"Oh, for the love of God, shut up and do something useful with yourself," Gina yelled at the workers at her boutique. they all immediately scurried away when they saw the terrible mood that their boss was in... She was mostly like this but only lashed out at them when her mood was really terrible... "I can't believe this is happening. he cancelled the date again!" She groaned in anger and almost threw her phone at the wall, but was able to control herself before she did. She had tried too hard to get this date arranged by his mother and now his 'Secretary!' was sending her a message that it was cancelled.
"Who do you think you are?" She muttered under her breath and grabbed her bag angrily... Gina walked out of her boutique angrily and got into her car. She needed an explanation from Michelle Graham... After all the expensive clothes and shoes she had spent so Michelle could put out good words about her to her son, was this disrespect what she was going to get in return...
She yelled out in anger and slammed her hand against her steering wheel when she got stopped by a red light. her blood boiling with rage. no one had any f*cking right to reject her like this.... She drove at a high speed immediately, and the light changed to green...
Gina had a deep frown on her face as she drove into Michelle's villa... she had to take multiple deep breaths before she exited her car and walked to the front door of the house. She pressed the doorbell, and a bright smile appeared on her face when Michelle's housekeeper, Gwen, answered the door... "Hello," Gina said in the sweetest voice ever. "Please come in," Gwen said, delighted to see Gina, who had been totally nice to her the last time she came to the house. She even brought her a gift that looked really expensive, warming her heart...
The smile on Gina's face disappeared as she walked in front of gwen... it was hard to mask her true feelings, but leaving her type of life, she had to learn the hard way... The smile returned to her face when she took a seat in the living room of the house. "Would you like something to drink?"
"A glass of water would be great, thank you." She sure needed the water to calm her nerves and keep up her act of being a sweet angel...
"Of course, dear...I will let Mrs Graham know that you are here. I will be right back'
Gina scoffed and rolled her eyes when she made sure gwen was out of the living room... "Don't call me that, yo are just a servant," She muttered under her breath and sighed deeply... she hoped all her troubles would be worth it at the end when she became the new Mrs Graham... She could only imagine all the looks of envy and respect she would get. Joan would no longer be able to brag to her anymore... She would be on a higher level than her...
Gwen came back a few minutes later with a glass of orange juice and some biscuits, not the glance of water Gina had asked for, and Gina felt her blood boil even more... She was on a diet! "I thought this would he better," Gwen said, and Gina smiled sweetly at her...
"Dimwit," She muttered when the older woman left the living room. she almost knocked over the glass of orange juice because of how mad she was, and Michelle was still keeping her waiting. no one ever did what she wanted, and nothing seemed to ever go her way...
she tried to steady her breath to calm her nerves. her therapist had warned her multiple times about her temper. but I was hard to get it under control when people kept finding new ways to get on her nerves... she picked up the glass of cold orange juice and drank all the contents in the glass, and it was able to calm her nerves a bit. "Gina," she heard Michelle's voice and immediately dropped the glass of orange juice. she stood up abruptly, and her fake sweet smile immediately appeared on her face. "Mrs Graham," Gina said and walked over to where Michelle was standing. she gave Michelle a slight hug. "I was a but surprised when gwen told me you were here," Michelle said when she broke the hug and gestured for Gina to take a seat...
"I'm sorry ma'am. I should have called ahead that I would be coming today, but..." She sighed deeply, and instead of showing Michelle how mad she was, she put on a sad face... "I got a message that the date has been cancelled." She handed her phone to Michelle and acted like she wanted to cry... "I was looking forward to it and even picked out one of my prettiest dresses," Gina said. a frown immediately settled on Michelle's face. She knew Patrick was the one who sent the message... why wouldn't Alex just do as she said, then maybe she would leave him alone... Gina was who she wanted for him. a daughter in law with a great background and someone who would support and listen to her. She was the perfect person to be by Alex side, she couldn't think of anyone else...
"There must be a mistake, dear... I will take care of this. you don't have to worry... He is a workaholic like his father and sometimes gets to immense in work, " Michelle said and handed Gina's phone back to her. Gina didn't care about that. she didn't even care if they didn't share the same bedroom if they got married. All she cared about was being his wife. All she needed was his status and nothing more. she liked it more than he was a workaholic... An idea popped up in her mind...
"What if I go to him?" She said, and Michelle looked at her confused... "What if I pay him a visit at work?" Michelle was about to dissuade Gina from that idea, but on a second thought, it wasn't a bad idea... Gina was beautiful, and it was better if she got acquainted with Alex so she would be aware of the type of man he was...
She wanted to see how Gina would handle this type of situation "I don't see why not" Michelle said...
