Chapter 218: The Subject of Mockery

In the past, Jack would have intervened and done everything to help his grandson quickly chase a girl. Yesterday, Jack didn't inquire much about the changes between Benjamin and me. He was more focused on other matters," Martina replied, taking off her glasses and massaging her slightly sore temples. Elena's eyes instantly lit up, shining like a 200-watt light bulb. She exclaimed, "Really? What did you guys reveal this time? Tell me quickly; I'm genuinely curious." Over the next few minutes, Martina provided a general overview of the situation without going into too much detail but making it clear that it couldn't be ignored. When she finished speaking, Elena stood there, taking her time to react. "Wow, Jack is really an old master. He just got back and immediately confronted Benjamin. This is unprecedented! I guess only he has the guts to do this to Benjamin. The key is that he isn't worried about retaliation. In fact, Benjamin seems to accept it willingly." Upon careful consideration, Martina realized that Elena was absolutely right. Only someone like Jack, with his unique position and relationship, could confidently confront Benjamin in this way.
