The food was fast disappearing from each person's plate now. "I guess you kids would be returning home after the meal so you can get home in time to help prepare dinner at home". "Yes aunty". Paul replied rather grudgingly thinking he'd rather spend more time with Aurora. "Well maybe I'd spend the night here aunty. My aunt wouldn't be around till next month I could just phone home so nanny aunty wouldn't have to worry about me". "Sure do Arianna it would be nice to have you over". Mrs Salvatore consented. Paul looked like he also wanted to spend the night over but knew better it would be just his mother at home his dad has been spending the nights in his office saying he is working on a very important project. "Well since Ari would be staying over, why don't you come back tomorrow Paul, we could go have a look at the new amusement park". Aurora suggested. She'd been wanting to go to the amusement park but didn't know how to tell it to her mom. "Sure fine I'll be here in the morning". Paul answered quickly happy to come back the next day. "Hold your high horses kid, I didn't consent yet amusement parks are always dangerous". "Mom, what danger could come to us while playing. We promise to be on best behaviours and watch over each other". Aurora said obviously exasperated by her mom talking like their babies. "Don't worry aunty I'll protect the girls while we're out and make sure we're out of harm's way all through". Paul said showing his non existent muscles. "Fine but you guys have to be back before it gets dark alright. If you do not get back before 6 just know you'll be grounded till school resumes". "Sure mom, we'll be back bright and early". Aurora assured her mom pleased they have her permission she knew it wouldn't have been possible if Paul and Arianna were not involved. " Thank you aunty". Arianna said and she and Aurora moved to hug her at the same time. "Hey no leaving me out now". Paul protested and rushed forward to join them. "You guys have to keep your words and get back on time else I'll have you all grounded okay". Mrs Salvatore warned with a wide smile on her face, she loved having the kids around together like this it was always nice. "Okay, I guess Paul should be on his way now, we wouldn't want you getting home dark, is your driver coming to pick you or I could drop you off". "No need mom I have the driver waiting for me". Paul replied her getting to his feet. "Okay then". "We'll see him out you can stay back mom". Aurora and Arianna gets up and drags Paul out with them. "Paul Saint, I want you here nice and early tomorrow so we could have enough time to explore tomorrow okay"? Aurora said trying to get our serious she is across. "I understand, I understand, you didn't have to call my full name now". Paul said aware that Aurora only uses his full name when she's dead serious. "Goodbye now Paul see you tomorrow..... Bright and early". She finished stressing on the bright and early. "Yes mom, yes mom". Paul replied. His driver had at this time driven by them already and waiting for Paul to get into the car. "See you tomorrow girls , don't give aunty a hard time, and rest well". "Get your ass outta here Saint". Arianna laughed. "See you tomorrow". Paul waved and got into the backseat of the car. "See you tomorrow". They both waved back at him. The driver pulls the car out of the Salvatore's mansion onto the Streets. "Okay let's go get another serving of that sweet rice. Shall we?" Aurora said holding out her hand to Arianna. " Right away baby". Arianna linked the hands Aurora held out and they make their way back inside. The drive back home was a short and quiet one. Paul was busy planning in his head how tomorrow would go it would be fun to finally have time alone with Aurora he needs to find a way to ditch Arianna sometimes during the outing so he could have sometime with Aurora. Today was all ruined though he still enjoyed it the banter, the meal, aunty and everything it was fine but a day with Aurora is better than anything in this world. Mr Williams let the car into the compound slowly, he'd been speeding all the way so the young master could get home in time now the drove slowly Into the compound so the mistress doesn't know. Mr Williams is a very loyal man he has been a driver for the Saints family for years. The family trusted him alot and so many times he'd been left to babysit Paul and so had a soft spot for the boy. He knew getting back home late would put the boy in trouble with the madam, she hated the child coming back home late and would have been so mad . On getting down from the car, Paul realizes that his mom had gotten back home before him and all thoughts of the outing soon disappears he was in deep trouble if the time is past 6. Mr Williams noticed the trepidation that was now being spelt on the boy's face and soon realizes what's going on. "Judging by the sky it's probably not yet 6pm plus I drove fast enough from the Salvatore's mansion so I'm quite sure we made it back home in time you can be rest assured". Mr Williams said giving him an assuring look. "This eased Paul up and he finally picked up and went into the house . "Mom, I'm home". Paul called out. He'd expected to see her immediately he enters the house waiting for him in the living room probably nursing a juice cup and counting the seconds. He had been surprised to be met with silence.
