EXPRESSING LOVE

VALERIE His eyes were completely dark and I knew he was controlling his wolf. He kissed me so hard that I could feel his tongue rubbing against mine. A few minutes later, we pulled away from each other to catch our breaths. I could feel his heart pounding against my chest and I knew he could feel mine. "I love you." he said and pressed his forehead against mine. "I love you back." I whispered trying to catch my breath. Shawn pulled away from me and put me down on the ground. I blinked a few times wondering why he stopped? "What?" I asked him when he was staring at me. "What did you just say?" he asked me and my cheeks flushed. I am so not going to repeat that. "Nothing." I muttered and picked up my jacket and walked past him. "Whoa whoa whoa..... Wait right there!" he said and caught my arms forcing me to turn around and face him. I pretended to be busy wiping the dust from my jacket ignoring his gaze. "Will you stop?" he asked me and I looked up at him with raised eyebrows. He growled and pulled the jacket from my hand and threw it behind me so that it landed on top of his car. "Hey, that's my-" was all I got to say before he crashed his lips against mine. "I love you." he said again and kissed everywhere in my face while I chuckled a little. "Now you can say it again!" he said smirking. "Say what?" I asked innocently and blinked a few times to give an extra effect. He narrowed his eyes and furrowed his brows. "You want to play with me?" he asked cockily and I raised my eyebrows. Within a flash my back was pressed against the car with him pressed closer to me. He directly went for my neck this time. I had to bite my lip to stop myself from moaning when Shawn started kissing on my mark. He first placed light kisses over it but then started biting and sucking the mark, almost teasing it. I had heard that the mark was a sensitive spot for females but I never knew it would be like this. There were passionate ideas going on in my head. I held his hair tightly in my one hand and with the other I was digging my fingers on his shoulders. It was difficult to control my wolf when she was enjoying the pleasure her mate was giving. "Oh..." I said when I felt his hands inside my shirt. My hands traveled to his chest and I could feel his perfect sculpted body hidden behind the white shirt. I cupped Shawn's handsome face with my hands and pulled him for another passionate kiss. He did kiss me but pulled away immediately leaving me all hot and bothered. It was difficult to stop the moans when I felt his hands inside my shirt just below my breast. I was shivering and could feel the goosebumps everywhere even underneath my jeggings. "Still don't remember?" he whispered near my ear. Oh that bastard! He was playing with me? But damn it felt good; I didn't want him to stop. "N...No." I said and muttered a curse when I heard my own shaky voice. He pressed himself closer to me and I could feel his arousal near my thighs. I gasped and he chuckled. I tried to shove him but he pulled me so close to him that even an air couldn't pass between us. "Still?" He asked me and I shook my head. "I can continue this the whole day if you want me to!" he whispered and playfully bit my neck. He trailed his expertise kisses everywhere around the mark which made me want him all the more. My whole body was burning with desire. His one hand was wrapped around my hips and with the thumb of his other hand he was stroking the skin under my breast. My wolf loved the way he was touching me. I could feel tingles all over my body. My hands that were till now trying to shove him away now found its way around his neck while his hands now travelled on my ribs and belly. I have never felt this way before. Never fantasised a guy touching me or doing all sorts of things with me but I didn't feel ashamed of the thoughts running in my head now. This is my mate and I wanted him. "Do you love me?" he asked me brushing his lips over mine but not kissing me. I whimpered at that and he immediately pressed his hot mouth against mine already parted ones teasingly. "Do you?" he asked again in a growl and I felt myself nodding immediately. He smiled in satisfaction which made my heart expand in my chest. I kissed him hungrily which he returned. "Fuck!" Shawn muttered pulling away and I growled lowly. He pushed me inside the car and got inside it closing the door behind him. "I want you now!" was all he said before kissing me again. Of all the places I imagined my first time to be, a car with tinted glass was never there. But what the hell? I didn't care much, all I wanted was my mate and he was with me teasing my skin. I laid back in the seat while he hovered over me. I started undoing the buttons of his shirt and completely pulled it off him exposing his sculpted top body. Wrapping my legs around his hips I pulled him closer to me and could feel his very erect member. I chucked when he growled at me. His eyes were completely dark and it was turning me on. "I love you!" I said and kissed his lips and started trailing kisses on his chest. Shawn was pulling my shirt off me when I felt someone trying to contact me through the link. I had blocked everyone out but the person who was trying to connect was more like begging me to reply. It was like desperately. I could sense it because my heart was beating rapidly not with desire but with dread. Shawn must have sensed my body going still all of a sudden because he pulled away from me and looked at me with worry. "What is it?" he asked me. "I...." I whispered and tried to connect with the person, completely opening my mind link. "You don't want this?" Shawn asked sounding hurt and I placed my palms in front of my face asking him to stop talking. I pressed my thumb against the corner of my head and tried connecting with everyone opening my mind link. 