"I am very desperate, Agatha. I have no other ideas to end this. This is the only right way, and I am sure it will work," Jayden explained wearily. Agatha sighed. She couldn't refuse to help Jayden considering all that the man had done for her. However, she thought the idea he just had was insane. "Is there really no other way? Are you sure I can help in a situation like this?" "I believe you can. Hasn't an Agatha Marvelly been able to do everything until now?" "Is that a compliment to persuade me?" Jayden chuckled. "If I'm convinced, why aren't you? Come on, now is the right time to repay your senior." Agatha picked up a half-filled glass of water from the table. She took a slow sip to clear her mind. She still couldn't believe Jayden asked her to pretend to be his girlfriend. The problem was, she had never been in a relationship herself. Moreover, looking at Jonathan's expression after he found out she interfered with their family affairs, would she still be okay? "I have actually forgiven senior Grace." Agatha placed the glass back on the table. Then she took a deep breath. "So I'll do it to repay all that you've done for me till now." Jayden was stunned, then his lips couldn't help but smile. "Thank you, Agatha." "Hey, I haven't done anything yet. Thank me when your idea works," Agatha replied with a small smirk. But her face almost showed a blush. "Besides, from now on, that status only applies when we are in front of them, right?" Jayden smiled warmly and nodded. "Right. So, are you ready for my plan? Want to hear it now?" "Of course. I'm following the boss's orders," Agatha replied with a small smile. She took another sip of her drink. "Alright. This might sound a bit silly, but I hope you listen until the end before commenting. I admit I came up with this idea under pressure. So, you might be surprised." Jayden began to take a deep breath. And Agatha nodded, ready to listen attentively. In the late night like this, Agatha actually went to the kitchen to get a drink because she was thirsty. Coincidentally, Jayden was already there in advance. Then they ended up discussing a plan that Agatha had never expected before. "Tonight, we will come together with Layla to meet Grace's parents. At that time, you must be prepared to be a brave woman without thinking about rank and the like in front of them. We have to pretend to be the most affectionate and loving couple."
