Honeymoon Part 1
It turned out that the place our parents had chosen for our honeymoon was a very famous beautiful beach. If you see that many people still relaxing on this beach even though night has fallen, this beach is always crowded every day, especially during the day. Sean and I went to our hotel room, which our parents had already paid for.
Arriving at the hotel room, I let Sean go into the bathroom first, even though I couldn't wait to shower immediately. Our trip is making me very tired.
When Sean finished doing his activities in the bathroom, I rushed into the bathroom with a gift from Angie that I was holding. This also makes me want to go to the toilet quickly. I'm interested to see the contents of this gift. Angie's words had succeeded in making me very curious.
After finishing my bath, I didn't come out immediately but opened the present from Angie first. My eyes widened when I saw a sexy black lingerie in the gift. This super sexy outfit, how could I want to wear it? At first, I wanted to throw this thing away, but remembering Angie's words earlier, who said this would help me make Sean happy, I finally gave up my intention. I was forced to wear it too. I was very embarrassed if I had to meet Sean wearing only this lingerie, so I used my kimono towel to cover it up.
As soon as I opened the bathroom door, I saw Sean lying relaxed on the bed, reading a book.
"What are you reading?" I asked, which made him surprised.
"I'm curious to know the gift from Leo. I thought something quite useful was just a book with no clear origin. Huh, I don't need a book like this. I can do it my way," he said, throwing the book away. Hearing his words, I can guess what book Mr. Leo gave him.
"Oh yes. What did Angie give you? I saw you took it into the bathroom earlier?" he asked, which made me nervous and embarrassed for a moment. I cursed that Sean saw me carrying the gift into the bathroom. 'Why does he have to see it?' I thought.
"Leslie," he called, surprised to see my residence.
"N-nothing," I replied awkwardly.
"I'm just curious, don't you want to tell me?" I'm getting nervous hearing him keep asking me that.
"I-I told you it's unimportant," I answered finally. I hope Sean won't keep forcing me to tell him.
"So you started playing secrets with your husband?" Enough is enough. Now I can't dodge anymore. In the end, I forced myself to tell him.
With a slow movement, I opened my kimono towel. Sean's eyes widened when he stared at the sexy sleeves I was wearing. Suddenly, I looked down in shame.
"So it was a gift from Angie, better than a gift from Leo. You look so beautiful," he said without looking at me.
"You like it?" I asked with my gaze still downcast.
"Of course." I was even more nervous when I saw him walking towards me. He hugged me and led me to sit on his lap.
"I'm so happy to finally be able to marry you. Do you know how much I love you, Leslie?" He said while holding my hand.
"I love you more," I muttered, but I'm sure he still heard it.
"Are you tired? You want to sleep?" I shook my head in response. Then I felt him kissing my neck, making me think amused, but I can't deny I'm happy with his treatment. However, I suddenly felt a pain in my head, a familiar pain. I knew the cause when I looked up at myself.
"Sean, someone's watching us." Sean suddenly looked around the room.
"I don't see anyone here. Could it be a ghost you mean?"
"Yes, a grandmother," I replied. I did see the ghost of a grandmother hovering above us.
"Why did she have to come at a time like this? Fine, just let her be. Don't mind it." Sean was about to continue what he was doing earlier, but I immediately stopped him.
"But I don't want to do that in front of her. This is so embarrassing." Silence. I am still waiting for a response from Sean.
"Sean," I called, feeling him remain speechless, and instead continued to kiss my neck.
"Haah… alright, I understand. Hurry up and settle things with her." Finally, he spoke. He lowered me from his lap and sat with his back to me. I can imagine how upset he must be right now.
I also started talking to the ghost of the grandmother. It's often like this now: I talk directly to the spirits instead of going on an adventure into their world of memories. However, some ghosts still would rather show me their world of memories than tell me directly. She told me her purpose for coming to see me. After feeling that I had nothing more to discuss with the grandmother's ghost, I looked back at my husband, who still felt comfortable sitting with his back to me.
"Sean," I called, and he turned to me.
"It's finished?" He asked, still wearing an annoyed face.
"Yes, that grandmother just died. She lives alone and has no relatives. She asked for our help to tell her neighbors about her death. She wanted her body to be buried immediately. Her house is not far from here." I told Sean everything that the old lady's ghost had told me.
"Okay. Tomorrow morning we will do as she asks."
"But the grandmother asked us to do it now." Sean was stunned to hear this.
"But it's already late at night, can't she wait until tomorrow morning?" I shook my head in response.
"She wants us to do it right now, she wants her body buried soon." Sean fell silent again, his face looking even more irritated.
"Sean," I called, feeling he didn't respond.
"Yes, yes, Leslie. Okay, I understand." He got up and took one of his clothes from the suitcase. He was only wearing a T-shirt and shorts at the moment.
"Huuh… annoying, doesn't that grandma know she disturbed our first night? Make sure she apologizes to me after this," he grumbled as he pulled on his trousers and jacket. I was also wearing my clothes.
"Has she never tasted youth?" he grumbled again, which made me smile. I saw the ghost of the older woman smiling at Sean's grunts.
"Are you done getting dressed?" He asked, annoyed at me. I just nodded in response.