'Alpha!' it was Bella's voice. I would have growled loudly at her for disturbing me when I was with my mate if she wasn't sobbing loudly even in my mind. 'Bella?" I questioned her. 'Valerie!' that was Edith's voice which was a small whisper. 'Edith?" I called again but there was no reply. She had blocked me. I sat on the seat and looked at Shawn who was wearing his shirt now. There were so many voices on my head but I tried connecting with one. 'Alpha!' that was Oscar. 'Oscar?" I called again. 'Nathan has fallen on the ground clutching his stomach!' he replied panting, it sounded like he was running. By now I was out of the car and wearing my jacket with Shawn beside me who was trying to connect with everyone from his Pack. 'Where is Edith?" 'She had gone to pay some fees to-' 'Brianna.' I concluded. Edith had told me that. Just then Shawn stopped in his tracks and growled furiously. "What?" I asked him. "Rogues!" was all he said and that was enough for me to growl and bring my claws out. My heart was pounding inside my chest. "They are in the human territory." he said and muttered a few curses. 'Evie?" 'Yes.' 'Try connecting with Bella.' I ordered and tuned in Oscar. 'Yes Alpha.' he said. 'Get ready with the team, rogues are traced in the human territory.' I said and made my way into the woods but Shawn stopped me. "What?" I growled at him and he growled back. Though he was growling at me, I wanted to hold him tightly and kiss him. "Near the cliff." he said and I went running towards the cliff. Shawn was calling for me in his husky voice but I ignored him. 'I know Alpha.' Oscar said and paused, 'It's Dominic.' he said and I stopped running and held a tree. Shawn also stopped running and came to my side. 'He has killed Brianna and a girl with her!' 'Where are Edith and Bella?' I asked him. 'Evie and Nathan had taken them to the doctor. They were badly hurt!' he added. I growled loudly at that. Edith was pregnant. 'The baby?' I asked. 'We don't know about that yet.' he said in a whisper. Shawn pulled me against his chest and soothed my hair a few times. "I asked Jasper and others to chase him towards the cliff." Shawn said tugging my arms and pulling me with him. 'We are chasing him!' Oscar said and I growled maliciously. "Trap him and leave the rest to me!" I said to Shawn who nodded. "You stay away until then!" Shawn commanded me and I growled at him. "Right now, it's not the time for us to fight!" he snapped frustratedly. "I told you Shawn-" was all I got to say before he kissed me again. Instead of shoving him away I held his collar in my hands and pulled him closer to me kissing him. I kissed his jaws and neck and then started sucking his neck. I wanted to rip that shirt off him and kiss him senselessly. I wanted to trace my fingers all over those hidden abs behind his chest. What the hell was happening to me? I was falling for him all over! Shawn caught my wrists and then pulled away, "Take some time to control yourself. I don't want them sniffing you?" he whispered. "Sniffing me?" I asked and he looked away rubbing the back of his neck. "Uh... Sniffing your turned on scent!" he said and I noticed his own cheeks were the same color as mine would be at the moment- rosy red. I stood there opening and closing my mouth not knowing what to say. Of all the time, I had to be turned on right now? I couldn't smell myself so I didn't know how I smell. "We'll continue this later, until then-" he said and pecked my lips. It was a peck but I wanted more, much more. I nodded but completely avoided looking at Shawn in the eye. It was a moment where one part of me wished to be under the covers and another part of me wanted to rip those covers and go hunt the bastard rogue. Urrgh! Shawn left towards the cliff after I climbed a tree and sat on the branch. I desperately wanted to run after him but I knew my arousal would drive everyone there mad. "Big mistake Dominic!" I muttered growling. Now that he has come here, I will make sure he won't go back. You came here with a death wish Dominic. I thought to myself. There were loud growls coming and I knew an attack was taking place. I closed my eyes and sat on the tree silently. As minutes passed by my craving for Shawn became less and less. Though I tried my best to ignore, I still could hear the cries of the wolves, the growls, the whimpers. Those made me shake with anger and my wolf was pacing continuously inside me. My emotions were that of anger and I knew it was Shawn's feeling inside me. Oh dear Goddess! What the hell made Shawn so angry? For a second I thought it was because we were disturbed but then he didn't look that mad when he ran. I felt pain in my stomach and I clutched my stomach in my hands. The pain decreased and I let go of my stomach. "Shawn!" I whispered his name. 'Oscar?" I called through the link and he responded. 'Where is Shawn?' 'He is the one fighting with Dominic.' Oscar said and I growled ferociously. I didn't want anything happening to my mate and I wanted to kill Dominic. 'Make sure he doesn't kill Dominic!' I said through the link. 'What?' Oscar asked. 'Why?' that was from Ivan. 'I said make sure Shawn doesn't kill Dominic!' I said using my Alpha tone. 'Understood Alpha.' they said guiltily. 'And yeah, call me when Shawn has Dominic down.' I added. I was holding the branch so tightly; I wouldn't be surprised if I fell head first on the ground right now. My breathing was normal and my heart beat too felt normal. I just hoped they couldn't smell my arousal. Perfect timing to go in heat, eh? I thought sarcastically. Especially when a famous rapist is around. The growls were less and less each passing second. 'He has him!' Oscar said and that was my cue. I got down from the tree and walked towards the cliff to face Dominic with only one intent. I wanted Dominic dead, but before that I had to play a game.
