Everything Must be Destroyed!
'I know where she is."
Rey overheard Jayden's murmur, causing him to quickly turn. 'Where, Boss? Are you sure?"
Jayden clenched his fists. One place was already fixed in his mind. 'She must be at the mansion. We have to get there before something happens to Agatha."
Rey widened his eyes. He knew exactly where Cakra's mansion was. Far from the city and through many forested roads. On nights like this, he wasn't sure they would really make it there.
But seeing Jayden already walking towards the apartment parking lot, Rey's heart raced. He followed his boss, who seemed to be in a hurry.
Even so, Rey was suddenly impressed by his boss's concern, something he had never seen before. He became more confident that the man had deeper feelings for the woman named Agatha.
"Let me drive," Jayden said before opening the front door on the driver's side.
Rey nodded in agreement and quickly got in. At a time like this, it wasn't the right moment for him to drive the car.
As soon as they got in, Jayden stepped on the gas and sped off.
Rey held his breath as the speed of the car was almost beyond his comprehension. He had to hold onto the seat tightly to prevent himself from being thrown.
The road was empty on this late night, but Rey couldn't help but pray silently to stay alive.
"I pray, hold on a little longer, Agatha. I will bring you back," Jayden uttered in his heart as his hands tightly gripped the steering wheel.
Anxiety continued to haunt him. Hope and prayers continuously flowed through his heart. Two more hours. Anna's birthday. Jayden couldn't afford for all his plans to fail.
Jayden had promised Anna. Also to himself that tonight he would confess his feelings. Jayden couldn't afford to fail. Somehow, he had to save Agatha.
He would end Cakra when they met. Really. He detested him. Tonight should have been the night he had dinner with Agatha at a romantic restaurant as planned.
He had prepared everything meticulously earlier at the office, but just because of one person, everything had to be ruined in an instant.
Speeding up, Jayden and Rey raced through the deserted streets on the brink of early morning. Jayden held the steering wheel with firm determination, focusing on his goal to save Agatha.
Rey, despite being tossed around by the speed of the car, tried to maintain his balance. Upon arriving at Cakra's mansion, Jayden noticed that the surrounding atmosphere appeared dark.
He immediately turned off the car engine and prepared to enter the building. Rey, trying to catch up with Jayden, looked a bit dizzy after the fast journey.
"Boss, are you sure the woman is here?" Rey asked, trying to calm his worries.
Jayden looked at Rey with a determined gaze. 'I'm sure. The car plate earlier gave us a clue. We have to act quickly before something unwanted happens."
They both hurriedly entered the mansion, which seemed quiet and deserted. The usual guards who stood in front were nowhere to be seen, but Jayden felt fate was on his side. And Cakra was quite careless.
Jayden's steps were quick and steady, while Rey tried to follow, albeit with hesitant steps.
Once inside, the mansion felt eerie. Despite its grandeur, the building was now very dark. It seemed like all the lights had deliberately been turned off.
Jayden searched for clues in every corner, trying to trace Cakra and Agatha. He felt closer to his goal.
"Rey, we must act quickly. I'm sure they're here," Jayden said as he entered the dark hallway stretching before them.
Rey simply nodded, following Jayden's steps firmly. They didn't have time to hesitate. Jayden led with a resolute determination to save Agatha and fulfill his promise to Anna.
In the darkness enveloping every corner of the mansion, Jayden and Rey continued to search for Agatha's trail. The dark hallways seemed like a confusing maze, and the quiet atmosphere was only accompanied by the sound of their hurried footsteps.
"Rey, we need to find a way to locate Agatha faster. There are many rooms here," Jayden said as he felt along the walls searching for the light switch.
Rey agreed with a nod. "I agree, but how?"
Suddenly, Jayden spotted a glimmer of light in the distance. He followed the light and found a large door. With a pounding heart, Jayden opened it, leading them into a room that appeared brighter.
In that room, they found a screen with several CCTV displays illuminated. Jayden immediately glanced at the screen, looking for clues to Agatha's whereabouts.
"Rey, help me check this screen. We have to track Agatha," Jayden ordered as he examined each display.
Rey stood beside Jayden, assisting in monitoring the screens. They both hoped to find clues that would lead them to where Agatha was being held captive.
Time kept ticking, and every second was incredibly valuable in their efforts to save Agatha.
"Boss, look. Only this room has its lights on. It's possible Agatha is there," Rey suddenly said, bending down to look at the CCTV recordings in front of him.
Everything went smoothly until a group of men suddenly entered the room. Jayden and Rey were caught off guard. Unprepared for a fight, they chose to hide.
With a feeling of shock, Jayden and Rey quickly hid behind the monitor screen and other technological equipment.
In the dim light, they held their breath, hoping not to be detected by the group of men entering the room.
The men spoke in hushed tones, making it difficult for Jayden and Rey to understand their conversation.
Meanwhile, they exchanged glances, trying to find a way to continue their mission to save Agatha without being detected.
Their worries escalated as one of the men said, "Check every corner of this mansion. Ensure no intruders have come."
Jayden felt tension fill the air. Calmly, he signaled to Rey to stay quiet. They huddled together, hoping not to be noticed by the men moving around the room.
The situation grew tenser, and Jayden planned their next steps to continue their search without being detected by the group of men.
With luck seemingly on their side, Jayden and Rey managed to avoid detection by the men. After the men left the room, Rey discreetly contacted the police.
He provided information about the situation and asked for police assistance under disguise to prevent the perpetrators from realizing their presence.
Remaining vigilant, Jayden and Rey searched for the room where Agatha might be held captive. They crept out of the monitoring room, avoiding any corner that could endanger their rescue mission.
Amid the tension surrounding them, Rey continued to communicate with the police, providing the latest information on their whereabouts.
Jayden focused his thoughts on finding clues to Agatha's location, hoping to save the woman he loved before the situation became more complicated.
Their steps remained cautious, following every lead that might guide them to the room where Agatha was being held captive.
As the police began to move after the call ended, Jayden and Rey's hopes of rescuing Agatha became more real.
