She is Too Attractive
Cakra narrowed his eyes with his hand ready to strike Jayden's handsome face. His face was already red with emotions about to explode.
Unfortunately, Jayden was much quicker to catch Cakra's fist. Jayden smiled amusedly at Cakra's increasingly furious expression.
"Let go, damn it!" Cakra snapped, struggling to release his hand. He was frustrated to admit that Jayden's strength was far greater than his.
Jayden smirked, but didn't heed Cakra's words. "Listen to me, pay attention so you won't have to bother coming to me again."
Cakra growled angrily and stopped struggling. "What the hell?!"
Jayden chuckled gleefully. "So, Mr. Cakra, you are gravely mistaken if you give me such an insignificant offer. Why? Because it will only be in vain as Agatha is already entirely mine."
Jayden became even more amused to see Cakra about to hit him with his hand again. Yes, but it was clearly futile as he could easily dodge. Cakra's response was easy to read just from the look in his eyes.
"She already works for me. She cares for my child. And of course, my child also likes her. Isn't it clear why she can never be yours? I will definitely not let her go even if you offer me all your wealth." Jayden roughly released Cakra's hand and crossed his arms.
"Do you think it's easy to get her? Hey, did you forget? I'm also wealthy. I don't need anything from you. My company is thriving, and I have plenty of money," Jayden said with a mocking smile. After all, that was the reality.
"Damn! Damn!" Cakra suddenly said right in front of Jayden's face.
"I will make you regret for rejecting my offer!" Cakra pushed Jayden's chest with his finger while giving him a fierce look. His breathing was very rapid.
"Well, try if you can. I'm not afraid of anything you do," Jayden responded calmly and chuckled. He greatly enjoyed Cakra's emotional face.
"Don't be too overconfident! No matter what you have now, I assure you it won't last long!" Cakra hissed. He really wanted to punch Jayden if he didn't remember where he was at the moment. In a crowded place.
The next night, Cakra was once again faced with rejection in negotiations with Jayden. His frustration deepened, and the surging anger led him back to the bar.
With heavy steps, Cakra entered the bar that was familiar to him. A glass of hard drink once again became his loyal friend, providing an escape from the pressure and failure that continued to weigh on his mind.
Cakra sat in a dark corner, letting his anger seep into every sip of the drink.
The roar of conversations and music around couldn't calm the tension enveloping him. Nights in the bar had become a bitter ritual accompanying the rejections that continued to plague him.
"Damn. Why is it always like this? That damn Jayden should have been able to accept my offer!" The bartender poured a drink for Cakra, who stared at the glass of whiskey in front of him with a feeling of frustration.
Cakra glanced at the glass for a moment before taking a big gulp of his drink. "Maybe this will never change. All efforts and hard work seem to be unappreciated."
In the midst of the bar's hustle and bustle, Cakra tried to immerse himself in the drink, seeking solace from the mounting pressure.
"They are all blind, can't see this opportunity! I have given my best, but what do I get? Rejection after rejection!"
He raised his glass and took a rough drink. "This is so unfair! They are really foolish!"
Cakra growled, his eyes searching for purpose in the noisy bar.
Cakra continued to drink regardless of how many empty bottles were in front of him. "Maybe this is what I need, this emptiness! At least here, this drink won't reject me!"
He took another sip of his drink with full of emotions, trying to bury his disappointment and anger in each gulp. Cakra became more drunk and emotional, blurting out determined words.
Cakra cursed. "I won't stay silent. I have to get Agatha! I will make Agatha mine!"
Amidst the crowded bar, Cakra's words sounded like a loud cry, reflecting the growing desperation and obsession. His face was full of determination, possibly colored by frustration and dissatisfaction in his current life.
"Jayden damn it! Do you think you can challenge me? You scumbag!" Cakra laughed loudly, filling the room with arrogant laughter.
"You should be afraid because I will always win!"
He spoke his words with strong sips of his drink, trying to create an atmosphere of increasing victory in his alcohol-influenced mind.

"I'm asking for dad's help."
Jonathan frowned at his stepson who suddenly asked for a one-on-one conversation. "Is something happening in the company? Or at your college?"
"It's not about that. It's about dad's biological child."
"Jayden? What's going on with him?" Jonathan became even more perplexed. But he was sure that something had disturbed Cakra.
"He brought a woman and is living with her in his apartment," Cakra responded, starting to take action. Yes, he was going to execute his plan.
"Isn't that insane? After what happened in the past, he still wants to repeat the same mistakes. If dad lets it happen, our family's reputation could be tarnished because of him," continued Cakra fervently.
Jonathan fell silent. He was also surprised and didn't expect such a statement. It seemed Cakra didn't know that he had already met the woman Cakra was referring to. Nevertheless, he couldn't refuse his obedient son's request.
Besides, he and Cakra often aligned in their thoughts. Jonathan gave a smile before nodding. "So, what should I do for you?"
Finally, Cakra smiled with satisfaction. Then, without waiting any longer, he took out his phone and showed Jonathan a photo of Agatha. This time he was sure it would work. At least he had to believe in his father's greater power.
"So beautiful. Do you like her?" Jonathan hit the mark. For now, he would pretend not to know her because he wanted to know what Cakra's plan was.
"Dad is really good at understanding me," Cakra chuckled. "But she is too attractive that I find it hard to get her."
"Won't you end up losing if you are with her?"
Cakra sighed. Of course not. Instead, he would feel lucky. "Since she helped me from the accident in front of the campus, I have liked her even more. She is truly a different woman, Pa. Lose? I would be very happy if I could have her."
"Why do you want to take her from Jayden? Doesn't she seem like an ordinary girl to you? Or is she your type?" Jonathan purposely tested what Cakra's response would be like.
"You don't need to know why I like her, but she is a unique woman. And I feel she is more suited to be with me."
"Are you sure you won't experience the same thing as Jayden did in the past? Won't the woman think the same if she's with you? She could think you are the same as Jayden, right?"
"That won't happen. My reputation is still clean, Dad. I will also take good care of it. You know I have never dated before. I won't do anything foolish and embarrass you. You can rely on me when it comes to feelings."
Jonathan laughed. He didn't expect his stepson to like the poor woman this much. He hoped his two children hadn't been bewitched.
He knew that lower-class women always justified anything to get what they wanted. "It seems you don't judge women based on their status. I thought you were quite selective."
