Leo Scott looked shocked when he heard me call Zara mother and then he glared at her. "Zara, he's your son?! you told me that you couldn't have children!!" "I did, at least I thought it was impossible for me to have children until Leo came along." Mother told him as she looked at me. She looked at me up and down. "Look at you all grown up, it's been so long since I-" "Shut up! you don't get to call me your son anymore! not after what you did to Kassandra and how you helped him to lie to his people!" Mother looked down in shame and then I told her. "Speaking of lies, have you told him?" "Told me what?" He asked with a grown. Mother shook her head for a no and she gave me that 'don't tell him' look on her face but, I wasn't falling for it. "Oh, he doesn't know, does he? what was it that you used to tell me about him? oh, that's right, you were going to be his Queen and you were happy when you found that you were pregnant with me until he married another woman. One who was better and powerful than you." Scott looked shocked and so did the soldiers when they heard this. Zara frowned and then Scott asked her. "Zara, what is Leo talking about? why did you think he was a mistake? who is his father?" "It's because..." Mother hesitated for a moment until she finally told him. "It's because he's your son!" "What?!!" Scott shouted in a shock and angry tone. The soldiers were also shocked when they found out my true identity. "Leon is the King's son?" "Then that makes him the Prince of Cassina, doesn't it?" "True but, that also makes him the bastard child of the King." The soldiers whispered among themselves before Scott shouted. "Now wait just one moment!!" Scott struggled to get out of Kassandra's grip and then she decided to release him. He stood up from the ground and wipes the dust off himself. "You mean to tell me, I married Karen, a powerful sorceress who was able to see into the future, and she had a child who wasn't mine but meanwhile, you were hiding from me after messing with Kassandra's mind and after my wife died because you had a son, who is also mine and the heir to the throne?! why didn't you tell me instead of making me go through all of this!! do you realize what you have done?!" "What I have done?! look who's talking! you were the one who fell in love with me first and we slept together! you promised me that you would make me your Queen instead of that witch but, oh no, you decide to pick her over me! I tried to tell you that I was pregnant but, how could I?! you were married and you had your stupid reputation to worry about!" "If you told me about Leo being my son from the very beginning, I would have let Karen stay with her mate and live happily with Zonar and then maybe none of this wouldn't have happened!!" "If you hadn't broken your promise you wouldn't have married her and killed her mate because of your temper!" We stood there with dumbfounded looks as they continued to argue. Zonar then spoke up. "Did they forget that we're still here?" Kassandra shifted back into her human form and then she told us. "Doesn't matter anyway, everyone knows the truth now, look." We watched the soldiers with frowns on their faces and they walked over to King Scott before grabbing him and holding him down. "Ah! hey! what do you think you're doing?! release me at once!" "We don't take orders from you anymore!" Alister, my right-hand man, shouted with a frown on his face. He looked at Scott's crown and then he takes it off his head. Scott shouted. "Hey! give that back!" "No can do, Scott. The way we see it, you're a greedy old man and you're not fit to be a King. As of now, you're no longer the King of Cassina. Put him in chains!" "Glady!" Katrina spoke with a grin before she clicked her fingers and then chains wrapped around him and then his hands were cuffed behind his back. "I've waited for a long time for this." Katrina chuckled evilly and then I took a few steps away from her. "Your aunt is very scary," I told Kassandra. "I know..." Alister came over to me and he said to me. "I believe this is rightfully yours if you want it. Cassina is going to need a King and after what we learnt today, we think you should be Cassina's leader." I took the crown from him and I stared at it for a few moments before I looked at Kassandra. "Don't look at me, my days of being the princess are over and besides, my mate is here and so is my family." Kassandra told me as she looked Zonar with a smile on her face. I looked at the crown once more before I placed it on top of my head. "All hail King Leon!!" Alister shouted at the men. "Hail King Leon!!" They shouted before bowing to me which kinda felt weird because I was their commander but now, I'm their leader and ruler of Cassina. Kassandra We watched the men of Cassina bow to him and they were cheering while Scott stood there with a frown on his face. Zara, on the other hand, had disappeared after Leo was crowned King. Drago wrapped his arms around me from behind and he said to me. "I guess that's the end of that, Scott's lies have finally been revealed, you're no longer Cassina's Princess and peace has finally returned." "True but, something good came out of it too." I spoke with a smile before looking at Zonar. Drago got the message and then he released me before I ran over to Zonar and I hugged him tightly. Zonar held me tightly in his arms and he said to me. "I missed you so much." "I missed you too...father." I felt my father stiffen and then he stroked the back of my head. "You have no idea how long I have waited for you to call me that." Father and I pulled away from each other and he stroked my cheek. "Look at you, you look just like your mother and you're finally one of us. Karen would have been so proud of you." I smiled at his comment and then Drago came over to us. "And so am I." Father growled at Drago protectively which scared him. Father stood in front of me and he said to me. "I've got a bone to pick with you, Drago. I'm glad that you found your mate but, I am not happy about the fact it has to be my daughter." "L-Lord Zonar, I swear to you I didn't do anything bad to her while you were locked up! I was being a gentleman to her!!" "The real answer, Kassandra! Zen!" Father shouted. I didn't know what to say until Zen spoke up. "Well, truth be told, he did get a little bit possessive and overprotective of Kassandra when I first arrived on his mountain. But other than that, he treated her well, right guys?" Zen asked Drago's horde and they nodded their heads in agreement. "All right, I believe you, but, if I find out that you harmed her or upset her in any way, you've got me to deal with and believe me when I say this, I won't be responsible for the consequences... UNDERSTAND?!" Father spoke in a threatening tone. Drago gulped and shivered in fear. "Y-Yes, sir!" "Good." Father spoke with an evil smirk on his face before heading over to his horde. Zen and I couldn't hold back our laughs anymore and then we started to laugh hysterically at him. Drago glared at us and he asked us. "What are you two laughing at?" "Hehehe, sorry Drago. I can't help it...it's just that, hahaha! your scared reaction was too funny!" "Was it now? remember what happened the last you laughed at me?" I stopped laughing when he said this. Drago smirked at me and then he said to me. "I'm bringing you back to my treasure room so I can teach you some...manners?" "Oh hell no!!" I shouted shifted into my dragon form and flew away. "Hey! don't try and escape from me! come back here!!" Drago shouted as he chased after me in his dragon form. "Aww...I want to go to mate..." Nuri whined. "No way!! who knows what he's going to do to us!!" I shouted as Drago chased after us. However, a part of me did wonder what he planned to do to us if he caught us. Other than that, Scott's lies were revealed, Leo became the King and I got my birth father back.
