Chapter # 49
Holding onto each other with feral longing, they shared a rough, fervid kiss, gripping tightening that they ended up digging nails into each other's skin.
Placing her both hands over his chest, she pushed him down on the bed, positioning herself on top of him with a smirk, holding her tears back.
'You can't do it because you love me as much as I do and you know it would break my heart," She whispered breathlessly.
Wiping the tears looking undesirable on his arresting face.
'What about you, huh? You can do the same for me too,"
He smirked back darkly, sniffling to suppress his sobbing with deep breaths to hold back his wail and focus on the moment.
The kiss that burned all the pain.
Gripping her wrists, subduing the pain in his body so it won't destroy their magical moment and flipped them over.
'You need me as much as I do," He whispered, leaning down to her neck.
Taken aback at the smooth movement, her fingers gripped the sheets when he dominated, on all fours, ensnaring her between his strong body.
'You yearn for me," He murmured on her neck, kissing it tenderly before leading down to her shoulders.
'I am essential to your breaths, darling,"
All the way to her jawline with butterflies kisses to which her feelings were melting down into the affectionate action as he paused to her parted lips.
'You live by my existence,"
'You crave me, you want me badly,"
He chuckled huskily, pecking her lips as they both shared an intense eye-contact that dried her throat.
Flushed, her body burned with the urge to continue, forcing the lump in her throat and chuckled back.
'And you?"
Dying to place their hindrances behind and embrace each other with all their passion once again but to her playful giggle, he merely pinched her cheeks.
'This man breaths with your name, Ma'am, I am bound to your wishes now,"
He smiled sweetly, relieved that her lava had been soothed and perception changed else it would have gobbled him.
Because her fear was something he never wanted.
After ensuring that she had given up, he pulled away gradually, getting up to leave but she grabbed his wrist, pulling him back.
'You.. love me… right, Nathaniel?"
He blinked but soon smiled, kissing the back of her palm, vanquishing all her apprehension with his soft reply.
'Me, my soul, my existence, my breaths, all belongs to you, My Darling, don't question my love,"
'Then make me yours, don't let me leave you ever again. Create my grave beside yours, entwine me in you," She demanded.
Gripping his shirt desperately to which he became serious abruptly.
'Don't be ridiculous, you will regret it," He whispered seriously.
'Of all the regrets of my life, you are none,"
'You will perish, Zari, this isn't-"
'I already did, in your love, Nathaniel. You or nothing,"
She was high on love, profoundly sunken in the depths of love to imprint her name on his heart.
That the next time, he won't even fathom raising his tone, let alone to use hurtful statements.
She wanted to blind him with her devotion too.
'Look, look carefully, who is before me? What do I have left?" She mumbled, holding his face between her hands while confessing.
'You were late in holding my hand else I was ready to abandon my world for you from day one, since the beginning,"
He blinked, mouth gaped yet deep down, in a hidden corner, he knew she would abandon her world for him.
But to save her from the chains was important too and hearing it from her… hurt him.
‘Maybe… just maybe… all she needed all this time was my… hand,' He thought sorrowfully, finding himself utterly guilty.
He was about to pull back with the shame collecting between his breaths but pressing her forehead against his rigidly, blinding her.
With a beautiful but painful tear rolling down, she placed her cards in order to revolve his perceptions around her, confessing.
'I love you, Nathaniel,"
Moving her hand to his hair, she kissed his forehead and ended up sobbing, expressing her deepest, sincerest feelings.
'I love you, I love you so much, my darling, I love you, Nathaniel,"
He gasped, pressed her harder on the bed when words he was dying to hear were echoing in his mind like a spellbinding mantra.
It sounded mesmerizing, he could hear those words endlessly.
His world started and ended at that statement as a tear, out of glee, rolled down his cheeks.
'I love you, I love you so damn much that it truly hurts, my love,"
She cried, gripping onto him as he helped her to sit up.
Placing her on his lap, he embraced her body. Snuggling to her neck, hot breath forming goosebumps on her skin.
'I don't want to be frightened either, I want to live with how we imagined only… I need my Nathaniel,"
Clearing hearts for each other, he held her firmly against his injured body, holding her face, wiping the tears piercing his heart.
And to provide solace to his flaring soul, Zariah held his collar as he whispered pantingly in her ears.
'And I apologize for it," He swallowed hard, biting her earlobe.
Upon holding her, the complaints vanished, the closure murdered the harsh thoughts, it served as a shore.
And deluged in that lull-filled sensation, he continued, clasping her shirt between his fingers desperately.
'I know I failed past to shelter your darkness, I failed my promise of saving you but I want to do whatever possible for you,"
'Then do you forgive me for killing Guru?" She asked sternly, lifting his face to meet her arduous eyes and answer truthfully.
'...I…"
He inhaled sharply. Everything flashed between his eyes, doing a heartbeat of comparison.
Guru, the killer of his family.
Zariah, the radiance of his life, the ones he venerates.
And he found his answer as he nodded.
'I do,"
Swallowing hard, collecting his perception and pecking her lips.
'Nothing tops you, no one is above you,"
He bore with the pain, the sting and replaced with the felicity of having her and pushed her down again.
When she was before him, as all his, to fuse her soul with him.
Then how could any other yearning match that irresistible offer?
Her heart skipped a beat, a glow forming on her face to finally hold priority over his hatred, to stand where no soul possibly could.
'Really?"
'Yes,"
Attaining the highest position as she smiled, tears blurring her vision.
So peaceful that he had decided to reduce the hatred which ripped his humanity.
'And I am sorry for scaring you, I will try my best this never happens again,"
‘It won't, the one who caused it is dead after all,' Zariah thought victoriously.
Body relaxing under his touch while he pressed his body unknowingly over hers.
Nibbling on her neck, allowing him to explore her body and affix his mind on her.
'Please don't be afraid of me ever again, Zariah. I can't bear it,"
His voice broke a little, making a miserable face, sparing a glance at her.
'Then create your world with mine," She whispered desperately.
'Did I not?"
Fingers intertwining to place them beside her head, finding that position heartwarming.
Wanting to surge euphoria to eradicate any source of fear or discomfort in those desirable eyes for him.
Lowering her gaze shyly, she lifted her knee, brushed it against him with a blush taking over, testing his limits as she demanded.
'Then show me, make me yours, Nathaniel, you are all I want,"
'With pleasure, my darling,"
Arching an eyebrow seductively at her signal, he unbuttoned his shirt before etching the pleasure into her core and claiming her as his.
