drew everyone's attention, the second he dived into the fire to save me. They all looked tense and after many attempts to put out the fire, they eventually did. Father poked his head further and saw I was knocked out cold, Fedrick carried me in his arms and gently laid me on the couch. He runs upstairs into his room and phoned the doctor, Rina quietly watched and saw how concerned he was about me and she wasn't pleased with it at all. To her, she fears that Fedrick might get carried away by my presence, so much that she wouldn't even matter to him and that thought got her scared. She thought of a way to reel his attention over to herself. "Ouch!! Fredrick". Rina cries out. And as planned Fredrick forgot everything about me and went to her. She wrapped herself in his arms and faked being in pain. "Baby!! Are you okay, Is our child okay?" He gently sets her down on the couch. Fredrick wanted to call the doctor. However  Rina tells him not to, and after a while, he leaves with her and left me all alone in the living room.
