49- Her Deepest Desire
'I thought he was changing for me and I loved it. I want him to treat me differently, with care and affection. I want him to smile at me."
'She weakened him like ‘I' have weakened ‘you'." Smirking, I was holding his shirt, our face adjacent, eyes linked perfectly.
But, since when did he like my bravery? He scoffed, ripping my hand off from his skin, 'Enough."
Straightening his back but I held his shirt, not leaving him. After last night, my fright was vanishing, my fear was subduing because he accepted what I wanted.
"No, Really, you are not infuriated that he would give his position to his wife. You are enraged that she weakened him to the point he gave up on everything and named it to her." I whispered, telling him the whole situation- which I could understand from what I heard and he was enraged, discontented.
"It's love beautiful? One could leave everything for the one he loves… just like Nathaniel, right?" I whispered, moving my hand to his, holding his hands, not removing my eyes from his aesthetic features, drowning in his eyes.
Say it. Just say it.
"Enough, Eileen, you don't know anything so stop your assumptions. It's none of your concern." He muttered, rolling his eyes off but thankfully not removing his hand and once again, I decided to hit a sensitive spot.
"I was only praising the power of love. What can you leave for my sake, Sebastian?" I whispered. He was taken aback at my question but I wanted to know its answer too.
Nathaniel left this world for his beloved. What can my beloved do for me?
"I don't love you." He scoffed, pulling his hand away, making me frown deeply because my man was nothing but an insensitively stubborn asshole who won't accept things unless forced.
'Do you hate me, Sebastian?" I asked casually, leaning back, arching a brow but seemingly he took my words very deeply. I could tell by his earnest gaze gleaming with denial.
'I hate what you do to me, Eileen." He whispered, bringing a victorious smirk to my lips as he walked away, leaving me alone in the room.
I chuckled a little, shaking my head after noticing how the walls of his stone heart were melting for me. Exhaling, I pushed my hairs back and got up, going after him.
Coming out of the room, I walked down the corridor towards the balustrade of the first floor where our room was. I saw Ruben and Asad using their phones down the hall.
I still forgot they are here. I thought we were alone.
'Where is he?!" I yelled from the upper side, calling both of them, gaining their attention and they noticed my hidden excitement to piss Sebastian off until he couldn't take it anymore- which was obviously a terrible idea.
But, since when did I get good ideas?
'You sound delighted." Asad asked, gesturing to ask what happened, why I was exhilarated. I opened my mouth to shrug it off but Sebastian himself came.
'Because that's what she loves doing. Doing what I fucking resent!" Sebsatian yelled, pointing his finger at me out of fury. He was on the ground floor as well while I was still up there.
Gasping at his abrupt statement, I rested my hands on the balustrade and did the same, I pointed my finger at him as well and leaned forward, not liking him placing the blame on me.
'Mind your language, Mister. What did I do?! Have I ever complained that you enjoy my misery?!" I yelled back, growling at him for putting me in the wrong position.
'Both are different." He scoffed, folding his arms.
'No, they are not." I followed his actions. With a scoff, I folded my arms too.
'Yes, they are." He enunciated, glaring at me to stop and we both forgot his brother and his best friend was present, listening to this useless conversation.
"The only difference is that you are exasperating to deal with." I hissed. I should have learned mean manners. I didn't know what to say.
'Come with your own comebacks at least. Stop using my words on me!" He shouted, mocking me, ringing a bell, evoking a sinister mischief in my mind.
'Your words, hmm? I haven't used a proper one yet. You wanna listen?" I smirked darkly, teasing him which made Sebastian gasp, definitely not liking my audacity to speak what no one could imagine hearing from him.
'Don't you fucking dare, Eileen!" Sebastian yelled, getting serious, he wouldn't let me ruin the perfect ruthless image he had created but I became a dare-devil.
'You have weakened-" I was about to speak but Sebastian yelled and began to run in my direction, 'Eileen!"
Gasping at his fury, I moved back, knowing it was his extent of patience. I had severed his tolerance, he won't let me get away with it anymore.
'You are so dead now, Woman!" Scowling, he was chasing me with thundering speed to drag me to teach me a lesson for speaking more than I should have.
'Fuck." Whispering, my steps retreated as I ran back to our bed, releasing a gasp but it was of delight, rushing to our room, he extended his hand to me but I moved out smoothly.
'Come here, Eileen!" He yelled, trying to grab me but sprinting to our room I jumped over the bed going to the other side and he rushed to my side but I got on the bed again.
We took two to three rounds around the bed, he was trying to catch me but I took circles around the bed.
'Get down from the bed." He hissed but I clicked my tongue at him, standing on our bed, maintaining a fair distance from him.
'First say you won't be angry." I demanded but it made him growl, not liking my peace offering in the slightest.
'I will be dammit. How dare you do that. Come here!" He hissed, jumping over the bed, grabbing my ankle, making me fall on the bed.
