Chapter 050

SEBASTIAN'S POV I woke up when I felt thirsty but there was oxygen in my nose. I looked to my side, Vienna sleeping peacefully. I suddenly remembered what happened earlier, this is again the familiar pain from the past. I thought that when I found out all the reasons why we couldn't find Vienna then, I would feel better but I didn't. Uncle Rey was the reason I couldn't find Vienna before. I treated him like my real father, I trusted him but that's what he did to me. He took his daughter away from me and he couldn't even tell me. Why? What sin have I committed? I just loved his daughter. I removed the oxygen attached to my nose and looked at Vienna. I thought when she leave me, that was the most painful event of my life. But when I found out the reason, the pain I felt, got even worse. In the first place, Vienna was innocent, she knew nothing of what had happened. "Vienna, wake up," I said softly. Her eyes slowly opened and she immediately looked at me. "Are you feeling well? Aren't you having difficulty in breathing?" She asked worriedly. "I'm fine, don't worry," I replied and she smiled as well. "It's okay then and maybe we shouldn't continue the practice, you need to rest now. Are you hungry? Or thirsty?" She said. She was worried about me, you could see it in her eyes. "Here, have a drink first," she added as she handed me a glass of water. After I drank, I looked around the room but not a single photo was displayed. I never quite thought she lived here 3 years ago. She was just close to me, only a few meters away between the two of us. "Britt was outside with Enzo and they're worried about you. Sebastian, I don't even know the reason why that happened to you earlier but you have to get over it. It's not easy to do but you have to. VIENNA'S POV It's Monday, it seems like the time had passed so fast and it's morning again but I still remember what happened yesterday. After that scenario, I sent Sebastian home so that he could rest properly. And last night, I talked to the nuns about my adoption of Billy. They were hesitant about what I wanted but they could no longer change my decision. Eventually, they agreed but there was a process that needed to be done and followed. I also talked to our family lawyer, Uncle Joey and he said he would take care of everything. If the court doesn't agree, I can't do anything and I will just respect their decision. I've packed all my things and left some clothes in case I come back here. I'm going home, I need to talk to mom about the adoption and I can talk to Mother Selda as well. I am now leaving the orphanage and the nuns are also waiting for me outside. I don't want to leave but I have to go home. "Vienna," Sister Fiona greeted and hugged me. "I love you very much sister, I will wait for you here," he replied. For the last time, I hugged him again, as did the nuns and the kids. I will miss them all. I got in my car, I said goodbye to all of them before I started the car and left the orphanage. After about 40 minutes of driving, I finally arrived at the university. I opened the paper bag and what was inside are homemade cookies and a box of cupcakes with a small teddy bear and my name written on its clothes. I remember having a teddy bear like this before but I don't know who it came from. "Shucks, Sebastian is sweet and only flowers are missing. Yee! You're lucky, Vienna," Lessandra said with a shudder. I couldn't smile because I was still looking at the teddy bear I was holding. "How come Sebastian will give you that? Of all the women here at the university, only you will make him kind and sweet? What potion did you use to tame Sebastian like that?" said Liezel suddenly. I clenched my hand because of what she said, this woman is too much. "Stop it Liezel, you mean you're just jealous. Who you care if Sebastian is nice and sweet to Vienna?" The room roared because of Enzo's answer. I noticed that Liezel suddenly got annoyed, I just sighed. "Maybe you want Sebastian to slap you again?" Britt's added. All guys here laughed because of what he said so Liezel immediately walked out with her two friends. "She has full of jealousy, that's what she deserves. Don't mind her, Vienna, and just ignore her," Patricia said. What is this? He's messing up my mind. I thought I would just forget what he said but why does he keep giving it to me? That's why I couldn't help but think that he likes me.
