17. Somebody Jealois of Them
In this room filled with silence, a woman appears to be enjoying the view of the projector screen in front of her. The smell of alcohol still filled the VIP karaoke room she had booked.
On the right and left sides of the U-shaped sofa, there were already three drunk men. They were lying on their backs with their shirts unbuttoned. There was a hired woman beside the three of them who was busy fondling their breasts.
This woman was sipping a thick red liquid from a bowl-shaped glass. Completely indifferent to the three men on her right and left.
"Hey, aren't you tired of looking at that picture?" a female voice from beside her sounded. It was Minji, who had been looking at her agency mates next to her for a while now and wasn't tired either.
Moreover, what she was looking at was a photo of Axel, someone she was actually going to be matched with.
But unfortunately Axel refused hard because he already had a relationship.
Audrey was disgusted to see a photo of Acel with her boyfriend caught on camera. I don't know who the perpetrator is or someone who took pictures of them secretly. What is certain is that Audrey was disgusted because the photo was displayed on the projector screen for three hours.
"You're so unlucky. Did you take a photo of the two of them secretly?" asked Audrey as she flicked her chin towards the photo in front of them.
Patricia turned her head with drunken eyes but held back. "Not me, damn it. Why would I take a picture of Axel with that slut?"
"Asshole, no need to curse at me," Audrey retorted with her thick red lips pouting.
"You just swore at me too," Patricia was not to be outdone.
Audrey exhaled harshly and put down her nail cleaner. She looked at the nails that had been dyed purple, then said.
"Are you really unable to win Axel's heart? I'm even still questioning why Axel loves that geeky woman."
"Right?" Patricia curved a triumphantly sardonic smile. "He's such an idiot. It's good that a woman like me loves him, but he chose that nerd instead."
It was Audrey's turn to chuckle in amusement. She had no idea that the conversation between the two of them would connect. Whereas before, the two of them had always been at odds about mindset.
"Do you think you're pretty?" Audrey deliberately teased Hwayong.
Patricia hissed with cynical eyes at Audrey. She didn't reply, returning her gaze to the projector screen photos. Annoyance radiated from her eyes.
Indeed, Axel and his girlfriend in the photo did not look too intimate.
But still. Patricia was upset to see the photo. There was no way Axel could be with another woman - and why would he choose her?
Patricia knew that she couldn't easily penetrate Axel's defenses.
"Do you think I need to do something to destroy them?"
"You already did," Audrey replied. "Hey, you think I don't know that you were the one who cooperated to spread the photo?"
Sighing harshly, Patricia retorted, "What do you know? Why do you keep accusing me of that?"
Audrey laughed wryly while shaking her head. "Do you take me for a fool?"
To be honest, what Audrey said was true. Patricia, who was working together with Axel's cousin, had been pretending to be close to Olivia. Their plan was to keep Axel and Olivia apart.
Axel's cousin wants a gift from Axel's papa. Meanwhile, she wants Axel to return to her.
Unfortunately, of course Patricia couldn't let anyone know that.
"You know, I've met a lot of people who do things like you. You can't lie, Patricia."
Annoyed-and nervous at the same time, Patricia tapped Audrey on the head.
"Are you going to be stubborn? I told you no, damn it," retorted Patricia, who was already annoyed.
Audrey groaned and was still stroking Patricia's handprint on her face. Patricia picked up the glass again and took a sip of the drink, then sighed nervously.
How to separate Axel and that woman?

The ringtone on Axel's cell phone hasn't stopped ringing since earlier.
Axel only activated his cell phone after two hours back from Olivia's friend's house Now on his cell phone screen there is a display of several call histories. They all came from the same person.
Jonathan's manager.
"Are you really worried about me? Why can't you let me breathe easy?" Axel muttered to the phone screen, as if saying to Jonathan.
He didn't know if Jonathan was really worried about him, or if there were orders from the agency.
Axel didn't expect the latter even though it would most likely be so. He didn't want his arrival here to be discovered by the agency.
He felt like running away for a while.
Now Axel's steps moved along the path. Then before arriving at the edge of a large highway, Axel pulled up the hood of his jacket and mask. Making sure no one caught his presence here.
Let alone a fan.
Axel stepped along the sidewalk of the highway. Apparently at this time of night, this part of Seoul wasn't quiet. There were a lot of people walking around, and it made Axel's heart pound with anticipation that someone would notice him.
"Why are people still busy at this hour?" muttered Axel. Not realizing that he was often part of the people he grumbled about.
It wasn't long before Axel's cell phone rang. Axel jerked slightly, lowering his head. He looked at his cell phone which displayed an incoming call from Jonathan.
It was really his manager.
Finally Axel was forced to pick up. He knew that Jonathan would bombard him with all sorts of words of advice. Better to hear it now than later.
"Hello?" Axel greeted lazily.
Jonathan immediately shot up. "Where are you?"
Axel was instantly confused. He was silent for a moment, then looked around. Looking for the right place name to lie to Jonathan.
"My apartment," Axel replied, not finding the place name inspiring. "I'm not going anywhere far. Just looking for some fresh air."
Jonathan let out a heavy sigh. "Are you really in your apartment?" he asked. How strange.
There was no hint of annoyance in his words. "Hey, do you already think I'm stupid? I came to your apartment, and you weren't there."
Axel's face tightened. But with a million ideas, Axel tried to relax. He laughed with a grin.
"Hey, Manager Jonathan, you came when I wasn't there. Now I'm back from the convenience store," Axel replied with a playful tone.
"Hmm. You're already at your apartment?" Manager Jonathan sounded unsure. "Then why did I see someone like you in front of Bojour'q boutique? Seoul city street?"
Acel suddenly stopped walking, his whole body tensed up. She looked to the side and sure enough. There was the Bojour'q boutique as Jonathan had mentioned.
"You... are pretending to be psychic?" Axel still tried to relax even though he was nervous to death.
Jonathan chuckled. "Try looking behind you on your right."
With a quick movement, Axel's head was turned in the direction Jonathan asked. Axel briefly looked around, then his eyes stopped when he caught sight of a car.
Axel swallowed his saliva with difficulty. It was definitely Jonathan-his manager's car. Jungkook's eyes were perfectly wide.
"Come here, damn it. Tomorrow you try another excuse to lie to me."
This is why Jonathan suddenly showed up!
