"You need to go to work today... stop..." Juliet voice trailed off as Alex planted soft kisses alone, her jawline down to her neck... she giggled and playfully tried to push Alex away from the bed, but he wasn't giving in... "Alex!" she said his and got up in a sitting position, a smile still on her face as Alex raised both of his hands in his air in surrender.... "Okay, okay...I'm going," He said, and juliet shook her head... he had missed work for two days, and they had spent the whole time in bed and only went down for lunch and dinner, but went back straight to bed after... if juliet didn't mention work, then Alex was more than ready to continue his day like this... he sighed deeply as he buttoned up his shirt... he was dressed already, but had changed his mind at the last minute and gotten back in bed with juliet... "I can just skip work and don't worry, we won't stay inside all day..." He said, his eyes trailing from her eyes down to her lips and even downwards. juliet swallowed and cleared her throat because she knew the thought that was going on in his mind... naughty thoughts that she knew involved her... "i don't believe you said that yesterday and the day before," She said, and Alex did 'cross his heart.' Juliet couldn't hold back a laugh, and they both ended up laughing... "it's Thursday already, and you don't have to go to work till Monday... i can resume work on Monday, too. no one will scold me. " He presses, trying to convince her to let him stay home, and juliet was slowly becoming swayed by his offer... she sighed deeply and sat on the bed... Alex sat beside her and took her hand in his... he intertwined their fingers and brought it up to his lips and planted multiple kisses... "Just the thought of going out without you, his heart wrenching. I wish I could be glued to you... you have no idea how happy I am right now..." Alex said and leaned closer. He captured her lips and broke the kiss before he deepened it... because he knew if he did. they would both spend the entire day in bed... she was addictive and intoxicating to him, and he couldn't get enough of her... "Where do you want to go to?" He asked, and juliet thought for a few seconds before her eyes lightened up... "The beach... I want to go to the beach with you, " She said, and Alex became silent for a few seconds. the smile on juliet face dwindled a bit, but it returned when Alex nodded and planted a soft kiss on her lips... "The beach it is," He said, and she hugged him excitedly, her heart filled with joy... "juliet," He said a few seconds into their hug, and she hummed in answer... "If we don't break the hug and leave soon, I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to leave this bedroom throughout the day" Alex whispered close to her ear And Juliet's eyes grew wide... she broke the hug and face palmed herself... "I can't believe you," _____________________ ______________________ Juliet rolled the window down and let the mroming breeze blow her hair around her face... she closed her eyes and a beautiful smile appeared on her face... "Are you cold?" Alex asked, and she turned to look at him and shook her head... "No, I'm not. I love this, " She said, and a bright smile appeared on his face... she looked so excited and seeing her so excited made him so excited... seeing her happy made him happy... when they arrived at the beach, juliet was out of the car in just second, while Alex quickly went after her... the beach was silent and empty, and juliet had no idea that the beach Alex had brought her to belonged to his family... it was a private beach they owned that had a vacation house which was well taken care of, but he never had a reason to visit until now... even though they had been driving for hours, juliet looked really energetic as she ran towards the water, a bright smile on her face as her hair scattered across her face... "Alex." She stopped in her tracks and called out to him so he would meet up with her, and when Alex did, he picked her up and carried her towards the water... juliet giggled, and Alex chuckled when they got nearer to the water he let her down, and she planted a kiss on his cheeks, which made the smile on his face grow wide... she looked dazzling and he wanted to see the bright smile on her face for the rest of his life... Alex, which time would stop at that moment and he stood there watching as she took off her shoes and slowly walked towards the water... "it's cold," He said, and he smiled at her... "Wow!" she screamed, her heart filled with excitement. She gestured for him to join her, and Alex did after taking off his shoes too... if he knew she liked the beach this much, then he would have brought her sooner... "Do you like it here that much?" He asked, and she nodded... "Yes, I do... thank you for bringing me here, " She said, and she bent down and splashed some water on him... Alex glared playfully at her, and juliet ran when he wanted to do the same thing to her... the both of them cared about nothing at that moment... they didn't think about the future or what it held for them... they just lived in the moment and enjoyed each other's company, their heart filled with joy that they could spend such a moment together... "You are soaked" Alex said and juliet wouldn't stop laughing... she held her stomach and realised she hadn't had such fun in a while and suddenly a memory for the past came to her... a melancholy memory...
