I guess I'm late because I see only a few students passing by the main entrance. When I got to the room, the professor wasn't there yet so I went straight to my seat, but the looks of my classmates were confusing. Why is that? Therese isn't here yet, could she be late? It's impossible that she was absent. "Vienna.." Patricia said while sitting next to me. "Why Pat? Is there a problem?" I asked, wondering. I looked in Sandra's direction, and the three of them stood up and invited me out of the room. "Come, we have something to tell you," she answered. I hesitantly stood up and walked out of the room. "What's wrong? Why did you ask me to go out?" I asked. "Didn't you see the posts on social media?" Lessandra asked, making me frown. "Post? About what?" I replied. "About you.." Lea said which surprised me. Patricia slowly handed me her cellphone, I also took it and looked at it. "The photo of you with Sebastian spread on social media and it was posted on the university's page itself. Because of that, negative posts about you came out. They said hurtful things to you, led by Liezel," said Sandra. I can't believe that people will think of me like this. I can't believe her, such a slut! They immediately hugged me causing my tears to flow for the second time. "Vienna..." My throat suddenly felt tight when I heard that voice. I know very well who owns it, none other than Tine. "Are you okay? Did they hurt you?" he asked worriedly. I didn't expect that he would still be this kind and concerned with me despite what he found out. And I thought he wouldn't talk to me yet because of what I told him yesterday. "I'm fine and they didn't hurt me," I answered. We are currently here in the garden, this is where he brought me when he found out that my Professor was not around. Some students saw me which caused them to talk about us, especially me. I don't want to pay attention and just ignore what they say but it's not right anymore. It enters my mind and hurts me even though it's not true. "I will find a way to delete your photo from the internet and to stop the students from destroying you." "Why does it seem easy for you to say that?" I said making him confused. I know he was hurt by what he saw but there he is, acting as if he was okay. I don't want him to hide his true feelings from me like this. "What do you mean?" he wondered. "You were hurt, I hurt you but that's what you're still going to do? You're still going to think about me?" I replied. I stood up and looked away from him. I tried to stop myself from crying but I couldn't. In situations like this when I hurt someone, I can't control my emotions. "Because I love you.." he said making me silent. My heart suddenly stopped beating because of what he said. I didn't expect him to say those words and that was the first time he told me that but I didn't feel anything. The only thing I feel now is sadness and pity for him. "Yes, I admit that I was hurt but I'll still think about you. Your feelings are more important to me than mine and I would rather be the one who gets hurt, not you." My tears kept pouring out, I couldn't stop it. I covered my face and slowly moved away from him. 'I don't want to hurt him again.' Why did he know my true feelings for him that way? Why not through me? I'm stupid, I'm so stupid. "I saw Sebastian kissed you, during the show and I was there silently looking at the both of you," he said and tears fell from his eyes. I hurt him but I didn't even notice. I'm so stupid, I hurt the man who did nothing but love me. TINE'S POV ------FLASHBACK------ "Bro, earlier I think I saw Vienna in the cafeteria with Britt," Joseph said when we got to the bleachers to sit and rest for a while. "Are you sure?" I asked. Fortunately, Vince is still on the field and talking to our coach. He should not know that Vienna was here. He will be angry if it happens, he doesn't want to send his sister here because of Sebastian. "Yes, I'm sure, she's the one I saw. Wasn't she supposed to be singing now, but it didn't work out because of what happened to her? And maybe she came here to watch," he answered. Today Vienna will be discharged from the hospital so she can't come here just to watch. She's not feeling well and Vince told her not to come here to the university. "Bro, just check it at the venue of the show, she might be there with her two friends. We'll take care of your stuff and we'll take care of Vince," said Ian. I stood up immediately and arranged my things before I went down to the bleachers. I looked at the field, Vince was still there talking to our coach. "I'm leaving, I'll be right back when I find Vienna," I said and ran off the field. It's not even 5 minutes, but I arrived at the venue of the show. I see a lot of people and it was only high school students because of their school uniforms. Today is an open house, so the university was crowded with high school students who came from different schools here in Manila. How can I find Vienna? There are a lot of people. The band that was on stage started to sing and I think it was the Music Club band but Sebastian wasn't there. As far as I know, he is the main vocalist but I think someone else is singing now. "Why isn't Sebastian here?" "Yes, it's surprising. I saw him with his friend a while ago." "Me too, I saw him in the cafeteria." "Everyone said that he was carrying a girl, did you recognize who? Everyone who saw it earlier was surprised." "Besides sister Vienna, he doesn't talk to any girl anymore." I couldn't stop wondering because of what I heard. I don't want to listen to their conversation but they mention a girl. Joseph said he saw Vienna earlier in the cafeteria with Britt who is Sebastian's friend. So there is a possibility that they are together now. That only means one thing, the girl Sebastian carried is none other than Vienna. I need to find her, maybe something bad will happen to her again. *** I went to the cafeteria but when I entered, I didn't run into anyone. I try to call Michelle and Therese but they both didn't answer my call. I think they didn't even know their friend was here. I returned to the venue of the show but I suddenly stopped walking when I saw Vienna with Sebastian. My chest suddenly tightened when I accidentally looked at their hands holding each other. I don't know what happened or why they got to that point. I wanted to leave but I couldn't move my feet. I just stared at the two of them and I couldn't help it. I am hurt, I am hurt by what I see now. I was not far from the two of them so I could clearly see that he suddenly turned to face Vienna to hug her.
