'We wanted to know your name so badly." I laughed as I said it, a bit really knowing how he would take it. 'My name?" He asked, a little surprised that we still hadn't known his name. 'I remember that I couldn't do a proper introduction about myself because of the distraction we had the first day we met. 'Yes." We all answered. 'Well, I'm glad you all are trying to get to know me and my mother's name. My name is Aloha Logan and my Mum is called Luna Tricia." When he had said his mother's name, I actually thought that her name was beautiful just like her heart was. She was so selfless and kind and nothing could take that away from you. 'Greeting my Alpha." Laura and Damien choruses together like they had been waiting for the perfect time to say a word. The Alpha acknowledged their greetings and then looked out for his warriors. 'I'm ready if you are." He responded. 'Yes, we are very prepared." Laura answered, then caught me staring, then she smiled back. I could literally hear her heartbeat from where I stood, so I went close to her and tried to calm her down. 'It'll be alright. Don't overthink it." As we now stood in front of the Palace waiting for a carriage, it was now clear to me that we weren't going to use our legs for the journey. I was getting too used to trekking so much that it might really be affecting my sense of reasoning. Soon, one of the guards rode the horses down with the carriage at the back. That was literally the first time I was setting my eyes on a carriage, I only heard about it in stories my mother told in her made up stories or the ones I watched in movies. It was usually in a romantic movie that the male would take the female for a date in a carriage, now we were about to go meet a wizard in a carriage. 'This is my first time in a carriage and this was not what I expected when I would finally get into a carriage." I whispered to Laura who was paying attention to the carriage. 'Me too. I wished I would just meet the love of my life right now and we'll go on a date." Laura replied, dreamily. She was always like this, dreaming about things that would never happen. 'Remember we are going to see the wizard for your parents, are you still interested in meeting your Prince charming so he could take you away." 'No." She screamed. 'We can have the romantic date afterwards but for now, I'm not available." She said and I burst out laughing. I loved Laura and she had a great sense of humor too. The guards opened the door for Alpha Logan as we waited for him to settle in first, then we were ushered in one by one to the carriage. It was indeed a beautiful sight to behold as we entered. It was an experience I would never forget no matter what. The inside of the carriage was well detailed, the seats comfortably and the aura cozy. It was one of a kind. 'Wow, this is the most wonderful experience." Laura said. She couldn't hide her excitement while Damien could do it easily. Damien didn't show it but we knew that deep down, he loved this. 'We would have gone with horses but I wanted this to be an unforgettable ride for you guys so I invited my carriage. I hope you guys like it." I was so grateful that he didn't involve horses, how would I have explained to a king that the almighty healer that he believed I was could not even ride a horse properly. I couldn't understand what to think but I was happy that we could at least experience this. The ride to the wizard's place seemed smooth at first but then the ride got bumpy on the way. 'Is the place where we're going too far?" Laura asked. Everything that was happening today was simply giving her joy, the fact that she had slept in such a nice room, had a nice dress on, ate one of the most delicious pancakes and then was on a luxurious ride to find out news about her parents. Who wouldn't be so happy and excited as she was. It was simply the best news for her and I truly hoped that the news of the wizard won't spoil her mood or make her unhappy. I was already used to always seeing my friend in a good mood and I wanted it to be that way. 'It seems like you really trust this wizard to be able to take us to him." 'I do trust him. Like I told your friend, he would be the one I would have gone to for my mother's healing but for strange reasons, he just couldn't do it. I know the reason why you couldn't heal her. It was because of you. There's a reason why you guys were brought to this place. There's a reason why we are going to him now. You might not believe it but everything would be falling in place." He nodded as he told us. I was quite surprised that a man like him believed in fate and in destiny and I was sure Laura and Damien were also. 'You guys look like you've seen a ghost." Alpha Logan was literally opening his mouth and laughing out loud on the carriage, that was when I realized that really didn't know this man. I also realized that people shouldn't be judged without finding out what exactly they are like. The road got bumpy again as we kept moving. I looked through the window since I was the closest and then I saw that we had entered into a dark forest. What I was seeing was quite different from where we were 2 minutes ago.. 'What happened, the weather was looking very sunny just minutes ago. Why does it look like it wants to rain." 'That's because it might rain. This shows that we are very close to our destination." Alpha Logan explained and true to his production, it started to rain.
