Chapter 82: The Devil Of A Kid

"Please don't get married to uncle Charles," Justin said to her with a pleading tone. "What!!" Sarah exclaimed in surprise. "I thought we have talked about this before?" Sarah asked Justin but he remained silent while looking at her and with that she sighed heavily. "Ok tell me, why don't you want me to get married to uncle Charles?" Sarah asked him while holding his hand. "I don't like him Justin said to her and and immediately she sighed heavily once again. "And why don't you like him, did he do anything wrong to you?" Sarah asked him and he nodded positively and Sarah furrowed her brows at him. "What did he do to you?" Sarah asked him. "Today when I wasn't feeling fine and you wanted to bring me to the hospital he wasn't okay with that. That means that if we were alone and I fell sick, he won't take me to the hospital," Justin said to Sarah and immediately she ruffled her hair in frustration. "He wasn't against me taking you to the hospital, he was only angry because we had planned to spend the day together but your arrival ruined our plans," Sarah said to Justin. "That's not true Mum, you are defending him," Justin said to Sarah and immediately she glared angrily at Justin before rolling her eyes at him. "Okay tell me, aside from what happened today, have uncle Charles done anything wrong to you againw maybe in the past?" Sarah asked him and he shook his head negatively. "Then what's wrong, you can't hate someone like that, you have to have a valid reason to hate the person or is there anything else you aren't telling me," Sarah asked Justin but he remained silent while looking at her. "I'm waiting dear, you know I'm your Mum and you can talk to me concerning anything bothering you," Sarah said to him before caressing his face. "I don't want you to get married to uncle Charles because I don't want to have a stepfather, I want our family to be complete, you Dad and I," Justin said to Sarah with a babyish face. "Come on Justin, your Dad and I aren't together anymore, how do you want us to form a happy family? Even after marrying uncle Charles, we will still form a happy family, you uncle Charles and I" Sarah said to Justin and he shook his head negatively. "No I want Daddy, no uncle Charles and I'm sure that Daddy still loves you, so please forgive him," Justin said to Sarah and with that she furrowed her brows at him. "Who told you that your Daddy still loves me, was he the one who told you that?" Sarah asked Justin with a furrowed brows. "No, I figured it out myself," Justin said to her with a frown. "You figured it out?" Sarah asked him before rolling her eyes. "As if you even know the meaning of love. You see Justin I have made up my mind, whether you like it or not, I'm getting married to Charles, I deserve to be happy also. But don't worry, even though I marry uncle Charles, you will still be my number one," Sarah said to him. "I don't want to, if you get married to uncle Charles, I will go and start staying with Daddy, I don't want to live with uncle Charles," Justin said to Sarah with a deep frown. "Really?" Sarah asked him while thinking he was joking but to her greatest surprise he nodded in reply and with that Sarah sighed heavily not knowing what to say anymore. "Hey bro what the hell is wrong with you, are you planning to get yourself drunk?" Adrian asked Charles before snatching away from him the bottle of alcohol he was holding. Actually after leaving the central park, Charles had called Adrian to come and meet him at the restaurant where they usually come to drink during their leisure. Before Adrian's arrival, Charles had already emptied five bottles of alcohol and was still drinking another one, but what Adrian couldn't tell what who had provoked him, because as far as he knows Charles, he only drinks excessively when he's angry. "I'm not trying to get drunk, I'm just trying to cool my head down," Charles said to Adrian while trying to collect the bottle of drink from him but Adrian refused to hand it over to him. "What are you trying to cool your head down from, who provoked you again?" Let me guess, it's Sarah right? Adrian asked Charles but he ignored him before signaling at the waitress to get him more drinks. "It's not Sarah," Charles said to him "Then who is it?" Adrian asked him. "It's Xavier and his devil of a son," Charles said to Adrian and he immediately smiled at him before shaking his head in disbelief. "Seems like it's a combined attack. So do you mind narrating to me what happened?" Adrian asked Charles and with that he sighed heavily before narrating to him how Xavier and his son ruined his outing with Sarah. "But bro, how sure are you that the kid wasn't really ill?" Adrian asked Charles and immediately he scoffed angrily at him and at the same time, the waitress arrived with the drinks Charles had ordered for and kept on his table. "Look Adrian, I'm not a kid, so I'm very sure that nothing was wrong with that kid, he had planned everything with his father. Seeing the way they executed their plan perfectly, I can tell you that if care isn't taken, both of them are going to ruin everything for me and just as Xavier said, the kid is a threat to me more than Xavier himself because the kid has more influence on his mother and if care isn't taken, he can force his mother to call off the wedding," Charles said to Adrian. "Well that's one of the disadvantages of dating a single mother, come to think of it, why haven't the old man taken care of Xavier?" Adrian asked Charles. "I don't have any idea, let me place a call across him and know what is delaying him and what I should also do about the devil of a kid," Charles said to Adrian before dropping the bottle of drink he was holding and taking his phone and placing a call across the old man.
