Chapter 004

"Vienna, where shall we wait for Michelle?" Therese asked. The two of us are currently walking down the hallway going to the cafeteria. We had just finished our three classes and earlier, my eyes searching for Sebastian but he didn't attend the class. I don't know why I'm looking for him? "We'll have Michelle with us for lunch later. She's busy on the council right now, you know she's the Vice President, right?" I answered. "Ahh is that so.. Oh! I forgot something," she said. But she suddenly slapped her forehead which surprised me. I wondered why she did that but she immediately took her phone from her bag. "Why? What's the problem?" I asked, confused. "The new cover song by VnM will be released now," she said happily. So she's one of my listeners? I secretly smiled. This time, it looks like I'll let her know about my secret. After all, she's my friend. "You know what Vienna, you have the same voice," she added but she wasn't looking at me. "I'm VnM," I shortly replied making her stop from walking. She covered her mouth and looked at me in shock. "Oh my, God!" she exclaimed. But before she could get hysterical about it, I immediately covered her mouth. "Shh!! Don't be loud, let's just keep it a secret okay?" I whisper to her ears and smiled at her. *** "I still can't believe it, one of my favorite artists is with me," she said in disbelief which made me laugh as well. She said that so many times since we bought our food in the cafeteria. She hugged me several times, held my arm tightly, and kissed me on my cheek. I also said to her the reason why I still have to keep hidden my identity. I'm thankful because she understood and supported me. "Just eat Therese, you've been talking since we left the cafeteria." I laughed immediately but she just smiled at me widely. The two of us ate again and talked about other things. I enjoyed talking to her, I just laughed at what she was telling me. We ate for about an hour and we're both thankful because we don't have class after break, so we can stay longer here. "So, you're going to join the Music Club?" she asked, I nodded in response. "Aren't you afraid that they will find out that you're VnM?" she asked again. "All secrets are being revealed, why should I be afraid? If everyone knows, I'm willing to explain," I replied, and Therese immediately put her arm around me. "Don't worry, I'll support you there. Um.. Vienna can we take a selfie?" she asked shyly, I smiled and nodded. And we started taking a selfie about five times then after that, she hugged me again. She told me that she's been one of my biggest fans for almost 2 years. I can't believe it but she has all of my covered songs on her phone. And I couldn't stop myself from hugging her too. The two of us stopped when we heard a group of women shouting in too much happiness because of someone. The two of us looked at each other and we were confused about what is happening. They are all very happy but who are they referring to? "It looks like it's Sebastian again," Therese said. She was right, it was because of Sebastian, and from here in our direction, I could see him. He's with a group of men and I think, they are former members of the Music Club. He has a guitar strapped to his shoulder plus he has a new haircut. Now, I already know the reason why every woman admires him. "Is Sebastian looked handsome in your eyes?" Therese asked but she was still looking in Sebastian's direction. "Yes, but it doesn't mean that I like him," I replied. "I'm just asking, anyways.. maybe he wasn't in class earlier because they practiced for the upcoming event." He seems to be annoyed with the women around him because he can't get out of his place. What's wrong with that guy that all of the sudden I'm curious about his personality. The way he looked at me seems to have a meaning but I'm not assuming. It's just that's how I think about him. I've only been here for two days but it seems like I've known him for a long time. "Hi, Vienna." I was almost to curse but I just closed my eyes and faced the two guy who came. It's them again, Sebastian's friends. Why do they still approach me? "Let's go Vienna, it's already our next class," Therese said while pulling me up. The two were left wondering. I know why we left there, it's just that Therese wanted me to avoid them. BRITT'S POV Why is Therese stopping us to keep close with Vienna? We will not hurt her. We just want to know her and talk to her. "What's the matter with Therese? She was like that since yesterday," Enzo said annoyed when we sat down on the bench where Vienna had sat earlier. "I don't know but I think it's because of Sebastian again," I replied annoyed. How do we know that Vienna is the Vienna that became our friend and best friend a long time ago? "Yeah, our friend is so famous, that's why Therese stopped us to get close with Vienna. But why she didn't even recognize us?" Enzo said sadly. What could have happened to her 3 years ago? "What could have happened to her? We didn't hear any news 3 years ago. How can we know that she is our friend if Therese stops us?" he continued. "He has a brother, it's Vince remember? We met him when we were 1st-year high school during Vienna's birthday celebration." Enzo thought about my answer and I hope he still remembers. When Vienna and I were kids, I never met her older brother because he didn't live in their house. But on Vienna's birthday, that was the first time we met each other. I see him here at the university, he was the team captain of the Engineering soccer team but we haven't played against him. "What's your plan? Even though we're in the same university, he doesn't even talk to us." Enzo is right, Vince doesn't talk to us and I don't know why. We met once here at the university but he doesn't seem to know us. "We'll follow him later after class," I replied. "What are we, stalker? Think carefully, bro. What will he think of us if we do that?" What else can we do besides that? Because I can't think of any other way. Geez.. you're a big QUESTION MARK to us Vienna.
