"I ordered takeout for you, it should be here any minute now," Juliet said nervously when Alex broke the hug... "Breath." She kept telling herself over and over again in her mind... She couldn't hold her eyes contact with him, and she looked away and swallowed when the kiss they shared yesterday kept replaying in her head... Oh, this was bad! she looked at him, and her eyes slowly darted to his lips... she wanted him to kiss her again, but this time not so short... She wanted him to hold her close... Juliet swallowed when her body started to feel hot... She could still feel his lips on hers.... thoughts like this made her unsettled... "We should go to the living room," She said and almost darted to the living room when Alex loved closer... A slight smile appeared on Alex's face, and he followed her into the living room... She was searching for something when he walked in... "What are you searching for?" Alex asked he... Juliet turned away from him and fisted her hand beside her... She hoped to not find the remote immediately "I can't find the TV remote anywhere... it left it right here, but..." She trailed off and started to search again... Maybe it was a bad idea telling him he could come when she was home alone... She didn't know she would become such a mess because of how nervous she...His presence alone made her overly nervous... She could feel his gaze on her even though he she wasn't looking at her... It sent tingles around her body and left her this way... Juliet finally turned to look at him and stopped searching for the TV Remote that she was using to distract herself from him, but was failing... "I can't find it," She said and laughed nervously... Did he think she was weird... "Should I help look for it?" Alex asked, his hand in his jacket pocket... "You don't have to, I will find it later," She said in a low voice... "Oh! where is my head, have a seat. " She gestured towards the couch and waited for Alex to take a seat before she took a seat... Alex had to look so she wouldn't burst out laughing when she sat at the far edge of her couch... She looked really uncomfortable, but he was worried that if he pointed it out, it would make her even more uncomfortable... was she nervous because of him... He would never do anything she didn't want... He looked back at her and was about to tell her that when the doorbell suddenly rang... Juliet almost yelped and got up abruptly... "Your food must be here," She said and immediately scurried away out of the living room... Her heart beating frantically in her rib cage as her hand reached for the door knob... She took the food from the delivery man and had to take in multiple breaths before she finally turned to go into the living room, but Juliet stopped when she walked in. Alex was no longer seated. He was standing by the door and waiting for her to come in the living room... Juliet, calm the hell down! he isn't going to bite you! she screamed internally at herself because of the way her heart was pulsating through her veins... Was this the Alex effect... She must be this only one who was nervous because he looked perfectly fine to her... "You must be hungry... do you want to eat here or the kitchen? " Juliet asked and almost bit her tongue... Not the kitchen, definitely not the kitchen... "The kitchen," Alex answered her question and took the bag in her hand from her and walked away towards the kitchen.... "I shouldn't have asked that," Juliet muttered through her gritted teeth and followed him to the kitchen... Her face flushed, and her heart palpitating in her chest as she walked in... Alex swallowed when he walked into the kitchen... The naughty thoughts in his head came back up with a full force when his eyes landed on the kitchen counter... the place they had shared such a passionate kiss.... He wanted to kiss her again and make her moan out his name this time, till her voice became hoarse. Alex handed to fist his hand and close his eyes to push back those thoughts... He had promised himself again and again that he would take this slowly with her... He turned to look at her and saw that she was staring at the kitchen counter too... Her cheeks were flushed, and her lips slightly parted... Her hair was packed up in a messy bunny, and her right hand was holding her left arm... Juliet slowly turned to look at him, and their eyes met... Alex felt that spark suddenly erupted... the spark that radiated around the both of them anytime their eyes met or anytime they touched... it was divine, and he wanted to kiss her again till she was breathless.... He couldn't stop staring into her beautiful obsidian eyes.... she looked to appealing and tempting for him to handle.... "Would you like to go out with me?" Alex blurted out suddenly, and Juliet felt like time had suddenly stopped... he was officially asking her to be his girlfriend... She needed a few seconds to process his words and then find her voice before she could give him an answer... her heart was beating so fast that she was afraid it was going to burst right out of her chest... She swallowed before she finally opened her mouth to give him an answered... "Yes I would love to" Juliet responded and Alex couldn't hold himself back any longer... Alex dropped the bag on his hand on the table... He let out a deep shaky breath before he turned to look at her again... his self control had shattered... He crossed the space between the both of them and captured her lips taking her breath away...
