Harry Part 2
The time is already showing at 19.18 at this time. Sunny had been home since this afternoon because she remembered that she had to go to school tomorrow. Sunny insisted on staying here, but Sean scolded her, so she finally complied. The nurse in this hospital examined us. We have also eaten our dinner and have taken our medicine.
"Leslie, are you sleepy yet?" Sean asked, which I answered with a shake of my head.
"Oh yes. Sean, who did Sunny come here with? Did she drive herself?" That question suddenly crossed my mind. I just remembered that I had to ask Sunny.
"At least with Mr. Andre," he answered briefly.
"Who is Mr. Andre?"
"My family's driver. Since Dad died in an accident, Mom doesn't allow us to drive our car," explained Sean, which stunned me. I remember Sean telling me about it. His father died when Sean was still in junior high school. Then, his mother remarried Sean's current stepfather. Sean's stepfather is a police officer. I met him once when I asked for help finding Fredy's ghost head first. During this time, Sean rarely spoke to me about his family, except, of course, about his sister. He also never invited me to his house, even though I wanted to meet his mother. Like Sean, who is close to my parents, I also want to be close to his parents and younger sibling.
"Sean, I want to play over at your house after we leave the hospital. OK, right?" I asked, which, for a while, was ignored by Sean.
"I want to meet your mother." I'm back to say my wish. However, like before, Sean still ignored me.
"Hi, Sean. Did you hear?" I said, annoyed.
"My mother was rarely at home. She was always busy at work, and so was my stepfather. Even my stepfather could count the number of times a month he came home. My sister was also rarely at home, she spent more time with her friends. So maybe you'll get bored in my house," he said with his eyes that didn't look at me at all.
"But I still want to come to your house. Later, when your mother is back and happens to be at home," I pleaded. I didn't want to give up so easily. But for the umpteenth time, Sean ignored me.
"Please," I said softly. I didn't expect Sean to seem unwilling to take me to his house. A second later, he looked at me and smiled at me.
"Of course. I'll tell my mom later if you want to meet her."
"Promise me, Sean!" I said, which was answered with a nod to him.
There was silence between us. I didn't raise my voice at all, and neither did Sean. It's been almost a day since we were treated in this hospital, but until now, I haven't seen Leo visit us to see how we are. This made me even more sure that he was mad at me.
"Sean, Mr. Leo looks like... he's mad at me, huh? It's because of me that Angie got hurt." I waited for Sean to answer me but didn't hear a sound. It's not the first time he has ignored my words. He's often missed them, but I always feel annoyed whenever he ignores me like this.
"Hey, Sean, if someone talks to you, respond please!" I snapped a little. I directed my gaze to him. I was very embarrassed when I saw him sleeping. His breaths look regular. I could tell he must be exhausted after the horrific events we experienced at the inn. I was getting sleepy, so I tried to close my eyes. Finally, I fell asleep.
I don't know how many hours I slept. I woke up because I wanted to go to the toilet. I looked at Sean. He was still fast asleep, making me reluctant to wake him up.
I strained my ears. I was sure I heard someone's footsteps. I glanced around the room. There was no one in this room besides me and Sean. I glanced at the curtains that covered the window in this room. The curtains fluttered as if the wind was blowing them, and I was sure they were closed. I noticed this room's strangeness but didn't see any apparitions. Because of that, I ignored the evil thoughts that started to surround me.
One thing I'm sure of is if there's a ghost in this room, then I'm sure I'll see his figure, or at least I'll feel his signs. But I didn't feel the slightest movement of the existence of spirits here, so I concluded that what I heard and saw earlier was just my hallucination.
I glanced at the clock hanging on the wall. The time is 02.00 in the morning.
Once again, footsteps were heard, and I was sure it was coming from behind me. Could it be a human voice sneaking into this room? That thought had crossed my mind. But I quickly brushed the idea aside when I saw no one behind me.
The urge to urinate caused me to wake up from sleep earlier, and now I feel it again. Although with difficulty, I tried to get up. The IV tube still attached to my hand made it difficult for me to move. Pushing the pole where my IV fluids were hanging, I stepped towards the toilet near my bed.
I was doing my activities in the toilet when suddenly I felt a chill hit my body. I also felt my body goosebumps and terrible pain in my head. I widened my eyes when I saw something black coming out of the water in the tub. A hideous creature, its body so emaciated that the bones that made up its face were visible. His eyes were pitch black and were glaring at me. His sharp teeth protruded from his lips, and his drooling, accompanied by blood, dripped incessantly. The hair on his head was so thin and sparse that I could see his scalp. His body aura was black, but I could tell he was a man.
He crawled out of the water, and it looked like he wanted to grab me. I want to get out of here, but I feel a stiffness. My lips also felt numb, unable to speak. I just felt my body shaking, and it hurt so much in my head. The figure was entirely out of the water and floating toward me.
Now, the figure was right in front of me. He brought his face close to mine. Then he stuck his bloodied tongue in my face. My tears immediately flowed swiftly. I felt his tongue lick my face, then down my neck. I can no longer be in this place. I tried to make my voice out, but my tongue still felt numb.
The figure was still licking my neck and now slowly towards my ear.
"Les... lie..." he whispered in my ear. My tears flowed faster. My position with the door is very close, and because of that, I muster as hard as I can to move my hand. I knocked on the door with my hand, hoping Sean would hear. My voice still couldn't come out because of that. I kept knocking on the door as hard as possible.
"Leslie, are you in there? What is it? You're fine, right?" I was so relieved to hear Sean's voice through the door. However, the figure looked very angry after hearing Sean's voice. He grabbed my neck with one hand. He lifted me with his hands. I thrashed because it was difficult to breathe.
"Leslie! Leslie!"
I still hear Sean screaming my name from behind the door. But I really can't get my voice out. I even started to feel weak because that figure still tightly gripped my neck. Could it be that I'm going to die at the hands of this terrifying creature?
