8. Stalk Her
[Dad: Are you really with that woman?]
Axel just sighed heavily when he read the message from his father. But Axel had no intention of replying. He didn't even think that his father would ask for marriage. In fact, Axel's intention-which he admitted was stupid because he didn't think it through-was only to cancel the arranged marriage with the woman he didn't know.
Axel threw the phone lightly onto the sofa before flinging himself down. A rough exhale escaped as he closed his eyes.
"Ah, why are things I thought were simple so complicated?" Axel asked himself, mumbling. "But I was stupid, not thinking things through. Because I was too tired and surprised earlier."
Axel placed one hand on his back. Regulating his breath so that it wouldn't rush anymore, Axel tried to neutralize his feelings. His mind was completely stuck right now. He didn't know how to deal with his father.
But his thoughts were suddenly distracted. It was replaced by the image of him and Jonathan together. Then his memory replayed the figure of Olivia who laughed so calmly while he and his father joked.
Axel opened his eyes, watching the ceiling of the room.
Why did Olivia's smile look so sweet? How could someone have such a soothing smile?
Without realizing it, Axel's lips curled into a small knot. He had encountered many female make-up artists, some of whom were of course his fans.
In fact, Axel probably wouldn't have even known that Olivia was a fan if it hadn't been for the photocard in his hand.
"This is the first time I've seen how calm someone is," Axel muttered again.
Clearly. He still felt in his chest how the impression Olivia had left even though Axel admitted that his actions had crossed the line-bringing her into the family's problems.
Beyond that, Axel really admired...
"Wait, why am I imagining Olivia?" Axel instantly realized his own thoughts. He blinked for a moment, glancing here and there like a dazed person.
"Aish! Axel, you're really out of line with your fans," Axel muttered to himself, wringing his own hair.
Straightening his sitting position, Axel then ruffled his hair. One left elbow was placed on his thigh, looking resignedly at the ceramics.
Axel's eyes accidentally looked at his cell phone. There was an urge for him to find out about Olivia
"Why am I curious about her?" Axel's voice was lower. He looked curiously at his cell phone.
Then because of that out-of-nowhere urge, Axel grabbed the phone. Turning on the screen, he straightened his head. There were already many notifications popping up. Starting from Instagram notifications, either likes of posts or direct messages, notifications of comments and likes from special applications for idol and fan communication.
There were so many. Axel was getting dizzy just looking at them. There was no stopping the scrolling notifications from popping up.
"Ah, never mind. I'm very curious." Finally Axel held the cell phone with both hands resting on his elbows.
Axel seriously searched through the search field. Olivia's name or something similar. But among all the accounts that came up, there was nothing that described Olivia's ownership. Her posts were a far cry from his.
"Why is there nothing at all?" asked Axel, feeling frustrated.
It wasn't long before Axel remembered the make-up artist's agency from earlier. Luckily, Axel had at least asked for trivial things-who the make-up artist was, what was the name of the agency, who was the designer of the clothes, who were the sponsors of the event.
Axel searched the Instagram search bar.
"Agency... Hube Make Up Artist Entertainment," Axel muttered as he typed in the name of the agency.
Found it.
Axel eagerly opened the account that appeared at the top. There were tons of posts showing make up artists at work. Or make-up artists taking pictures with some of their idols or model handles.
It didn't take long for Axel to scroll the screen to see if anyone had pinned Olivia's account name. When he saw one of the posts that showed four make up artists, his scrolling stopped.
Not three make-up artists, especially not the one that stood out next to the subject being made up. Instead, Axel focused on the make-up artist on the left side who seemed to be smiling at the artist while holding a brand name powder.
"Olivia?" muttered Axel, who immediately smiled enthusiastically.
Luckily, Olivia's Instagram account name was pinned on the post. Axel immediately opened it, and saw that it was really Olivia's Instagram.
There were only three dozens of posts. Axel slowly scrolled through the posts one by one. Most of the posts depicted Olivia's work activities, camera shots of landscapes or fruits, as well as her own photos-selfies and full-body shots.
"She's not pretending to be graceful after all," Axel muttered after noticing the elegance in all of Olivia's photos.
Stupidly, when Axel reached the bottom of the post, he accidentally pressed the love symbol.
Axel glared in surprise, suddenly straightening up. Panicking instantly.
"Gosh, you're so stupid, Axel!"

Tell Olivia that she was dreaming.
It wasn't just a surprise in reality, but also on her cell phone. It had been almost half an hour that she had been glued to her phone screen, watching the three like notifications of Axel's snsgram posts.
An Axel!
Olivia didn't know how to react. In fact, her silence made Catthes-who had just arrived after taking tea and snacks-feel worried. In fact, Catthes had deliberately taken a long time so that when she arrived, she could see that Olivia had finished being stunned.
"Oh my, Olivia, you haven't finished staring at your phone screen?" Catthes walked quickly to Olivia.
Catthes sat on the furry carpet and placed their snacks and drinks on the table. She looked at Hyun-a with no end in sight.
"Hyun-a, tell me, what did you see on your phone?" Catthes impatiently inched closer to Olivia.
Olivia averted her eyes. Still showing a dumbfounded look on her face.
After throwing Olivia a strange look, Catthes immediately peeked into her friend's cell phone.
After seeing what Olivia was showing, Catthes' eyes grew very wide. Catthes even got choked up and immediately grabbed Olivia's cell phone.
"What is this?" Catthes was dumbfounded to the point of gaping, her reaction exceeding Hyun-a's earlier. "What is this, Olivia?! Oh my! Axel... Axel knows your instagram?!"
Olivia covered her ears after hearing Catthes' screeching voice. There was a sense of annoyance that Catthes had overreacted earlier, but she herself had reacted like this.
"Now you're still calling me excessive?" Only then did Olivia speak up after having been silent for so long.
Catthes closed her mouth. Her eyes were still rounded in disbelief looking at Olivia's phone screen. But amongst the shock in her eyes, a twinkle of enthusiasm was evident.
"Explain it to me, Olivia..." Catthes' sentence hung. Then his gaze shifted slowly to Olivia as he lowered his hand from his mouth. "How can an Axel..."
Ting.
Catthes' sentence was interrupted as a notification sound appeared. Both of their gazes turned to the phone screen.
Catthes looked seriously at Olivia's phone screen. More than before, Catthes widened her eyes. The sound of her choking breath could be heard hysterically.
"Axel sent you a message! Where did he get your ID, Olivia?!"
