Another board member, a woman loyal to Malcolm, agreed. "Victoria's right. We can't panic. Kane wants us to doubt ourselves. But if we stay united and communicate clearly with our investors, we can get through this." Daniella leaned forward and asked, "What about the mole? Kane is getting information from somewhere. Until we find out who it is, we are at a disadvantage." Victoria acknowledged her point. "We are improving our internal security. I've talked to our IT team, and they are checking all communications. We will find the leak and stop it." Louis then spoke, calm but determined. "We also need to go on the attack. Kane isn't the only one who can play dirty. We have our own resources. We need to hit back at his reputation and remind everyone that he isn't the hero he claims to be." Some board members nodded, feeling more confident. We'll have meetings to answer their questions and show them that we are fighting for their jobs and the company's future." Daniella, despite her issues with Victoria, agreed. "We can't underestimate our workforce. They are our greatest asset. If we keep them motivated, that's half the battle won." Victoria looked at Daniella, surprised but thankful for her support.
