Sarah Part 4
What I'm feeling right now, I don't know, no words can describe it. I feel sick here, in my heart, when I see Leslie screaming in pain and struggling to release her bonds. The two men were sitting cross-legged on the floor while their mouths were muttering as if they were reciting something. At the same time, I saw Leslie screaming pitifully in pain. The bed that Leslie occupied shook violently as Leslie's screams got louder. I wanted to stop her. I wanted to run to Leslie and untie her this instant. But considering that the two men were trying to get rid of the damn ghost in Leslie's body, I reluctantly put down my intention and desire.
I kept reciting a prayer in my heart so that the cursed ghost that had possessed Leslie's body would leave her body soon. I want to hear Leslie's voice right away, the sweetest voice out of the many female voices my ears have ever heard. I also want to immediately see those round eyes that always successfully fascinate me just by looking at them. Her smile makes my heart flutter just by glancing at it. Her stubborn nature always turns me into someone I don't recognize because, stupidly, I always end up giving in and doing what she wants. Her kindness and gentleness always touched me. The courage that makes me admire her and everything she has that makes me crazy about her. I miss her so much. I want Leslie to come back to me soon.
"Aah!!!" Her scream was so loud, her scream was loudest compared to her previous screams, making me freeze in place with my eyes fixed entirely on Leslie. My mouth went numb as if I had lost the ability to make a sound when I saw Leslie's body lifted with the position of her hands and her legs still tied. She floated in the air and, a second later, turned into a standing position. If the ropes that tied her didn't hold her, she might have jumped.
Her head turned towards me, and her intense gaze fixed on me, full of hope that I would help her relieve her pain. For a moment, it was Leslie's usual gaze.
'Sean, help me. It hurts. Hiks... Hiks..."
The sound of her sobbing accompanied her pleading voice. It was Leslie's voice. There was no doubt that she had returned. I walked closer to her until I was face to face with her.
"Sean, help me. Let me go." My hand reached out without realizing it, trying to touch her face and wipe away her tears.
"Sinta, stop that man! Don't let him touch her!!" A scream sounded and brought me back to my senses.
"Don't touch it, the ghost is still in her body. She's trying to trick you, pretending to be your girlfriend so you feel sorry for her. Let Mr. Thomas and Mr. Jerry handle it," prevented the receptionist I just met named Sinta.
"B-but she looks in pain."
"Your girlfriend will be fine, trust them. They were just trying to get the ghost out of her body."
"Sean, help me. It hurts, Sean... Hiks... hiks..." Leslie kept begging me, making me unable to look at her anymore.
"Cover her face with the blanket!!" Shouted the man named Jerry, immediately followed by Sinta. Sinta spread the blanket to cover Leslie's head and almost the entire body still standing.
"Hihihi."
The sinister laughter sounded again in the room.
"I will not spare you. You will taste my revenge!!!" The scream was heard. I'm sure the scream came from Leslie's body. But it was not Leslie's voice. Could it be the voice of the accursed ghost that has possessed Leslie's body?
"Shut up, your curious spirit. Tell me, what is your true aim?" This time, it was Mr. Thomas who asked the ghost a question.
"Revenge! Revenge! Revenge!!!" shouted the ghost, her voice getting louder and louder.
"Get out of that girl's body right now!!!" Mr. Thomas shouted, which the ghost answered with a creepy laugh.
"Never before my revenge is avenged, Hihihi."
Mr. Thomas stood up and threw something white at Leslie. Was that salt? While Mr. Jerry was still sitting cross-legged with his mouth muttering.
"Aaaaaakh!!!" screams of pain were heard again. I opened my eyes and noticed something red seeping through the blanket covering Leslie's face. The blood formed a circle, widening as Mr. Thomas threw salt at Leslie.
"SEAN HELP ME!!!" shouted the ghost with Leslie's voice, making my heart ache like being stabbed by dozens of swords.
Leslie's body fell and is now back on the bed.
"Has the ghost come out yet?" I asked enthusiastically. However, I felt disappointed again when Mr. Thomas answered my question by shaking his head.
"The spirit is still in her body, we can breathe a sigh of relief for the time being. But it won't be long before she's back to rebelling." Mr. Thomas said that with a sigh full of regret.
"Why haven't you guys managed to get the damn ghost out of her body yet?" I was so emotional, and I usually always managed to control my emotions. I felt this panic for the first time. This is living proof of how much Leslie means to me. I've never felt this scared before. I'm afraid Leslie will never return. I'm afraid of losing Leslie.
"The ghost is full of anger and revenge. She is so strong." This time, Mr. Jerry explained it to me. I approached Leslie's back. Then, I removed the blanket that covered her face. My heart cracked again when I saw blood from Leslie's mouth and nose. Her face was ashen, the dark circles still around her eyes. There was no doubt that the ghost was still in her body.
I didn't want to let Leslie in this state any longer. My heart says I will lose Leslie forever if I don't do anything to save her.
A thought crossed my mind. Yes, I realized I couldn't do anything to save Leslie. I couldn't even entrust the ghost exorcism to Mr. Jerry and Mr. Thomas, whom I had just met. Their actions will only make Leslie more painful because they don't care about Leslie's condition at all. They just wanted to get the ghost out of Leslie's body without caring about Leslie's pain.
There is only one person who loves Leslie more than anyone. Someone who considers Leslie the most critical person. The only person who can help me save Leslie without hurting her. I've decided to contact her. I'm going to ask Angie for help.
