51. No Objection
The following day, Luna Viviana and Mia leave the mansion accompanied by the two guards. They went to the café to meet with the realtor and proceeded to the beachfront property for sale.
The three properties were just a few minutes' drive from each other.
They checked out the first property. The bungalow house was cozy and with a nice view of the beach.
They headed to the next property. A ten-minute drive from the first house.
They exited their vehicle and entered the two-story modern white house. The interior of the house was spacious, with marbled tiles, cozy bedrooms, clean bathrooms, an elegant living room and a shiny kitchen. A turquoise-looking pool at the back of the house completes the magnificent property.
The house has a balcony and porch facing the beach. A perfect place to hang out, drinking coffee or wine while reading a book, waiting for the sun to set on the horizon.
The long stretch of powdery white sand beach is a feast for the eyes. A paradise for nature lovers.
The house was surrounded by palm trees, adding allure to the beach house.
"I love this property!" Luna Viviana gushed. She already feels at home in the house.
"Yes, I love it as well. Perfect for you!" Mia said in a thrilled voice.
Luna Viviana addressed the realtor. "How much is the selling price of this property?" she asked.
"It's valued at $11 million, but if you pay the owner cash he will sell it to you for $10 million," the realtor replied.
"I'll take it! This property is mine. Take it off the market right away," Luan Viviana told the realtor.
"Copy, Luna Viviana. The owner will give you five days to come up with the cash payment for the property," the realtor explained.
"No problem. My husband will take care of it," Luna Viviana said. "Wait, how about all the appliances and furniture here? Not part of the selling price?" she asked.
The realtor shook her head. "No, Luna. But if you are willing to pay $11 million in cash, then all the furniture and appliances here are part of the package."
"Ah, I see," she pondered for a moment, then said, "Alright, I'll pay $11 million so all the appliances and furniture can stay," Luna Viviana said.
"Great!" The realtor said, beaming brightly, happy about the sale.
Luna Viviana sought Mia's opinion, "What do you think of the appliances and furniture?"
"The furniture is amazing. They suit the house well. The modern appliances look brand new, perfect for the house. No need to shop for furniture to fill this house. You can relocate here anytime, and you don't have to worry about anything. This house is already complete and ready for occupancy," Mia commented.
"Alright, I'll relocate to this house next week," Luna Viviana said. "You and your husband can visit me here anytime. You can stay in the guest room upstairs," she offered.
"Wow! I love it. I would love to visit you here more often. This place is like paradise on earth. The beach itself is breathtaking!" Mia said in delight.
"Yeah. A perfect place to raise my baby and forget the pain of my broken marriage," Luna Viviana said sorrowfully.
Mia sighed. "This place is a perfect place to start a new life. Right?" she reminded her, cheering her up, rubbing her back gently.
Luna Viviana smiled. "Of course, this place is perfect for me, so I can start a new phase in my life with a clean slate."
"Yes it is!" Mia said cheerily.
They lingered in the house for another twenty minutes, touring the whole property one more time, then they finally left. The realtor returned to her office.
Luna Viviana dropped Mia at her house. Then she and her bodyguard returned to the mansion.
When she arrived at the mansion, she went straight to her husband's office and put the folder containing all the details of the beach house property including the business card of the owner on Alpha Callum's desk. "This is the beachfront property I want you to buy for me. It will cost you $11 million, complete with furniture and appliances. The owner's business card and photos of the house are inside the folder."
"OK. I'll check it," Alpha Callum replied calmly. He didn't flinch at the $11 million price tag.
"The owner expects us to pay for the property in cash within 5 days. I want to relocate to my new house next week. I also needed two servants to accompany and serve me in my new house. Any objections?" she asked.
"No objection. I'll give you two bodyguards to accompany you to the beach for your protection," Alpha Callum responded quickly.
"Fine with me," Luna Viviana said and left the room.
Alpha Callum inspected the contents of the folder in silence while Beta Amir was silently waiting for instructions at his desk.
After a few minutes of inspecting photos of the house and the entire property, Alpha Callum talked to his assistant. "Let's check out the property Viviana wants to buy," he said, standing up.
"Okie Dokie!" Beta Amir quickly rose to his feet.
The two men left the room, exited the house and got into a car waiting in the driveway. Alpha Callum gave the property's address to Beta Amir.
A few minutes later, the car can be seen moving on the highway, traveling towards the outskirts of the city.
After half an hour's drive, they reached the property. They exited the vehicle and began their tour of the property.
"Wow, white beach!" Beta Amir exclaimed in delight. He looked at the magnificent blue ocean for a few minutes, admiring the breathtaking view of the sea. "I feel like I want to take a swim in the blue ocean right now," he joked. He looked heavenward. "Blue sky, sunny weather, blue sea, dotted with palm trees. This place is amazing!"
Alpha Callum agreed. "Indeed, this place boasts a fantastic view of the ocean. Perfect for relaxing and self-healing."
"So, will you buy it, Alpha?" Beta Amir asked.
Alpha Callum nodded his head. "Yes, I'll buy this place for Viviana and our baby," he said with finality in his voice.
The men checked the front and back of the property. Everything looks great. They can't enter the house because they don't have the key.
"I would like to see the interior of the house," Beta Amir said excitedly, as if he would purchase the house himself.
"You will see the interior of the house on the day Viviana brings her stuff here," Alpha Callum replied.
"I can't wait!" Beta Amir grinned.
The men stayed in the property for twenty minutes then left afterward, heading back to the mansion to contact the owner to discuss the sale of the property.
After arriving at the mansion, Alpha Callum contacted the owner, and they discussed the sale of the beach house.
The owner wants $6 million wired to his bank account and then $5 million delivered to his office in cash. The owner is a wealthy business tycoon who just recently dabbled in real estate, buying and selling beach house properties across the country.
Alpha Callum agreed to the owner's request, and they will meet in three days to close the deal.
Three days later, Alpha Callum and the owner met and concluded the successful sale of the beach house property.
Luna Viviana felt sad and depressed as the days of her departure from the mansion were numbered.