"At night like this, we have to bang on the house of someone we don't know. Does she know that it's very impolite? The grandmother expects us to be scolded by her neighbors. Damn it," he grumbled again. This time, I tried to calm him down. I stroked his back gently. He breathed out harshly.
"Okay. Come on, go and quickly solve this problem," Sean ordered as he stepped out of the room. I can only follow him from behind. Yes, I can understand Sean's annoyance, but we had no choice but to fulfill the ghostly grandmother's wish. If not, she will continue to pester us because there is no way she will leave until we grant her wish.
We went to the houses near Grandma's house. They seemed bothered by our behavior, of course, because, of course, we had disturbed their sleep. But after I explained the purpose of our arrival, they were enthusiastic to help us.
The grandmother's body was lying alone in her house. Sean and I helped the grandmother's neighbors, who we gathered to care for the grandmother's body. It took quite a long time to finish all the preparations for Grandma's funeral.
After everything was ready, we buried the grandmother's body together. Sean and I stayed with them until Grandma's funeral was over. I'm grateful that Grandma's neighbors seem so concerned about this funeral process. They work hand in hand as if Grandma was part of their family. I looked at the grandmother's ghost, who was still hovering near her completed grave. The grandmother smiled at me and said a few things to me before she finally disappeared.
"Have you made sure that Grandma apologized to me?" Sean said, which made my gaze, which had been staring at the sky, now turn to stare at him.
"Yes, she already apologized earlier. She also thanked us and prayed that we would always be together and always be happy," I answered honestly, that grandmother did say all that before going to her world earlier.
"Hm, then tell her, I didn't mean what I said. I'm happy to help her." I smiled at his words.
"Too late, the grandmother is gone. But she already knows we are sincere in helping her even though we don't say it.
After that, along with the others, we left the grandmother's grave.
"Are we going back to our rooms and continue last night?" I asked Sean, who had been walking in silence since earlier.
"No. Look, the sky is so clear today. Too bad if we missed it. We better have fun today. How about we dive into the sea?" I nodded enthusiastically at his invitation. The time was indeed 8 in the morning at this time. Of course, before diving, we had breakfast first because, to be honest, earlier, we were starving.
And that day we had fun. We enjoy the beautiful scenery in the sea. On this beach, diving services are indeed provided. There are even several shops that rent equipment for diving along this beach.
Once satisfied with diving, we decided to sunbathe. This beach is very crowded with visitors. Many people are sunbathing like us. I was wearing a super sexy bikini that my mom seemed to have put in a suitcase on purpose because I hadn't prepared for it at all. Of course, I didn't even know we would spend our honeymoon on this beautiful beach.
While sunbathing, I accidentally heard the conversation of a couple beside me. Their conversation sounds romantic. The woman calls her boyfriend Bee, while the man calls his girlfriend Honey. I don't know if I feel jealous of the lovers, or maybe just like me and Sean, they are also newlyweds on their honeymoon in this place. The man was very romantic, very much different from Sean, who was cold and far from romantic.
My attention, which was watching the lovers, was distracted when I saw Sean suddenly stand up and walk towards a man. I am still determining what he wants, but I follow him.
"Stop staring at her!!" Sean snapped while gripping the man's collar tightly. The man was looking at me.
"What's that got to do with you? If she's just your lover, you have no right to forbid me to look at her. She still belonged to everyone before the yellow leaves fluttered," said the man lightly. I could tell Sean was furious to hear that. Never mind, Sean, I'm just troubled to listen to that. Sean intended to hit him, but I stopped because I didn't want to cause a scene in this place.
"So that you know, she's my wife. So stop staring at her with such hungry eyes!!"
"Oh, OK, OK. I apologize. I didn't know she was your wife." After hearing the man's words, Sean walked away, leaving him. Of course, I rushed after him.
"Sean, where are you going?" I try to walk parallel to him.
"Back to the room, I have no interest in this place any longer." I know he's still upset.
"What happened to you? You're jealous, huh?"
"Of course. How can I not be jealous when my wife is stared at by other men with hungry eyes like that?" I was surprised he didn't dodge it. Instead, he immediately admitted that he was jealous right now. I chuckled to hear it, too.
"Why are you laughing?"
"No. I'm just happy that you finally feel the pain I felt when I first saw you close to Leyna." He raised an eyebrow at my answer.
"Oh yes. Sean, we're married, how about we change our nicknames?" I asked this because I remembered the couple I saw earlier.
"You mean?" he asked confused.
"For example, I call you darling, you can call me sweety or sweetheart. You can also call me my love or maybe Honey. What do you think?" I was so eagerly waiting for his reaction.
"Haha… ridiculous." As I thought, my husband is not romantic at all.
"Why are you talking like that? Angie and Mr. Leo used affectionate nicknames after they got married." I expressed my disappointment to him.
"We don't need to imitate other couples. Nothing will change with our nicknames," he said firmly, making me growl angrily.
"Huh, you are not romantic. Irritating." I say this curtly.
"Unless we already have children later." His words succeeded in making me wide-eyed and happy at the same time. I will respond as soon as possible.
"When we have children later, I want our children to call me mommy and call you daddy. What do you think?"
"Yeah, that's good, too," he said with a smile. Now I hug his hand. I'm so happy to hear his approval.
After that, we returned to our room. As if we didn't feel tired, we continued our activities last night, which had been delayed. This time, we managed to do it without any interference from anyone.
